Zenless Zen (Negating the Negation)
When we talk about non-attachment to all ideas and concepts, we should always include non-attachment to the concept of negationism itself. Zen, Dao, and similar words are used as a path to letting go of the mind's confusion. Negationism, like Zen, is simply a term of convenience.
The ego, which is our concept of self, desires only to expand its sense of existence to include all things within it

Meditation vs Zenless Zen
Negationism ("Zenless Zen") and meditation:
Meditation is a technique used to free the mind of its attachment to thoughts and concepts. For many people, meditation is an ideal practice. However, the process often takes many years. For those who seek a faster but more challenging path, negationism can be rewarding.
Negationism uses the mind to go beyond the mind. By realizing that thoughts, b

The True Tao and the Tao of Convenience
Anytime we form concepts or beliefs about what the world "really is," we are already practicing negationism. We are negating the direct experience of reality by substituting a thought in its place. We are negating our own experience by confusing it with a concept of experience.
Whether we call it God, Brahman, Nature, The Void, Buddha, or Nothingness, reality is not affected by our concepts of

Anonymity and the Ego
These teachings are presented anonymously to avoid the interference of ego. Ego is our concept of self, which we define as "who we are." The concept of self is a natural result of human evolution, but it is not always useful. In the context of spiritual teachings, ego can obscure the message.
When we see and hear other people, we make judgments about them based on our own self-image. These judg

Buddhism as Medicine - The Four Noble Truths
Is Buddhism a religion, or a philosophy? It is possible to say that Buddhism is either, or both, but the debate misses the most important way to define Buddhism.
Buddhism is medicine.
First and foremost, whether it is a religion or a philosophy, Buddhism is medicine for the mind. It recognizes suffering in the world and prescribes a way to heal this suffering.

What is Zen?
Zen is Now.
Zen is not the word "Zen."
Zen is not the idea or concept of "Zen."
Zen is Now.
Just Now.
Nothing more, nothing less.

The meaning of this video is that the essence of what we call Zen is not in the word, concept, or idea of "Zen." Rather, the essence of Zen is in direct, unconditioned experience of reality in the present moment, uncloude

Negationism is the practice of contrasting all concepts, ideas, and beliefs against their opposites in order to free the mind of its attachment to thoughts. It is the essential element of Daoism, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism, non-dualism, and other transcendent philosophical traditions.
Thought is always dualistic. As soon as we think of a thing, we set that thing against everything it is not. For example, think of an alligator. The alligator is defined and given meaning by contrasting it against everything that is not an alligator. This occurs in all thought.
However, the alligator is not separate from anything else in the universe. Only thought creates the separation. As long as we are thinking, we are separating, dividing, and distinguishing things from other things. Things are created in the mind, but only nature itself is reality.
In order to experience nature directly without our experience being clouded by the activity of the mind, we must let go of all thoughts, beliefs, and concepts about what is "really real." We must become non-attached to the intellect. Reality cannot be conceptualized.
The practice of negationism invites us to use the mind to go beyond the mind. Its purpose is to liberate us from our ideas and thoughts about the nature of reality so that we can experience our own nature directly. Upcoming videos will explore this subject in depth.

Der Spiegel, no. 4/2009, page 3: - An actual event that occurred near Regensburg (Germany) at a sanctification of deacons in November 2008 at All Saints Day, could damage the already tense relation between Catholics and Jews even more.
Monsignore Williamson, who was commissioned by Arch Bishop Marcel Lefebvre, the founder of The St. Pius X brotherhood, to persue with the founders lifework, came to Zeitzkofen where The St. Piux X Church conducts a seminary in a baroque palace.
At All Saint's Day the Swedish convert, Sten Sandmark, was to be consecrated as a new deacon at the seminary. It was because Sandmark's conversion from the Protestant Church to The St. Pius X Church had caused a scandal in Sweden. Therefore the Stockholm based TV journalist Ali Fegan was present to capture the event for Swedish Television. After the consecration, Fegan interviewed Monsignore Williamson and others in the palaces chapel.
In the course of the interview the subject of Nazi crimes came up. The footage shows how Williamson paused for a moment and then said that he does not believe that six million Jews were gassed in gas chambers. On the sudden counter question: "So, there weren't any gas chambers?", the bishop replied: "I believe, gas chambers never existed, yes."
In this matter, he said, he sides with the "revisionists" who believe that "two to three hundred thousand Jews in Nazi concentration camps died. But not one of them had been killed by gas in a gas chambers."
Then the clergyman talked much about technical impossibilities, the heights of Chimneys and improper doors because they were untight, but that they were still shown today to "the tourists" at Auschwitz-Birkenau.
"If this is not anti-Semitism", the Swedish interviewer dug deeper, "what is it?" Bishop Williamson: "Anti-Semitism can only be bad if it is against the truth. But if something is true, it cant be bad. I am not interested in the word anti-Semitism."

When we talk about non-attachment to all ideas and concepts, we should always include non-attachment to the concept of negationism itself. Zen, Dao, and similar words are used as a path to letting go of the mind's confusion. Negationism, like Zen, is simply a term of convenience.
The ego, which is our concept of self, desires only to expand its sense of existence to include all things within itself. Spiritual teachings are often welcomed by the ego, because they offer it an opportunity to identify itself with grandiose concepts such as infinity, God, etc.
In order to negate this final desperate attempt by the mind to attach its own concepts to reality, we must negate the concept of negationism itself. Our Zen must become non-zen, our Buddhism non-buddhism, and our Dao non-dao. Only by taking this final step can we free ourselves.
However, you may wonder, what self is freed when the concept of self is negated? The answer is the non-conceptual self. But do not become attached to the words, "non-conceptual self." It is only a term of convenience, pointing directly to our ineffable ordinary experience.
When all concepts are negated, what remains is the non-conceptual. This is all there really is, but the mind has confused itself with thoughts, ideas, and beliefs about it... Negationism is simply a way to stop chasing our tails mentally and make room for direct, wordless experience.

When all concepts are negated, what remains is the non-conceptual. This is all there really is, but the mind has confused itself with thoughts, ideas, and beliefs about it... Negationism is simply a way to stop chasing our tails mentally and make room for direct, wordless experience.

By realizing that thoughts, beliefs, and concepts can never substitute for direct experience, the problems which motivate us to pursue spiritual practice evaporate and cease to arise. Life is no longer a frustrating mystery.
The key to negating the mind is to understand that reality is always directly opposed to whatever we say, think, or believe about it... By clinging to concepts, we are identifying ourselves with our own ideas about nature rather than nature itself. Thoughts are things, but nature isn't.
By definition, the Infinite is not finite. It cannot be defined, which means made finite, and it cannot be expressed in finite terms through language. It can only be pointed to. Thoughts and concepts can point to nature, but they cannot define it or substitute for it.
Negationism is the process of realizing the Infinite by negating the false beliefs which cloud our direct experience of it. We can start by realizing that the infinite, nature, and reality are simply words pointing to what we already are, which is an ineffable suchness.

Anytime we form concepts or beliefs about what the world "really is," we are already practicing negationism. We are negating the direct experience of reality by substituting a thought in its place. We are negating our own experience by confusing it with a concept of experience.
Whether we call it God, Brahman, Nature, The Void, Buddha, or Nothingness, reality is not affected by our concepts of it. Only we are affected. We become confused when reality contradicts our concepts of it. A great deal of conflict and suffering arises from this confusion.
If Nature is everything, then Nature is nothing, because everything is not a thing. All things depend on other things for their existence, because a thing that has no relation to other things is nothing at all. But if Nature is nothing, then it is everything, because nothingness is infinite.
Zenless Zen must say "neti neti," which means "not this, not this." Reality is not everything, it is not nothing, it is not both, and it is not neither. It simply is what it is. It has no need of a name. The Tao that can be told is not the true Tao. It is only a Tao of convenience.
Spiritual liberation is not about magic, super-powers, superior wisdom, or any other ego-based motivation. It is about waking up to the emptiness of all concepts, and the concept of a separate self in particular. We do not become "one" with the Infinite. We become none with it.

How They Got the 270 Million Figure Was the Following:
The Negationism in India where 80 million Hindus were killed by Muslims:
http://koenraadelst.bharatvani.org/books/negaind/ch2.htm
The World Christian Trends where it states 10 million Buddhists were killed by Muslims on table 4-1:
http://www.gordonconwell.edu/resources/documents/wct_martyrs_extract.pdf
For Africans, according to Thomas Sowell's Race and Culture, on page 188, 11 million Africans were across the Atlantic and 14 million were shipped to Islamic nations in the Middle East & Africa:
https://books.google.com/books?id=BIFZkzoMVEIC&pg;=PA308&lpg;=PA308&dq;=thomas+sowell+race+and+culture+p+188&source;=bl&ots;=RWDLXcW2qu&sig;=Pehd4O7QYCs7r2JllVB_5ooI4qw&hl;=en&sa;=X&ved;=0ahUKEwijro7XrdfJAhVCKB4KHXCOB8MQ6AEIPzAG#v=onepage&q;=thomas%20sowell%20race%20and%20culture%20p%20188&f;=false
Additionally, David Livingstone estimated for every slave that reached the plantation, five others died:
http://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=nnc1.cr60065532;view=1up;seq=64
What they have calculated was for 25 million slaves delivered to the market (11 million plus 14 million), we have the death of 120 million people.
The number of Christians martyred is 9 million according to page 230:

These teachings are presented anonymously to avoid the interference of ego. Ego is our concept of self, which we define as "who we are." The concept of self is a natural result of human evolution, but it is not always useful. In the context of spiritual teachings, ego can obscure the message.
When we see and hear other people, we make judgments about them based on our own self-image. These judgments are generally useful in daily life. However, they can interfere with our ability to accept spiritual teachings, because we tend to confuse the message with the messenger.
In negationism and the traditions it is derived from, the messenger is not important. Skillful teachers will minimize opportunities for ego dynamics to occur between the messenger and his or her audience. The electronic age creates an opportunity to do this effectively.
We do not offer commercial products or services. We have no interest in encouraging viewers to continue engaging with us indefinitely. We are not gurus, swamis, coaches, or masters. We are simply guides, pointing you toward a direct experience of what you already are.
Our identity is not important. Identification with any concept, including the concept of self, is what we must negate and neutralize in order to free the mind from its own confusion. We are what you are. You are what we are. We are all anonymous in the eyes of Nature.

The Four Noble Truths are the basis of Buddhism as Medicine:
1. Life involves suffering. There is war, sickness, old age, and death. Happiness based on anything in the world does not last. Everything is impermanent and ephemeral.
2. The cause of suffering is clinging and desire. We want to hold on to what cannot be held, and we base our happiness on achievement instead of on who and what we really are.
3. There is a way to lessen, heal, and escape suffering. Buddhism is pessimistic about the world, but not about the human mind. We are not helpless. We can heal ourselves.
4. The way to decrease suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path of right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.
Buddhism is a prescription for psychological and spiritual healing given by a man called Buddha, the Awakened One. He had Awakened to a treatment for human suffering.
By practicing Buddhist principles, ethics, and meditation, we can begin to cure the psychological "dis-ease" which afflicts us all and improve the quality of our lives.

Zen is Now
What is Zen?
Zen is Now.
Zen is not the word "Zen."
Zen is not the idea or concept of "Zen."
Zen is Now.
Just Now.
Nothing more, nothing less....
What is Zen?
Zen is Now.
Zen is not the word "Zen."
Zen is not the idea or concept of "Zen."
Zen is Now.
Just Now.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Zen is Now.
The meaning of this video is that the essence of what we call Zen is not in the word, concept, or idea of "Zen." Rather, the essence of Zen is in direct, unconditioned experience of reality in the present moment, unclouded by intrusive thoughts, false ideas, assumptions, and delusions. Zen is right now, as it is appearing, without the interference or mediation of the mind's concepts, including the ever-present concept of self. This video is Zen. The computer screen is Zen. The world is Zen. You are Zen - but you are not truly separate from anything else. We do not become one with the Infinite - we become none with it.
But Zen is not any of the words above. Zen is Now.
