Did Captain Kenny Hope LIE about the Jim Miller murder?
In 2010, WATE 6 news reporter Hana Kim quotes Kenny Hope -- "I have no motive to kill Jim Miller." His only connection with Miller, Hope said, was during an April 2010 traffic stop. www.wate.com _________________________________________________ On 8/15/2012--WVLT channel 8 news, reported that a TBI agent testifying in the Jessica Kennedy murder trial confirmed that a Sheriff's deputy admitted to killing former Monroe Co. Hope may have threatened Miller as well before he was killed. ________________________________________________ (WATE) 6 News reporter Staphanie Beecken, witnessed the same testimony in the Jessica Kennedy murder trial and confirms TBI agent Barry Brakebill's remarks: "Former Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Agent Barry Breakbill took the stand again. This time he was asked about former Monroe County sheriff's Capt. Kenny Hope who said in the past that he shot Miller execution style and burned him." www.wate.com __________________________________________________ 8/17/2012--on the witness stand, Brenda Stakely said she had heard Kenny Hope say "he had killed Jim Miller, put him in the trunk, and burned him like the pig he was."
