Watch Friday's Marist vs. Benet Game Live

Patch will bring you live video of the undefeated Marist Redhawks taking on Benet Academy.

Chicago Bears' Tim Jennings Meets the Fans in Palos Heights

The cornerback was hosted by sports memorabilia company Major League Authentic Monday at the Palos Heights Recreation Center.

Cornerback Tim Jennings of the Chicago Bears signed autographs for dozens of fans Wednesday night in Palos Heights. Residents lined up at the door inside the Palos Heights Recreation Center for the chance to meeting Jennings. The professional athlete was brought in by Major League Authentics, an autographs and memorabilia company run by Steve Novak. Novak is from Palos Heights and a graduate of Trinity Christian College. UPDATE: Lincoln-Way East's Kelly Sterling Voted Patch MVP

Lincoln-Way East girls golf standout Kelly Sterling outpolled 11 others in voting for Patch MVP, Sept. 30-Oct. 7. Sterling is now eligible for Patch Athlete of the Month honors in October.

69 Palos Runners Finish Chicago Marathon

A total of 69 Palos Heights, Palos Park and Palos HIlls ran in the Chicago Marathon Sunday. The best finisher from this area was 249 overall.

About 45,000 runners from every U.S. state and 115 countries participated in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Sunday. Ethiopian Tsegaye Kebede had the top finish in the marathon at 2:04:38, breaking the course record set last year by Kenya's Moses Mosop, according to the Chicago Tribune. Jan Myrda of Palos Heights took an impressive 249th place. Thirty-four people from Palos Heights finished the race. Another 17 runners represented Palos Park. Predict the Score: Chicago vs. Jacksonville

The Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars play this Sunday. Can you guess the score? Closest prediction to the outcome wins a Patch baseball cap!

If the Bears can blow out the Cowboys in Dallas, on Monday Night Football, they can certainly beat down the lowly Jaguars in Jacksonville this week, right? Patch is getting in on the action. Predict the score prior to Sunday's Bears game. The reader who correctly guesses the score, or comes closest to guessing the score, will get a Patch baseball cap. At the end of the season, we'll have a random drawing for a larger prize.
