Genetic Bucket Chain, part 2
I know this is counter-intuitive. All the really interesting science is. If you have strong evidence to contradict the research on which these publications are based, by all means present it. "I don't believe it" is not an adequate argument, though. There may very well be some isolated populations, but to be truly isolated from the bucket chain, they would have to have no contact with any tribes who ever had contact with more distant tribes. Isolated Pacific Islands seem the best candidate, but the Polynesians were island-hopping the Pacific in the 400s AD. References: www.stat.yale.edu www.stat.yale.edu

Evolution: Out Of Africa Theory (Mitochondrial Eve)
"Discovery Channel Documentary" "The Real Eve: 5 Billion People From One Woman " 2002 Reveals shared genetic heritage links in every living person on earth and traces the expansion of modern humans throughout the world. In the field of human genetics, Mitochondrial Eve refers to the matrilineal "MRCA" (most recent common ancestor). In other words, she was the woman from whom all living humans today descend, on their mother's side, and through the mothers of those mothers and so on, back until all lines converge on one person. Because all mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is generally passed from mother to offspring without recombination, all mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) in every living person is directly descended from hers by definition. Mitochondrial Eve is the female counterpart of Y chromosomal Adam, the patrilineal most recent common ancestor, although they lived thousands of years apart.

Top 10 smallest dinosaurs
Click Like if you like ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬► Facebook : fr-fr.facebook.com this video is about the smallest archosaurs, I putted 'dinosaurs' as tittle to make the video more attractive Archosaurs are a group of diapsid amniotes whose living representatives consist of modern birds and crocodilians. This group also includes all extinct non-avian dinosaurs, many extinct crocodilian relatives, and pterosaurs. Archosauria, the archosaur clade, is a crown group that includes the most recent common ancestor of living birds and crocodilians. It includes two main clades: Crurotarsi, which includes crocodilians and their extinct relatives, and Avemetatarsalia, which includes pterosaurs and dinosaurs (of which birds are the only living clade). Also the field guides to rank reptiles say : "Size: Reptiles and amphibians do not attain 'standard' lengths. In most instances three measurements are given under the sub-heading "identification". For example: 4-7" record 8 1/4" This means that average adults of the species in question vary from 4 to 7 inches in total length, and that the largest one measured * & 1/4" So we rank them according to length, .. may be we missed some ones, and some others haven't accruate size because of the remains which were just partial skeleton So I hope you will enjoy this video

The Historicity Of Adam & Eve
The first Christian missionaries to China experienced shock and dismay when they encountered Chinese historical accounts placing Chinese national origins earlier than 4004 bc These missionaries faced rejection, loss of their credibility, and resistance to their message. The same reaction comes today from American Indians, who date their origin to 9500 bc; Australian Aborigines, who date back to 25000 bc; and Europeans, who date advanced cave art back to 30000 bc All are firmly established dates. So how do we calibrate this with Genesis 1-11? Based on evidence of religious artifacts and altars, the date for the origin of the human species, the only spiritual species ever to inhabit Earth, appears to be 8000 to 24000 years ago: "Oldest Religious Shrine Found" - news.google.com These dates are more likely indicative of the rise of human civilization than of mankind's origin, since artifacts of this nature would seem to require a fairly high level of organized community. Another form of evidence should also be noted, and that is the biochemical dates for Eve and Noah. Since all of mankind came from Adam and Eve, scientific dating of mankind's origin using genetic markers specific for the female lineage should measure older than those specific for the male lineage. This discrepancy results not because Eve came first but because the male line experienced a severe bottleneck at the time of the Flood. The Bible teaches that the Flood destroyed all humanity except for Noah, his ...

New Hominid & Intervention Theory with Lloyd Pye
Lloyd Pye reacted to reports about a newly discovered hominid. He believes this finding strengthens the case that humans are not part of the natural evolution of primates on Earth, and were likely developed through some type of intervention. What is a Hominid ? The Hominidae form a taxonomic family of primates, including four extant genera: chimpanzees and bonobos (Pan), gorillas (Gorilla), humans (Homo), and orangutans (Pongo). The term "hominid" is also used in the more restricted sense as hominins or 'humans and relatives of humans closer than chimpanzees'. In this usage, all hominid species other than Homo sapiens are extinct. A number of known extinct genera are grouped with humans in the Homininae subfamily, others with orangutans in the Ponginae subfamily. The most recent common ancestor of the Hominidae lived roughly 14 million years ago, when the ancestors of the orangutans speciated from the ancestors of the other three genera. The ancestors of the Hominidae family had already speciated from those of the Hylobatidae family, perhaps 15 million to 20 million years ago.

Evolution of cranial morphology in phyllostomid bats in relation to feeding habits
Along the evolution changes occur in all groups of organisms. These changes do not always remain, but sometimes they increase survival of the group and therefore are transmitted from one generation to another. That is the way by which new species arise, adapted in some extent to their environment. When these changes allow the species to interact successfully with their environment, either by using the same habitat or resource in different ways or by adapting to use different habitats or resources, an adaptive diversification occurs. In bats, the second most diverse group of mammals, there has taken place an impressive adaptive diversification in the family Phyllostomidae, which is restricted to the New World. This diversification has been linked to changes that occurred in diet and to the morphological and physiological modifications associated with this. The following video illustrates the changes that have had occur in the shape of skull in different lineages of the family, related to the transition to different types of diet from an insectivorous ancestor. The tree has been pruned from a molecular phylogeny of the family Phyllostomidae that includes 57 taxa. The nodes represent the most recent common ancestor of the species. Therefore, the values corresponding to these nodes are older than the origin of the group to which each species belongs. The latter values are shown in the text. This video was created for free use as teaching material. As far as possible ...

Davidcici13 Genealogist Dr. Spencer Wells talks about Humans Genetics
Dr. Spencer Wells does extensive genetic analysis on a news anchor crew from Tucson, Arizona tracing each members ancestral lineages and which haplogroup each person was apart of. All members traced a recent common ancestor through the M168 mutation through the male members one with Haplogroup J which falls under the M89 cluster, and haplogroup E. From the mtDNA both women fell off the super macrohaplogroup N, one directly deriving from a sub-type N9a which is found across the Asian continent, the other coming from haplogroup K, which is a common European type. Most N derived populations are most commonly found in Europe and Western Asia.

Spencer Wells Y-Chromosomal Adam & Eve
I merged two of his videos together and cut out most of the dialogue and scenery throughout the Scientific Adam documentary just to shorten it for the viewers. Scientific Adam (Y-0, A) traces our ancestry to a ancient common ancestor, a people who can directly trace a common ancestor to Scientific Adam is relic African populations (Khoisan, Pygmies) and ethnic East African groups. CT-M168 Eurasian Adam majority of all Africans and all non-Africans trace a common ancestor who dated to 31000-68000. The other significant divergence happened with K2 (M9) mutation it occurred 40000 yrs ago in the Near East (IJK fall under this cluster). All humans can directly trace back to one man who most likely lived in East Africa 60-90 kya ago. This is an old publication recent works suggest it could of originated in either Northwest central Africa or Southwest Africa 142000 yrs ago to well over 200000. mtDNA Eve most likely arose around 200000 yrs ago in East Africa. Y-Adam basal lineages do not go as far back as mtDNA Eve possibly inferring that Adam went extinct several times. However, the root of the trunk is simply comprised in Sub Sahara Africa, meaning this is the place that modern humans most likely arose. Comment and subscribe to my channel.

Save The Red Pandas
The Red Panda, Firefox[1], or Lesser Panda , or Ailurus fulgens ("shining cat"), is a mostly herbivorous mammal, specialized as a bamboo feeder. It is slightly larger than a domestic cat (40 - 60 cm long, 3 - 6 kg weight). The Red Panda is endemic to the Himalayas in Bhutan, southern China, India, Laos, Nepal, and Burma. Red Panda is the state animal in the Indian state of Sikkim. It is also the mascot of the Darjeeling international festivals. There is an estimated population of less than 2500 mature individuals. Their population continues to decline due to habitat fragmentation.[2] The most recent molecular-systematic DNA research places the Red Panda into its own independent family Ailuridae. Ailuridae are in turn part of a trichotomy within the broad superfamily Musteloidea (Flynn et al., 2001) that also includes the Mephitidae (skunks) and the Procyonidae (raccoons) + Mustelidae (weasels). Unlike the Giant Panda, it is not a bear (Ursidae).[3] There are two extant subspecies of Red Panda: the Western Red Panda (Ailurus fulgens fulgens) that lives in the western part of its range, and the somewhat larger Styan's Red Panda (Ailurus fulgens styani) that lives in the east-northeastern part of its range. The Western Red Panda has lighter pelage, especially in the face, while the Styan's Red Panda has more dramatic facial markings. The effective population size in the Sichuan population is larger and more stable than that in the Yunnan population, implying a southward ...

Mammals
Check us out at www.tutorvista.com Mammals (formally Mammalia) are a class of vertebrate, air-breathing animals whose females are characterized by the possession of mammary glands while both males and females are characterized by sweat glands, hair and/or fur, three middle ear bones used in hearing, and a neocortex region in the brain. Mammals are divided into three main infraclass taxa depending how they are born. These taxa are: monotremes, marsupials and placentals. Except for the five species of monotremes (which lay eggs), all mammal species give birth to live young. Most mammals also possess specialized teeth, and the largest group of mammals, the placentals, use a placenta during gestation. The mammalian brain regulates endothermic and circulatory systems, including a four-chambered heart. There are approximately 5400 species of mammals, distributed in about 1200 genera, 153 families, and 29 orders(though this varies by classification scheme). Mammals range in size from the 3040 millimeter (1- to 1.5-inch) Bumblebee Bat to the 33-meter (108-foot) Blue Whale. Mammals are divided into two subclasses: the Prototheria, which includes the oviparous monotremes, and the Theria, which includes the placentals and live-bearing marsupials. Most mammals, including the six largest orders, belong to the placental group. The three largest orders, in descending order, are Rodentia (mice, rats, porcupines, beavers, capybaras, and other gnawing mammals), Chiroptera (bats), and ...

Apes can't read, so why can we? Does science show we're related to apes, or is the evolutionary tale of common ancestry false? Science & Human Origins, the provocative new book from Discovery Institute Press, boldly addresses some of the most popular evolutionary arguments pertaining to controversial claims that humans and apes are related through common ancestry. In Science & Human Origins three scientists challenge the claim that undirected natural selection is capable of building a human being. The authors critically assess fossil and genetic evidence that human beings share a common ancestor with apes, and debunk recent claims that the human race could not have started from an original couple. How Do We Know Which Kind of Dinosaurs Were Most Closely Related?
Although most of the news stories one reads about dinosaurs involve spectacular, if not speculative, aspects of dinosaur history, such as new theories about their behavior, extinction, or ecology, less attention is paid to studies analyzing their evolutionary relationships. This is unfortunate, because understanding questions of dinosaur behavior and biology depends on a firm understanding of their evolutionary relationships. To reconstruct the evolutionary relationships between different groups of dinosaurs, one must carefully study and analyze the anatomy, essentially searching for characteristics that are shared among different kinds of dinosaurs, which are then interpreted to have been present in the common ancestor, or first member of a group, and inherited by its descendants. This analysis produces a branching diagram, called a cladogram (See: Family Tree for Dinosaurs), on which different kinds of dinosaurs are shown at the endpoints of the branches. The branching points connecting the different branches represent the common ancestor for the group whose branches come out of that branching point, and based on the characteristics shared by dinosaurs on those branches, we can infer that those shared characteristics were present in the common ancestor. The result is a pattern of smaller groups of dinosaurs contained within larger groups of dinosaurs. For example, T. rex is a member of a small group (Tyrannosauridae) that also contains Albertosaurus. Both those are ...
