A Portrait of Stalin: Secret Police
MONSTER: A PORTRAIT OF STALIN IN BLOOD 1992. This six part series, produced by Alexandre Ivankin at Contact Studio, Moscow, uses never before released films from the Russian archives and personal interviews to tell the true story of the annihilation of approximately 40 million Russians by Stalin. Episode 2: Stalin's Secret Police: Stalin's rise to power is attributed largely to his control of the vast secret police complex, known first as the Cheka and later the NKVD, which became the KGB. At Stalin's direction the secret police becomes the bludgeon with which Stalin enforces his political and personal will, liquidating party rivals, purging the Red Army, and creating the Gulag, massive system of slave labor and liquidation camps. Stalin was born Joseph Dzhugashvili in the Georgian town of Gori in 1879. He was an early activist in the Bolshevik movement, where he first assumed the pseudonym Stalin (which means "man of steel"). He was named General Secretary of the Communist Party in 1922, a post Stalin used to fortify his power base. When Vladimir Lenin died in 1924, a struggle for control broke out hat pitted Stalin against his nemesis, Leon Trotsky, and a host of lesser party figures. Stalin's victory was slow and hard-fought, but by 1927 he had succeeded in having Trotsky expelled from the party. By 1928, Stalin was entrenched as supreme Soviet leader, and he wasted little time in launching a series of national campaigns (the so-called Five-Year Plans) aimed at ...

Christopher Story - EU Corruption Part 1/3
Christopher Edward Harle Story FRSA (1938 -- 14 July 2010[1]) was a British writer, publisher and government adviser specialising in intelligence and economic affairs, who is best known for his collaboration with KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn on the 1995 book The Perestroika Deception. Christopher Story, the son of Colonel Henry Harle Story MC of the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles),[2] was educated at Eton College and Christ Church, Oxford, and then worked as an industrial writer in Canada. In 1963, he formed his own publishing company specialising in intelligence and founded World Reports Limited in 1963.[3] Since 1970, he has edited and published International Currency Review,[4] which includes the World Bank, the Federal Reserve, and the Bank of England amongst its subscribers.[5] He became an economic adviser to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher,[6] and a year after her resignation he purchased the respected Soviet Analyst, whose previous editors include Robert Conquest and Tibor Szamuely,[7] due to his continued scepticism about Mikhail Gorbachev, perestroika and the official version of events in the Soviet Union.[8] In May 1992, he was approached by KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn, who supported Story's analysis in Soviet Analyst, and handed over to Story his memoranda to the CIA, which Story edited and published as The Perestroika Deception in 1995. In 2002, Story published The European Union Collective, which applied Story's analysis to the European Union. He is also ...

Robert FIsk - Conquest of the Middle East
Robert Fisk is an award-winning British journalist and author. He is the Middle East correspondent of the UK newspaper The Independent, and has spent more than 30 years living in and reporting from the region. Fisk is one of the few Western journalists to have interviewed Osama bin Laden - three times. During one of Fisk's interviews with Bin Laden, Fisk noted an attempt by Bin Laden to possibly recruit him. Bin Laden said, "Mr Robert, one of our brothers had a dream. He dreamed ... that you were a spiritual person ... this means you are a true Muslim." Fisk replied, "Sheikh Osama, I am not a Muslim ... I am a journalist". Bin Laden and Adam Gadahn, an Al-Qaeda spokesman and translator of American birth, have apparently mentioned Robert Fisk in speeches. Osama bin Laden said Fisk's reporting was "neutral". During the 2003 Iraq War, Fisk was stationed in Baghdad and filed many eyewitness reports. He has criticized other journalists based in Iraq for what he calls their "hotel journalism", literally reporting from one's hotel room without interviews or first hand experience of events.

A Portrait of Stalin: Mind Control
MONSTER: A PORTRAIT OF STALIN IN BLOOD 1992. This six part series, produced by Alexandre Ivankin at Contact Studio, Moscow, uses never before released films from the Russian archives and personal interviews to tell the true story of the annihilation of approximately 40 million Russians by Stalin. Episode 1: Stalin and Mind Control Stalin marshalls Soviet media to manipulate the minds of his population. All organs of communication are taken under Stalin's control, including painting, sculpture, poetry, theater, cinema and architecture--even opera and ballet. By 1928, Stalin was entrenched as supreme Soviet leader, and he wasted little time in launching a series of national campaigns (the so-called Five-Year Plans) aimed at "collectivizing" the peasantry and turning the USSR into a powerful industrial state. Both campaigns featured murder on a massive scale. The millions of deaths in Stalin's "Gulag ...

Joseph Stalin In Private
MONSTER: A PORTRAIT OF STALIN IN BLOOD 1992. This six part series, produced by Alexandre Ivankin at Contact Studio, Moscow, uses never before released films from the Russian archives and personal interviews to tell the true story of the annihilation of approximately 40 million Russians by Stalin. Episode 4: The Private Life of Joseph Stalin. Stalin is born of doubtful parenthood and grows up a Marxist and a revolutionary, organizing riots and robbing banks to fund party activities. While Stalin is twice-married, both wives die suspicious deaths, the first of "typhoid" after being kicked in the stomach while pregnant, and the second of "appendicitis" after committing suicide. Stalin then systematically murders or imprisons his many in-laws. Witnesses of these events furnish the horrid details.
