How to Fill and Use Squeeze Bottles
Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: bit.ly Mahalo cooking expert Eric Crowley shows you how to fill and use squeeze bottles. What You'll Need --------------------------------------------------------------------- * Empty squeeze bottles * Funnel or container that pour easily * Variety of sauces of your choosing Start by having both your bottles and sauces out and ready. Unscrew the top and carefully poor the sauce into the empty bottle. The more you fill up the bottle, the easier it will be to squeeze the sauce out. When you are finished, screw the lid securely back onto the bottle. Wipe down any leakage or mess that may have occurred.c Some squeeze bottles come with closed tops, but all you have to do is simply cut the tip before you use these. You might also want to label the bottle with a black permanent marker. Next, practice squeezing the sauce onto an empty plate. Try making different designs or patterns until you feel like you have better control. The last step is making and applying the sauce to a real dish.c Read more by visiting our page at: www.mahalo.com

How to wash hair without shampoo
Don't reach for those clippers just yet desteni members. Go here for more information: 1greengeneration.elementsintime.com 1. Use an old shampoo bottle (well-rinsed) or a squeeze bottle of some variety (I reused one we'd bought from a local kitchen supply store). Mix 1 part aluminum-free baking soda to 3 parts Water. Each time you use this solution, shake well to mix. 2. Squeeze the baking soda solution onto your dry scalp, then massage your scalp for several seconds. 3. Leave in for 1-3 minutes, and rinse completely. 4. In an old shampoo bottle (well-rinsed) or a squeeze bottle, mix 1 part Organic White Vinegar to 4 parts Water. You can add essential oils or herbs if you like -- add 1 cinnamon stick (which lasts through several bottles of mixture) and 1/2 t vanilla. This masks the vinegar smell, and leaves your hair smelling spicy and lovely. 5. Leave on hair for several seconds, then rinse.

Dave Herlong's Absinthe Caviar
Absintheology.com OK. This is the coolest thing in the world of absinthe, or cocktails in general for that matter. You are going to need 1 Gelatin Sheet for every ounce of liquid (here is a link for gelatin sheets, gelatininnovations.com) 1 quart of Canola Oil (a half gallon if you are going to make a lot) One squeeze bottle Your favorite brand of absinthe or your favorite absinthe cocktail Begin by chilling the Canola Oil in the freezer. Don't let it get hard but very very cold. Now mix up your favorite cocktail without ice (the Gargoyle is great for this). Add one gelatin sheet for every ounce of liquid and shake it up - still without ice. Pour into squeeze bottle. Place this into the refrigerator until the mixture obtains a medium viscosity. Don't let it get so solid that it won't flow. Once you have all of this the process is simple but tedious. Use the squeeze bottle to make small drops into the Canola Oil. Each drop will form a piece of caviar. Then strain and rinse in very cold water. Dry with a towel and store in the refrigerator. You can drop these in sparkling wine. They will float up and down like a lava lamp. Put them on pastries or use in your favorite drinks as a garnish. You don't have to mix a cocktail to make these. You can use straight absinthe. Keep in mind that brands with more alcohol may need a bit more gelatin. Experiment and let us know what you come up with. For you foodies out there this is something you may recognize as part of the "Molecular ...

Fireworks T-Shirt: How to Make || KIN PARENTS
For more KIN PARENTS tips and videos, subscribe bit.ly Celebrate 4th of July and sport a little patriotic pride by creating a Fireworks T-shirt! This kid-friendly craft from our Kin Parents Producer Robert Mahar demonstrates a mess free version of traditional tie dye, using two magic materials - permanent markets and rubbing alcohol. The result is a t-shirt bursting with festive fireworks. Find more of Robert's work at www.maharcraft.tumblr.com. Materials and tools white t-shirt permanent markers 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol small squeeze bottle or eyedropper small glass bowl rubber bands Instructions: 1. Place a glass bowl inside a plain white t-shirt and then rubber band the fabric around the bowl lip to hold it taut and smooth. 2. Create small designs on the t-shirt with permanent markers. 3. Drop drops of rubbing alcohol onto the center of each design using a small squeeze bottle or an eyedropper. This causes the ink to spread, creating a fireworks design. Allow a few minutes to dry and then repeat process elsewhere on the t-shirt." -------------------------------------- SUBSCRIBE on YouTube (Never miss a video!) www.youtube.com

Valentine's Day Breakfast Idea
Valentines Day Breakfast ♥ This is a fun idea for a Valentines Day breakfast ♥ *Make your favorite pancake mix* *Make extra so you will have enough) Fill up a squeeze bottle (You can find those at Walmart or even at your craft store in the cake decorating aisle. Add batter to your squeeze bottle and add in desired food coloring color. For the red I added about 6 drops. You may need to thin out the batter some so you dont get lumps. My video didnt get thinned out enough and it kept getting clogged up. Then have fun!!! Make your desired shape.. Happy Face, hearts, shapes, names, etc. If using a name remember to spell backwards. The smaller the image the easier it is to work with..Keep that in mind.. Or spell out a message on each pancake!! Be creative and have fun!! I would love to see your video response what you came up with Have a great Valentines Day breakfast!! ♥♥♥

Makeup Geek Challenge
Makeup Forever Mat Velvet + Foundation (Read down below for more info) Price: $34 USD Where Can I Purchase This? www.sephora.com Product Rating: 4.5 out of 5 My Shade: 20 What I Love (Pros): - Natural looking finish - Does not appear "cakey" - Great coverage. (Medium to buildable) - Squeeze bottle makes for an easy application. You also don't waste as much foundation this way! - Comes in 16 different shades. - Very light smell. Not strong at all! Reminds me of rose water. Dislikes (Cons): - Foundation dries very quickly - It doesn't glide across your face even when using a primer - No foundation number clearly labeled on the bottle. However the last two digits of the reference number located on the bottom of the bottle give you your shade number. Application (This is how I personally apply this foundation): - I squeeze out the amount of foundation I need onto the palm of my hand - I then spray the foundation with MAC Fix Plus a couple times - Mix that up with my MAC 187 Stippling Brush - Stipple it onto my face and buff it out OR - I apply the foundation with my fingers concentrating on one section of my face at a time. Since I feel the foundation dries so quickly, working in sections makes the application so much easier. Overall: I love the Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + Foundation! I love how this foundation makes your skin look like skin and not like a piece of cake! It looks flawless on the skin and I love the coverage it gives. In my opinion the main downfall is how ...

Dying to Spin #1, Locks Dyed with Food Color
Locks of wool carefully placed in a pyrex pan are soaked in vinegar water and then food color is applied straight from the squeeze bottle. When microwaved to set the color the fiber is perfect for flick carding and spinning. While I have used food color from a squirt bottle you can use paste colors or even chemical dyes to do the same thing, but if using chemical dyes you must take proper precautions.
