In hiring an attorney to handle your legal matters, the most important concern to address is your trust that the attorney will provide services at the level you expect. If you have utilized attorney services in the past, then you understand that the nature of legal services mandates that you develop a sense of ongoing trust in your attorney’s actions. Often, they are performing your services on their own, in their office, where you are unable to review their efforts step-by-step. You need to be able to embrace the feeling that your attorney is competent enough to properly address your legal concerns, while, at the same time, charging a reasonable amount for those services. In other words, you need to expect the return of value for your money.

Nurturing trust is the philosophy of my firm. You will not have to experience unreturned messages or a lack of communication. You will be able to speak directly with me on your schedule. If I am not available, messages will be returned within 24 hours. Questions you may have regarding your legal projects will be fully explained. Fees and costs will be provided to you in an itemized format for your full understanding. Addressing and advancing your interests are my chief focus.

Your legal projects will be addressed and completed in prompt fashion, or as directed by you after all options have been fully explained. My fees are not the lowest, but based upon the fact that I have over twenty-seven years of legal experience, I believe that you will find that my fees represent the best value for an attorney with my level of experience. In part, this is accomplished by maintaining an office with low overhead, meaning you don’t have to pay for granite reception desks, mahogany conference room tables, or expensive art. Also, I don’t have billing quotas where I have to generate fees from projects in order to satisfy “managing partners” in the firm who would take a cut of the fees generated.
