Sacheen Littlefeather Message From China.flv
Students at Beijing Normal University send a video message to Sacheen Littlefeather. Over 70 students at BNU in China expressed their admiration to Sacheen Littlefeather by sending her letters. All of the students were amazed by her courage and bravery. It was a very positive experience. The letters were sent to her, but we are unsure if she ever received them. We hope she did. We sent them to her PO Box in San Rafael, California.

Miss American Vampire 1970 on Dark Shadows
The Miss American Vampire Contest was part of the promotional blitz for the movie "House of Dark Shadows". Jonathan Frid crowned the regional winner of the crown, Christine Domaniecki of Belleville, NJ, in Palisades Park, NJ. Lucky winners were whisked away for the final competition, which took place on Regis Philbin's daytime telivision show. National winner Sacheen Littlefeather is a colorful character--a model and American Indian Activist probably best known for her appearance during the 1972 Oscars, during which she accepted the award for Best Actor on behalf of Marlon Brando for his role in "The Godfather." The winner was to be coached by star Nancy Barrett and also receive a week of all-expenses paid accommodations for two in New York City, presumably during the guest appearance on the serial. The winner, Sacheen Littlefeather (aka Maria Cruz), never did appear on the show, although a runner-up, Christine Domaniecki, apparently did. Domaniecki played a barmaid in episode 1126 in 1970. Her surname is incorrectly listed in the end credits as Domaneck. She later became a full-time make-up artist, working on such films as Spider-Man, Zoolander and American Gangster (though IMDB lists these jobs as "uncredited.")
