Ai Fukuhara (福原 愛, Fukuhara Ai?) (born November 1, 1988 in Sendai, Miyagi) is a Japanese table tennis player sponsored by All Nippon Airways.
Fukuhara began playing at the age of 3 and became a professional at age 10. The following year, she became the youngest player ever to become a member of the Japanese national team. Because of her age, she has been regarded as a 'child prodigy' in table tennis. At age 13, in 2002, she became the youngest-ever Japanese representative for the Asian Games. In 2003, she reached the quarter-final, losing to top-seeded Zhang Yining, in her World Championships debut in Paris. In 2004, she took part in the World Team Championships and helped Team Japan finish third.
Fukuhara qualified to participate in the 2004 Summer Olympics in the Asian zone qualifying tournament. The qualification entitled Fukuhara to compete in Athens, at the age of 15 years and 287 days, as the youngest-ever female table tennis player in the Olympic Games. She reached the round of 16 in her first Olympic Games, losing to bronze medalist Kim Kyung-Ah.

Elizabeta Samara (born April 15, 1989 in Constanţa), is a Romanian professional table tennis player of Fenerbahçe SK from Turkey.
After a highly successful run as a youth player, Samara continued to be part of a successful team at the senior level. In 2005, she was a member of the Romanian team that won Gold at the European Championships in Aarhus, Denmark. With Doubles partner Daniela Dodean, she has won European Championships Gold (2009, Stuttgart), Silver (2011, Gdansk-Sopot) and Bronze (2010, Ostrava). In the mixed Doubles (partnering Andrei Filimon), she has won the European title in Istanbul in 2011, and Bronze in Subotica in 2009.
In 2008, she won the Doubles competition at the ITTF Pro Tour event in Warsaw (partnering Daniela Dodean). She won the Serbian Open in 2009.
Wen Jiabao (born 19 September 1942) is the sixth and current Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, serving as China's head of government and leading its cabinet. In his capacity as Premier, Wen is regarded as the leading figure behind China's economic policy. He also holds membership in the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, the country's de facto top power organ, where he is ranked third out of nine members.
Wen has a professional background in geology and engineering. He holds a postgraduate degree from the Beijing Institute of Geology, where he graduated in 1968. He was subsequently sent to Gansu province for geological work, and remained in China's hinterland regions during his climb up the bureaucratic ladder. He was transferred to Beijing to work as the Chief of the Party General Office between 1986 and 1993, and accompanied General Secretary Zhao Ziyang to Tiananmen Square during the 1989 Tiananmen Square Protests. In 1998, he was promoted to the post of Vice Premier under Zhu Rongji, his mentor, and oversaw the broad portfolios of agriculture and finance.
Liu Jia (Chinese: 刘佳; born 16 February 1982 in Beijing, China) is a female Chinese-born table tennis player who now represents Austria.
From 1992 to 1995 Liu attended Shischa Sporting High School in Beijing. Afterwards she became a member of professional club Shian Nuntan, where she played with Zhang Yining. Despite Liu's successes as a Cadet and Junior, competition within the Chinese team was strong and prospects for a future international career were dim. Instead of following a call to Japan, Liu travelled to Austria when the opportunity arose to play for Austrian team Linz AG Froschberg.
She arrived in March 1997 without speaking either German or English, but quickly learned German within the year that she settled in Austria. She won the 1st International Austrian Youth Championships soon after her arrival. On February 16, 1998, her sixteenth birthday, she became an Austrian citizen and a member of the Austrian table tennis squad.
Liu continued her success on youth level by taking Gold in the Singles, Doubles and Mixed competition at the 1998 European Youth Championships in Norcia. In 1999, she once again claimed the Singles and Mixed titles in Frydek-Mistek.
