Re-Volt (PC) - Bronze Cup
Silver Cup - youtube.com Clockwork Carnage - youtube.com Re-Volt is one of my favorite racing games, and thankfully I finally got Fraps working so I could record some videos of it. Here is the Bronze Cup completed with Dr. Grudge. Disclaimer: Yes, I'm well aware that I suck at this game, but think of it this way. If I didn't suck, then it would be a boring video with no suspense at all.

Chinese Authorities Lose Control as Village Revolts
For more news and videos visit ☛ english.ntdtv.com Follow us on Twitter ☛ http Add us on Facebook ☛ me.lt As we've been telling you this week, tens of thousands of villagers are protesting in Wukan, in Guangdong Province. Now the situation has become a standoff as villagers have kicked out both local officials and police. That came after the suspicious death of one villager in police custody. Here's the latest. The over twenty-thousand residents of the village of Wukan in south China's Guangdong Province have expelled all local Communist Party authorities, including police, and blocked road access to the village. The British newspaper The Telegraph was able to get a journalist on the ground in Wukan on Tuesday. Malcom Moore called the current incident the first time on record that the Party has "lost all control" in a situation of "open revolt." This marks the latest escalation in an ongoing confrontation between villagers and local Communist Party officials they've called corrupt and abusive. For three months, Wukan residents have been staging occasional large-scale protests against a longstanding series of abuses committed by local Party officials. The villagers' biggest grievance was corrupt officials profiting from illegally selling the villagers' land. The current intensified protest, including the expelling of all police and officials, came after the death in Party custody of Xue Jinbo. He was a Wukan resident who had served as a negotiator with authorities ...

Oakland Revolt: Occupy cop crackdown
Oakland Revolt: Occupy cop crackdown
The city of Oakland, California, is reeling after one of the biggest protests the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement has seen. About 80 demonstrators were arrested and several injured after what started as a peaceful rally was met with a heavy-handed police response at the end of the day. Hours before that, thousands of anti-corporate protesters forced a shutdown of America's fifth largest sea port. That's as the general strike - America's first in over half a century - also paralyzed several businesses in Oakland's downtown. RT correspondent, Lucy Kafanov, was at the very heart of unfolding events throughout and describes how they developed. RT on Twitter twitter.com RT on Facebook www.facebook.com

Youth In Revolt Movie Trailer
Youth In Revolt Movie Trailer
Michael Cera once again refuses to act his age in Youth In Revolt, a movie that asks how far a normal teenager will go for love. The answer is way, way too far. Cera stars as Nick Twisp, a sixteen year old boy longing for that one special girl. But rather than limiting himself to anonymous love notes or posting her pictures all over his Facebook, he'll turn to some other, less conventional methods of expressing his love. Like hiding out in India. And arson. And hiding from the FBI. And becoming schizophrenic. Check out the trailer. Most of Michael Cera's stuff is funny, and seeing him try to play the bad boy shouldn't disappoint in the funny department either. But is this all just getting a little too creepy-stalkerish? Hit the comments section below and tell us what you think. Thanks for watching! Youth In Revolt Cast: Michael Cera, Ray Liotta, Steve Buscemi, Jean Smart, M. Emmet Walsh, Adhir Kalyan, Portia Doubleday, Justin Long, Fred Willard, Zach Galifinakis, Erik Knudsen, Mary Kay Place, Ari Graynor, Tricia Mara, Jonny Wright, Rooney Mara Youth In Revolt movie trailer courtesy Dimension Films. Youth In Revolt opens in US theaters October 30th, 2009. Youth In Revolt is directed by Miguel Arteta.

Financial Fascism? 'Greeks should revolt against debt slavery!'
It's been a tough night in Brussels where Eurozone ministers have reached a deal on a second bailout for Greece. It took them several hours to agree on the one-hundred-and-thirty-billion euro cash injection, expected to save the country from default. Earlier the Greek Parliament went through a storm of public outrage and several internal conflicts to approve the austerity measures demanded by international creditors. BBC - In the footsteps of Alexander (army revolts) 26
BBC - In the footsteps of Alexander (army revolts) 26
In the footsteps of Alexander The Great East of Porus's kingdom, near the Ganges River (hellenic version of the Indian name Ganga), was the powerful Nanda Empire of Magadha and Gangaridai Empire of Bengal. Fearing the prospects of facing other powerful Indian armies and exhausted by years of campaigning, his army mutinied at the Hyphasis River (the modern Beas River) refusing to march further east. As for the Macedonians, however, their struggle with Porus blunted their courage and stayed their further advance into India. For having had all they could do to repulse an enemy who mustered only twenty thousand infantry and two thousand horse, they violently opposed Alexander when he insisted on crossing the river Ganges also, the width of which, as they learned, was thirty-two furlongs, its depth a hundred fathoms, while its banks on the further side were covered with multitudes of men-at-arms and horsemen and elephants. For they were told that the kings of the Ganderites and Praesii were awaiting them with eighty thousand horsemen, two hundred thousand footmen, eight thousand chariots, and six thousand fighting elephants. [10] Gangaridai, a nation which possesses a vast force of the largest-sized elephants. Owing to this, their country has never been conquered by any foreign king: for all other nations dread the overwhelming number and strength of these animals. Thus Alexander the Macedonian, after conquering all Asia, did not make war upon the Gangaridai, as he did on all ...
