Grenada
Recorded February 19, 2008. Grenada is an island nation consisting of the island of Grenada and six smaller islands at the southern end of the Grenadines in the southeastern Caribbean Sea. Grenada is located northwest of Trinidad and Tobago, northeast of Venezuela, and southwest of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Its size is 133 square miles with an estimated population of 110000. St. George's, population 7500, with an agglomeration of 33000 people is the capital of Grenada, British West Indies. The city is surrounded by a hillside of an old volcano crater and is on a horseshoe-shaped harbour. The video begins as we sail into the harbour on the Crown Princess. After disembarking the ship I walk around the capital city of St. George's. There is a nice view of the city from Fort Frederick. Next we drive through the city of Grenville. The last two stops on dry land are Grand Etang National Park and Annandale Falls. The video concludes as we sail away from the island of Grenada on the Crown Princess. From: timvp.com

Bruno Mars - Grenade [OFFICIAL VIDEO]
Available now on iTunes! smarturl.it © 2010 WMG. The official music video for 'Grenade' by Bruno Mars from doo-wops and hooligans - available now on Elektra Records! Directed by Nabil "Today, I get to share with you the visual companion piece to my new single, 'Grenade.' The song is about loving someone so deeply, and the pain of knowing that the person you love does not feel the same. The actions in this video serve as a metaphor, and should not be taken literally. I am aware of the power of visual media, and I encourage everyone who watches this video to understand that it is an artistic interpretation of the song, and not something to imitate." -- Bruno Mars brunomars.com http twitter.com LYRICS Easy come, easy go, that's just how you live Oh, take, take, take it all but you never give Should've known you was trouble from the first kiss Had your eyes wide open, why were they open? Gave you all I had and you tossed it in the trash You tossed it in the trash, you did To give me all your love is all I ever asked 'Cause what you don't understand is I'd catch a grenade for ya Throw my hand on a blade for ya I'd jump in front of a train for ya You know I'd do anything for ya I would go through all this pain Take a bullet straight through my brain Yes, I would die for you, baby But you won't do the same No, no, no, no Black, black, black and blue, beat me 'til I'm numb Tell the devil I said, hey, when you get back to where you're from Mad women, bad women, that's just what ...

Athletics Men's 400m Final - Full Replay from the Olympic Stadium at the London 2012 Olympic Games. -- 6 August 2012 Kirani James wins Gold for Grenada (MEDALLISTS) GOLD: GRN SILVER: DOM BRONZE: TRI Since 1896, athletics has been on the programme of each edition of the Games of the Olympiad. Its presence on the Games programme has allowed its popularity to increase across the world. This popularity was also strengthened by the creation of the IAAF in 1912. Women's events appeared for the first time at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam, while the men's programme was standardised as of the 1932 Games in Los Angeles. Although at the beginning women were authorised to participate in only some events, today their programme is almost identical to that of the men. Reconnecting with Grenada
Twenty years ago, Chad and Roshan Hyson met as teens in lovely Grenada, but they didn't fall in love until a decade later when they reconnected after college in Miami, Florida. Ten years later, their lives are busy with two growing children and no spare time. Now, they're ready to return to the country of their youth for a more laid back lifestyle and the chance to reconnect with the country that truly feels like home. They're hoping a slower pace will allow them to spend more time together and finally have time to enjoy the most important thing of all: family. But moving to a small island means a small real estate market and Chad and Roshan have very different needs. Chad wants gorgeous beach views, but Roshan needs a home office that offers peace and quiet. Will real estate agent and family friend Pearl Forrester be able to balance Chad and Roshan's priorities? Or will the stress of house hunting send this couple over the edge? Find out when House Hunters International reconnects with its roots in Grenada.

Grenada's Immigration chief says UN award reflects potential of public service
Improving the delivery of public services Latin America and the Caribbean Grenada -- 2nd Place Institution: Immigration and Passport Department Three outreach offices were established in Grenville, Gouyave and sister island of Carriacou to provide solutions to a slow passport service. A computerised passport programme and border control system was introduced enabling Grenada to be the first country in the Eastern Caribbean to produce Machine Readable Passports. The initiative significantly decreased the time needed to apply and obtain a new passport, from fourteen working days to three working days. The volume of passports produced increased and security was enhanced. The new system has thus improved the efficiency of the service greatly. As a result, Grenada is the country that offers the quickest service in this respect within the Caribbean.
