Seattle City Light heavy truck being loaded onto an Air Force C-17 from the 446th Air Lift Wing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This is one of four trucks used by Seattle City Light to aid Long Island, NY get power restored.

This downed tree landed on a house on Alan Court in Plainview, entangling itself in a web of wires and collapsing the transformer next door into a backyard. The neighborhood has been without power since. Plainview schools hope to reopen early next week, but power must be restored to the high school and Mattlin Middle School.
