DVLA is recruiting for Customer Service advisors for our award winning Contact Centre. We currently employ over 5,543 staff. Our Contact Centre answers 1 million customer enquiries each month by telephone and email. It currently employs almost 900 staff. In 2012, DVLA's contact centre was crowned 'Best Overall Contact Centre of the Year' by the Customer Contact Association. Our contact centre also won the award for the 'Most Effective Training Programme' category. We place customers at the heart of everything we do and expect our advisors to provide a consistently high level of service at all times. We are looking for enthusiast, friendly and individuals with excellent internal personal and communication skills. Working in our Contact Centre, you'll be expected to answer around 100 calls a day. This would involve answering public enquiries on vehicle or driver related issues. We require people who embrace the role on the telephone and who have a positive work attitude and work in a professional manner.
