Smoking / Steaming Hillside Phenomenon - Southern California - Aug 12, 2011
Smoking / Steaming Hillside Phenomenon - Southern California - Aug 12, 2011
(Similar to unsolved situation five years ago) Hope Ranch - An unsolved mystery is smoldering on a dirt hillside below Hope Ranch. Smoke and steam are coming out of the soil, very similar to an event in October of 2006. Geologists have said a landslide five years ago may have opened up a crack in the bluff. That may have added oxygen to an underground super heated tar site. The hot zone is being controlled with sprinklers spraying waters in all directions. A fence is up in the area to keep inquisitive beach walkers away. Santa Barbara County Fire officials say there is no immediate threat to the area or risk to the public. ---------------------------- Thanks to abraveheart1 & geckobug for bringing this to my attention :) www.youtube.com

3/5/2012 -- ENTIRE SOUTH and MIDWEST ! Steaming Plume event = be alert and aware
3/5/2012 -- ENTIRE SOUTH and MIDWEST ! Steaming Plume event = be alert and aware
Check the charts for the region.. THERE IT IS... same time as the plumes are appearing.. and stopping before the early AM !!! folkworm.ceri.memphis.edu website post with multiple screenshots : sincedutch.wordpress.com Today.. in Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.....once again.. in the late afternoon...PLUMES APPEARING on Visible satellite -- viewable from space -- All erupting from the ground at the same time in the afternoon -- yesterday only one or two -- and now today we see WELL OVER 50 !! The chances of "wildfires" all erupting AT THE SAME TIME over multiple states.. would either mean a network of arsonists, or a fairly well timed wildfire EACH DAY .. which then magically goes out overnight and half the day.. and then at sunset fires up again. Also, the chances of "control burns" all at the same time across multiple states .. again are minimal... If its NOT a fire.. then what does that leave us with as an option for a plume from the ground visible from space that is NOT man made?? view it on the GOES visible satellite (1km or 2km product view)... weather.cod.edu I have already formed my personal opinion on what I think may be causing these plumes --- I believe the north american craton is in a state of unrest --- that these plumes could EASILY be caused by the plate pressure ... magma pressure underneath an already earthquake prone area ( and a long dormant volcanic chain in Arkansas extending into OK, TX, LA ...

3/4/2012 -- Steaming Plumes appear in Arkansas = DORMANT VOLCANOES BEING FRACKED !
3/4/2012 -- Steaming Plumes appear in Arkansas = DORMANT VOLCANOES BEING FRACKED !
READ BELOW !!!!! It took me a minute to find it -- but now you can see it for sure -- a Fracking (frac well drilling) operation JUST WEST of the Plume area --- so all together we have a giant natural gas frack operation -- a series of dormant volcanoes, town names like Sulphur Springs, Hot Springs, and Crater of Diamonds/Murfreesboro -- the plumes appear on VISIBLE SATELLITE from space.. only for a short time , at MULTIPLE SITES always near sunset... and gone by the AM (thus ruling out a large fire of some kind). To me, IMO, it has all the pieces there to put together.. a geologic steaming event of some kind ... the steam is coming from this dormant volcanic area BEING FRACKED (injected with water) !!!!! Great idea to INJECT WATER into an area permeated with old deep volcanic tubes connected to very old magma chambers........ I think it is highly possible that water injected from this nearby fracking operation could indeed cause a STEAM PLUME event to occur at the dormant volcano chain right next door ! Not a good development for the area. This increases the chances of a larger seismic event along the New Madrid Seismic Zone... and may indeed be the VERY CAUSE of our recent midwest earthquake uptick... now there is a DIRECT CONNECTION between fracking / dormant volcanoes / and plumes appearing . todays plumes seen in the 3/3 video: 35 14 21.13 N , 93 28 53.62 W location of the most current plume appearing on visible satellite = west of Sulphur Springs AR. 34°46'11.98"N ...

Betty's Steamed Snow Peas Recipe
Betty's Steamed Snow Peas Recipe
In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Steamed Snow Peas. Snow peas are very tender, and are perfect for steaming. By steaming your vegetables, you retain all their nutrients. Ingredients: snow peas, as desired (I used about 2 cups.) butter, to taste (optional) salt, to taste (optional) ground black pepper, to taste (optional) Note: I did not use butter, salt, or pepper, because snow peas are so flavorful that I prefer them plain.) Wash snow peas and dry them with paper toweling. Use a knife to remove the ends and any strings along the sides. Place the snow peas in a steamer (a container with holes in the bottom to allow steam to permeate the peas). Place the steamer on top of a pot that has water that does not touch the steamer when it boils. Bring the water to a boil, and allow the steam to pass through the peas. When the peas turn a bright green color, they are ready to remove to a nice serving plate. I served my Steamed Snow Peas with Baked Coconut Shrimp with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and Curried Rice. This makes a light, healthy, and delicious meal! Enjoy!!!--Betty :)

How to Cook Steamed White Rice (Gohan) in a Pot (Recipe) 鍋でご飯の炊き方 (レシピ)
How to Cook Steamed White Rice (Gohan) in a Pot (Recipe) 鍋でご飯の炊き方 (レシピ)
This tutorial will show you how to cook steamed /boiled rice in a pot on a stove. I already have a tutorial "How to Cook Steamed White Rice (Gohan) with a Rice Cooker" www.youtube.com but, I received a lot of request for the rice recipe without using a rice cooker, so i made this tutorial. Rice is the staple of Japan, so most Japanese have a rice cooker at home and we eat rice in almost every meal. Actually, we eat any kind of dishes with rice. Using a rice cooker is convenient, but you can of course use a pot to cook rice, too ;D Pipitto Konro "ピピッとコンロ" is a gas cooking stove with sensor that does all the heat adjustments automatically! If you have a chance to live in Japan, I recommend to get this stove!!! home.tokyo-gas.co.jp Note: Japanese rice is short grain rice and gets sticky when it is cooked. So, make sure you don't use long grain rice because it is drier and doesn't stick together. --------------------------------- How to Cook Steamed White Rice (Gohan) in a Pot Difficulty: Super Easy Time: approx. 30min Number of servings: 4 (2 cups of rice) Ingredients: 2 cups = 320g (11.3oz.) Japanese-style rice water 440cc Directions: 1. Measure the rice with a measuring cup and put it into a bowl. Use the measuring cup for Japanese rice (you can get it at a Japanese grocery store) or measure 320g (11.3oz.) rice. 2. Wash the rice with cold water. As for 2 cups, wash 4 or 5 times. Water does not have to be clear but somewhat clean. Then drain. 3. Place the rice in a ...

Sometimes, I like to add a little bit of flavor to my steamed bread. So, here is my recipe for steamed /chocolate/ bread. It isn't as sweet as pastry food, but it provides that kick of chocolate flavor to the bread.
