20/20 reporter John Stossel gets smacked to the ground when he asks WWF wrestler "Dr. D (death)" David Schultz if wrestling is fake. en.wikipedia.org On December 28, 1984, Schults' encounter with Stossel happened while Stossel was backstage at Madison Square Garden doing a story about professional wrestling's secrets. During an interview Stossel told Schults that he thought pro wrestling was fake and Schults' response was to slap Stossel twice, knocking him to the floor each time. The attack, which attracted a large amount of media coverage, was later aired on national television (as well as currently appearing on websites such as YouTube and Break.com) including ABC News which reported that the network had received more than 1000 calls from viewers inquiring about Mr. Stossel's health. Marvin Kohn, a deputy commissioner at the New York State Athletic Commission, had been present at the arena during the incident and immediately suspended Schultz for his actions. Although called by Commissioner Jose Torres to come to a hearing before the Commission, Kohn later reported that Schultz had written letter to the commission admitting "that he had acted improperly and apologized both to the commission and to Mr. Stossel" and further stated "I intend the commission to know that I did not intend to hurt John Stossel. CM Punk Wins 2012 WWE Raw Elimination Chamber Match CM Punk entered the elimination chamber as the WWE Champion and he had the bad luck of being one of the first participants. Despite this, he managed to survive against R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler and Chris Jericho. One of the most memorable parts of the match came when CM Punk delivered a high kick and knocked Jericho right out of the chamber. My thoughts on the Night of Champions 2011 PPV. All my ratings for the matches are as follows. Overall rating: 6.5/10 Tag Titles Match Air Boom vs Miz & Truth: **1/2 IC title Match Rhodes vs Dibiase: **1/2 US Title Match Dolph Ziggler vs Jack Swagger vs Alex Riley vs John Morrison: *** World Heavyweight Championship Match Randy Orton vs Mark Henry: **1/2 Divas Title Match Kelly Kelly vs Beth Phoenix: *1/4 WWE Title Match Alberto Del Rio vs John Cena: *** No DQ Match HHH vs CM Punk: ***1/4 The ending to the PPV really hurt the main event a bit. It was going very well to me, and then there was a bit too much chaos at the end. They could have simplified that into something less confusing. There were 3 good matches on this PPV though. Not too many bad matches IMO. I think there was only one or two matches that bored me out of 7 so thats good. Would I recommend watching this PPV? Probably not. If anything, Watch the US title match and Cena/Del Rio. The Main Event I recommend only to those who are not easily pissed about chaos.
