Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant goes to Jersey: Jersey Royals
Fifteen Restaurants Executive Head Chef Andrew Parkinson visited Jersey with Aaron Craze and Dean McClumpha, two graduate chefs from the Fifteen programme, as well as Lorna Lupson, front of house manager. They visited Jersey in advance of a month-long partnership in May 2009 - the high-profile London restaurant will be dishing up the Islands fresh seasonal produce as part of its lunch and dinner menus. For the whole of May, the menu at Fifteen restaurant will include Jersey-sourced crab, Jersey Royal potatoes, bass, pollack, scallops, cream, butter, crème fraiche, asparagus, salads and possibly Jersey Black Butter. Diners will not only experience the dishes, but front of house staff will tell them about the origin of the Jersey-grown ingredients, giving customers an idea of the ethos, care and attention behind and given to all of the islands produce.

Inside Queen Mary II - The luxurious Ocean Liner
Queen Mary II, one of the world's largest and most luxurious ocean liner, is on its way to Adelaide. Queen Mary II is a transatlantic ocean liner and flagship of the Cunard Line. At the time of her construction in 2003 by Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Queen Mary 2was the longest, widest and tallest passenger ship ever built, and with her gross tonnage (GT) of 148528 tons, was also the largest. She no longer holds this distinction after the construction of Royal Caribbean International's 154407 GTFreedom of the Seas in April 2006. Queen Mary 2 is the largest ocean liner ever built, although the ship is often used for cruising, including an annual world cruise. Queen Mary 2's facilities include fifteen restaurants and bars, five swimming pools, a casino, a ballroom, a theatre, and the first planetarium at sea. There are also kennels onboard, as well as a nursery. Queen Mary 2 is one of the few ships afloat today to have remnants of a class system onboard, most prominently seen in her dining options.
