A tip Monday evening led police to the suspect in a theft from the south Napa Target, who led officers on a destructive high-speed chase through the city that ended when he abandoned the stolen car he had been driving and jumped from the Trancas Street bridge, according to a statement from Capt. Jeff Troendly of the City of Napa Police Department.
