Free - All Right Now RARE
This is a very rare clip released Circa 1969 of Free performing All Right Now (live). Released in Australia in B&W.; My favourite clip by this band and highlights Paul Kossoff's signature vibrato. Best lead ever done by Kossoff!

FREE - "Be My Friend" - their best-ever version - live
Audio only, the band 'Free' play live their song "Be My Friend", a bonus track from the remastered CD "Highway", also on their new-ish CD 'BBC Sessions'. THIS VERSION is the best version (IMHO) of a fans' favourite, Paul Kossoff also viewed this song as their best work. However, on this live version Paul Rodgers' vocal performance is just extraordinary, from the very first "Oooh", but from 2:20 he really lets rip. He even chuckles a few times at 2:33 - 2:47 when he realises how powerfully on-form he is. This version of this song is amongst my top three all-time favourite songs from any artist. It also includes my favourite piece of PR improvisation at 4:56 "Baby Baby Baby Baby Baby, that's all I gotta say so I'll say it again Baby Baby Baby" I compiled the video myself utilising footage downloaded from YouTube, occasionally with some of my own added effects and filters. My plan here is to make available a few of my favourite recordings not easily available, or not well-known, or simply underrated. Please check out my other videos. Comments are always welcomed.

Free - "Moonshine" - live - best guitar solo ever (Paul Kossoff)
The band 'Free' play live their song "Moonshine" (audio only), this is from their album "Free Live", added as a CD bonus track. Originally on their first album "Tons of Sobs", this version from their live album takes the song to another level. An outrageous pace set by bassist Andy Fraser and Simon Kirke on drums, with Paul Rodgers despairing vocals complemented by an astonishingly amazing restrained guitar solo from the utterly brilliant Paul Kossoff. I pieced together the video montage myself utilising footage mostly downloaded from YouTube, occasionally with some of my own added effects and filters. My plan here is to make available a few of my favourite recordings not easily available, or not well-known, or simply underrated. Please check out my other videos. Comments are always welcomed.

Albert Hammond - Free Electric Band 1973 My father is a doctor, he's a family man, My mother works for charity whenever she can, And they're both good clean Americans who abide by the law, And they both stick up for liberty and they both support the war, My happiness was paid for when they laid their money down, For Summers in a Summer camp, and Winters in the town, My future in the system was talked about and planned, But I gave it up for music and the free electric band I went to school in hand-washed shirts with neatly ordered hair, The school was big and newly built and filled with light and air, And the teacher taught us values that we had to learn to keep, And he clipped the ear of many idle kid who went to sleep, And my father organized for me a college in the East, But I went to California, the sun-shine and the beach, My parents and my lecturers could never understand, Why I gave it up for music and the free electric band Well, they used to sit and speculate upon their son's career, A lawer or a doctor or a civil engineer, Just give me bread and water, put a guitar in my hand, 'cause all I need is music and a free electric band. My father sent me money and I spent it very fast, On a girl I met in Berkeley in a social science class, And I learned about her body, but her mind I didn't know, Until deep rooted attitudes and morals began to show, She wanted to get married, even though she never said, But I knew her well enough by now to see inside her head, She'd ...

What you see is real, but you can't see it this way with the naked eye. It is the result of thousands of 20-30 second exposures, edited together to produce the timelapse. This allows you to see the Milky Way, Aurora and other Phenonmena, in a way you wouldn't normally see them.
In the opening "Dakotalapse" title shot, you see bands of red and green moving across the sky. After asking several Astronomers, they are possible noctilucent clouds, airglow or faint Aurora. I never got a definite answer to what it is. You can also see the red and green bands in other shots.
At :53 and 2:17 seconds into the video you see a Meteor with a Persistent Train. Which is ionizing gases, which lasted over a half hour in the cameras frame. Phil Plait wrote an article about the phenomena here http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/badastronomy/2011/10/02/a-meteors-lingering-tale/
There is a second Meteor with a much shorter persistent train at 2:51 in the video. This one wasn't backlit by the moon like the first, and moves out of the frame quickly.
The Aurora were shot in central South Dakota in September 2011 and near Madison, Wisconsin on October 25, 2011.
Watch for two Deer at 1:27
Most of the video was shot near the White River in central South Dakota during September and October 2011, there are other shots from Arches National Park in Utah, and Canyon of the Ancients area of Colorado during June 2011.

Phoenix - 1901 - A Take Away Show
"We had been playing cat and mouse for months. We attended the same shows in Paris, talked a little, mentioning maybe we could do something together... to then see them leave, become huge, and even more intriguing, elusive. It took eight months for this Take Away Show to happen, for them to be free just one afternoon despite their super busy Hollywoodian schedule.
And then, what ? Be one hundred percent cliché, but how ? Exaggerate the origins of a band that became famous abroad ? Or maybe go and film them where they earned the success they now have ? And then we thought about this funny video the band posted on July 14th on their blog, where they play "1901" with an awful iChat wallpaper as a background. Eh, why don't we do it again, but for real this time ?"

After finished "Tim Burton - a filmography", I was like a marathon man in the need to run again after the finish. I didn't win the contest but I had a lot of great feedbacks from world wide and I'm glad that the fans enjoyed it. Like all my work, I treated the subject with lot of respect.
Nowadays, that's very common, but I'm also a big fan of the TV serie Breaking Bad. Since a friend adviced me to took a look three or four years ago, I started to become very addicted to the Vince Gilligan's cook. To me, everything is great ! The scenario of course, the cast, the acting, the visual ideas, the atmosphere... Everything is just so awesome...
So I decide to just make a tribute to Walter White by making an illustration, and then it was missing Jesse Pinkman, so I made it after. Why not a bad guy ? So I made Gustavo, and etc etc. Until I had thirteen characters. From that step, I was thinking, why not to make an animation ? But I thought, only characters would be weak... And after, two filmography (Kubrick and Burton) both in the same style, I needed to create something more dynamic and rock and roll, by still keeping my style and improving my motion design skills.
Backgrounds was interesting too to create. If you take a look on the show, there are very important between each scenes. I wanted to make feel the atmosphere of the New Mexico to the viewers, with the Usa and the Mexican influence.
About the music, after listening many songs in online music store, I found that great one ! It was perfect with the atmosphere that I wanted to build. Basically, Romain Trouillet was ready to score this one because he is a big fan of the show too but he was busy on that time. If he is ok, we will work together again on the next one. Probably the last filmography, Takeshi Kitano which is almost finished on illustrations.
If you listen the lyrics, that's very interesting. I matched it with the different characters of the cast and their meaning. For example: "I lost my convictions", I added Saul, the attorney who is not every time honest. Secundo, "I lost my religion", The Salamanca cousins but a Santa Muerte, the divinity of gangster. And in the end, "I had money", Gus and Walter was interesting to put in that time, Gus with the money in the background and Walter because that's one of this motivation.
Also for the beat of the music, I tryed to find ideas too: electric poles, road line, curving line sfrom a map a little bit like the move in Guitar Hero when you do that sound but mixing with the map idea. From Albuquerque until Mexico city, I checked on a map to respect the cities and the motorway numbers ! I wish I can go one day and see the landscapes and the backgrounds in real ! You probably has the same feeling too by seeing that show ;-)
Finally, I saw a lot of other opening titles and movie clip. I tried to mix the things I like the most: Queens of the stone age - go with the flow, Dizzee Rascal - Fix up look sharp, Machete, Grindhouse, Repo Man, Walking Dead by Daniel Kanemoto, Danny Yount's opening, the website Art of Title, etc, etc...
Thanks for reading and forgive my english :)

All Right Now - Free (Full Band Cover)
This is me playing "All Right Now" by "Free". I play guitar using a fender stratocaster with a peavey dealta blues amp. Also I recorded the bass/drums and piano using my keyboard, so everything you hear in this video is recorded by me. Also, it sounds better with head phones. I Like this song alot, so I enjoyed making this cover, however, getting pictures of the band for the video was very difficult due to the name of the band being "Free" (All google was coming up with was just free things), also there are not that many "Free" photo's, and alot of them are not very good quality, so I ended up repeating the pictures about two times through the video. Also, the second guitar, in the left channel in the verse's, is muted by accident near the end of each riff, I only noticed this when listening to my cover with headphones. If you want to skip to the guitar solo, then the guitar solo is at 1:59. For more covers, visit my channel : www.youtube.com
