MASSIVE Chest Workout
1 simple trick to build muscle : sixpackshortcuts.com Hey sixpackshortcutters, Mike here and I want to show you one my personal favorite chest routines that I use to build a massive thick chest. It's always been tough for me to build my chest muscles up, until I started to do this workoutt. This routine will develop your overall chest shape, size and add massive amounts of raw muscle in your shoulders and triceps too. Lets get started. **Workout breakdown** Exercise 1 - Flat Bench Press Exercise 2 - Flat Dumbbell Press Exercise 3 - Flat Dumbbell Flys Exercise 4 - Dips I put these exercises in a specific order to maximize the pump in your chest muscle. We followed that up with flys to expand the overall width of your chest. And trust me when I say your chest is going to blow up if you do this workout consistently, because I've seen it happen to dozens of my clients. And if you want to build ripped muscle fast, check out this video now: sixpackshortcuts.com In that video I show you a strange trick that I use to build muscle called Afterburn Training. The reason why I like Afterburn Training is that it lets you build muscle way FASTER than other styles of training -- without having to spend any additional time in the gym Is Afterburn Training the 1 proven shortcut to building ripped muscle? Insane Dumbbell Chest Workout
Tired of being skinny? Then watch this free video NOW: sixpackshortcuts.com Hey man...what's going on? In this episode I want to show you a KILLER home chest workout you can do at home in just a few minutes. It's a great way to build a muscular chest -- and all you'll need is a couple of dumbbells to do it. The way it works is by using different chest exercises to hit your chest in different ways, one right after another. I designed this workout to really burn your chest out fast, and you're really going to be feeling it in your pecs after this workout. Here's how it's done. CLOSE GRIP DUMBBELL PRESS PULLOVER - 10 REPS. Hold the dumbbells close together (touching each other) and bring them down to your chest. Press them upwards, and then bring them behind your head for the pullover. Bring the dumbbells down as far as you can, and then pull them back up focusing on contracting your chest muscles during this movement. DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS - 10 REPS. Just like bench press, except with dumbbells. Use a heavier weight than the first exercise. Since this is a drop-set, be especially careful not to bring the weights down too far -- you shouldn't feel a "stretch" in your chest muscles. Most people should go down to about 90 degrees, but advanced guys who are more flexible PUSHUPS - 10 REPS. By this time your chest will be burnt, but make sure you stay at it. Do your pushups as normal, because this is your second drop-set. Again make sure your form is on point even when you're ...

Avalanche Skier POV Helmet Cam Burial & Rescue in Haines, Alaska
In April of 2008 I drove from Lake Tahoe to Haines, Alaska up the Al-Can highway through British Columbia and the Yukon with an enclosed 4-snowmobile trailer and a ton of gear. I told myself the year before after a few years of getting "shut out" with heli time, that I wouldn't come back up without snowmobiles....instead of sitting around drinking myself into oblivion on a "down day."
Well thank God we did that because we definitely had down days again right from the get-go. The sledding up at Haines Pass is out of control good. Even staying closer to town like below Old Faithful is great. Can't say enough about how much fun it is to ride snowmobiles up there with no trees.
So the first legit day after that main snow storm cycle, we still went out snowmobiling one more time wanting to let the snow set up a bit more....while another part of our group went up in the bird. Actually two groups went up in the bird, and the first group did all the normal day-after-storm-cycle snow pit and snow quality tests.
The first group decided that while the dangers remained elevated, that it was good to go. They all made some of the sickest pow turns in their lives I was told. The next group then - a couple hundred meters or so over - set up for their descent.
The guy in the video was the first one to drop from their group and while not a guide, he had a lot of Utah and AK backcountry experience. He had a Black Diamond Avalung on, but as you can tell from the video while he's talking as he's dropping in, it wasn't in his mouth to start. He tried to shove it in the instant of starting to get sucked down, but it didn't stay in fully during his ragdoll descent. It was just off to the corner of his mouth he said, and he definitely got some snow / ice in his mouth still.
So as he drops in you can also see the sluff to the skier's right immediately start building....and that's actually the chute that was the intended route down. For whatever reason - well pure, unadulterated powder will do it to you - he didn't go make some strong "skier cuts" into the upper pack to do one final snow check as instructed by the main guide who was doing the "tail gunner" work.
Instead he just sent it. And it didn't take more than a few turns out on this big shoulder above this cliff band to break loose.
This was a decent sized avalanche. 1,500 feet the dude fell in a little over 20 seconds. The crown was about 1 - 1.5m. The chute that he got sucked through to the skier's right was flanked on either side by cliff bands that were about 30m tall. He luckily didn't break any bones and obviously didn't hit anything on the run out.
He was only buried for 4 and a half minutes which is incredibly short. I cannot stress these next sentences enough; that in and of itself to be unburied in ONLY 4:28 is miraculous if you have any understanding of being caught in an avalanche and what it takes to be found. It could literally be some kind of "world record" just on how good the guide and supporting cast of other skiers was in getting to him. It also shows why you should ALWAYS be going with people trained in avalanche rescue / first aid....as well as why you'd want to be going with a guided heli operation. Sure this was terrifying for him, but he would've probably been dead if not for going with a guide.
He also got very lucky to be honest. In the time that he's buried, you can hear his breathing already accelerate. The ruffling noise back and forth is his chest rising and falling and the noise that his jacket makes. The intermittent whimpering noise you hear is him trying to swallow and get some air since the avalung wasn't fully in his mouth and instead just to the corner of his mouth. Still sends chills up the back of my neck. Oh...the luck? They located him so fast because his right glove came off just before he came completley to rest and there was an excellent visual of course.
And then the digging out is utterly amazing. I don't think that you could've paid a Hollywood crew to stage something better. The fact that he could've been facing any 360 direction and yet he's looking right up into the sun-filled blue sky with that first full scoop away of the shovel is borderline spiritual.
This is simply a very sobering and unbelievable video. However, you should take away from this video all the positive things that you can learn from it. Yes there are risks to the backcountry - but with proper gear, training, and guide(s) with avalanche and EMT training - you can greatly lower your chances of getting caught in an avalanche in the first place.....and coming back alive if you ever were to get caught in a slide.
Respect Mother Nature for sure. Learn from this. But just like a Craig Kelly in the snowboard world or a Shane McConkey in the ski world who died out in the backcountry (Craig via avalanche and Shane via ski B.A.S.E. jumping), they left this earth while doing the things that they were truly passionate about. hair-whip heartbreak
Naomi is 16, and works with us at photography factory when she is off school pretty much as an equal member. Lets be honest age is irrelevant in a great picture, plus she has a sense of the social media space to rival the best new media agency analysts. All the newest trends are always playing out as only she predicts. Her detailed clear and analysis of youth culture on the internet is worth a million dollars to us and she is a key member of our team. More importantly her simple black and white photographic portraits are utterly brilliant, an evocation of sub suburban teenage life as seen though the eyes of a 15 (now 16) year old girl. But on the day of this slow motion test Naomi was not her normal beautiful smiling dry sarcastic self (think Juno with a camera). Recently she had a relationship with a Hollister lookalike boy end in an unfair way (what was ever fair about being 16?) and have to get it all dragged around the internet as the aftermath played out on FaceBook in a very modern and very public way. So in other words she was putting on a brave face. We all involved setting up the high speed camera and needed someone to stand in as a lighting dummy, When shooter one had the idea to getting someone to shake their hair around... and see how it might look at 2000 fps. Naomi stepped up to the plate and quite shocked us by the force and passion she used to whip. The beguiling result is here... if you look at here closely you can see something else:
Something about that action and the air swishing though her hair just seemed to change her mood, as if she had just tossed away the weight of an the old nightmare, something thick and heavy that had been clinging to her, but suddenly it was gone. As she was hair whipping for the camera, shooter one quietly said to himself:
"Go girl, shake that boy right out of your hair..."

Home Chest & Back Workout
six pack shortcut exposed: sixpackshortcuts.com In this video I show you a quick home workout you can do for chest and back. This is a great workout to get started with at home if you don't have a gym membership. And I will sometimes do this workout when I don't have time to go to the gym, or when I'm traveling and don't have gym access. Here's the workout: SIDE TO SIDE PUSHUPS -- 10 REPS. Move your hands wide apart as you go down, and close together when you reach the top of the pushup. Alternate sides, so that you are traveling side to side as you do your pushups. DUMBBELL FLYS -- 10 REPS. Move the dumbbells up and down in a CIRCULAR motion, not a PRESSING motion like a bench pres. Keep your arms slightly bent. Isolate your chest as much as possible -- you should feel your chest muscles squeezing together as you do this, and minimal tricep involvement. BENT ARM SIDE LATERAL -- 10 REPS. Keep your arms bent at a 90 degree angle. Raise your arms upwards and to the side. You should feel this in your deltoid (shoulder) muscles primarily. If you are advanced, do this explosively like I do in the video. If you're a beginner, use slower, more strict form and isolate your shoulders more. Be careful with too much back involvement if you're first starting off (it may lead to injury if you're not conditioned to explosive weight lifting moves). BENT OVER SIDE LATERAL -- 10 REPS. Bend over at a 90 degree angle, so that your back is flat like a table top. You should feel a stretch in ...

chest workout
Check here for updates: hanhchampion.blogspot.com Chest is going to be one of the larger muscle groups in the body. It's a compound exercise because it also works out your shoulders, your back, and arms. You also use your legs to stabilize yourself. Warm up good and get your blood flowing before lifting heavy to prevent injuries since there's different muscle groups involved. I also do the barbell on some days but I'm showing you guys dumbbell workouts and typical machines most gyms will have. You will have to balance the dumbbell more than barbell which will build more on your wrist/ forearms. It will help you lift the bar easier. Also you wont need a spotter as you would need for the barbell to use heavier weights. Anyways its 100 degrees in this gym and there's no air conditioning so it's hard to lift here. lol Couple things to remember: Flat dumbbell press - Start off light since it's the beginning of the workout and increase gradually. -Keep your feet on the ground and spread out to maintain balance. - Place the dumb bell closer to your body so when you roll back you're ready to push the weight upright. -Try to go low as you can - If you want to target more on your chest; don't fully extend your bench as it will work out more on your triceps. This will also help if you're going heavier and if your muscles give out you can always drop the dumbbell to the side. Incline dumbbell press - place the dumbbell closer to your knee to kick it up easier. - Try not to arch your ...

Killer Home Chest Workout
scoobysworkshop.com Here is a great chest workout you can do at home with a cheap dumbbell set. Big gyms are nice but when you can get a killer workout at home without the overhead of getting to and from the gym. In this chest workout we are going to do pushups, then with no rest immediately do flys, then with no rest immediately do dumbbell press. Make sure and use a much lighter weight than you usually would on the flys and dumbbell press because after the pushups you wont have much left in you. After doing this set of three exercises, wait 2-5 minutes and do it again. Do 5-8 sets like this and you will be sore the next day. As with all dumbbell exercises, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter.
