Mentored by Automobile Magazine founder David E. Davis Jr., Paukert succeeded him as Editor-in-Chief of Winding Road, a pioneering digital car magazine, before joining Autoblog as Executive Editor in December, 2008. Jeremy Korzeniewski

Managing Editor email

Jeremy Korzeniewski has been an automotive enthusiast since birth and grew up restoring classic cars. Also an avid motorcycle enthusiast, Jeremy has contributed a unique blend of insight into both the automotive and motorcycle segments on Autoblog and AutoblogGreen since joining the team in 2006.

Steven J. Ewing

Senior Editor, Test Fleet Manager email twitter

A Detroit native, Steven J. Ewing has had a life-long love for all things automotive. In addition to having several relatives employed by various automakers, Ewing was exposed to the inner-workings of the automotive media at a young age. After getting his foot in the door as an intern at Automobile magazine, Ewing spent four years at Winding Road magazine where he served as Production Editor and Test Fleet Manager. In February 2010, Ewing brought his vast knowledge of the industry and passion for all things automotive to the Autoblog team.

Seyth Miersma

Senior Editor email twitter

Raised and groomed in the art of car writing by way of the magical internet, Seyth Miersma has carved out a career in the automotive world by telling stories about great roads and great cars. With fleeting exceptions being made for a few newspapers in Texas, Miersma’s words have been rendered with ones and zeros in the digital pages of Winding Road magazine, where he began as a freelancer in 2006 and left as Editor-in-Chief in 2012. Miersma brings the experience of hundreds of car reviews and comparison tests to the Autoblog crew, as well as a love for first-wave Japanese imports, racing video games that only rarely involve stuff blowing up, and driving through the dark of a fall morning in third gear with the radio off. He is very tall (the 97th percentile-set should read Miersma’s reviews with a close eye).

Alex Nunez

Weekend Editor email twitter

Alex Nunez has loved cars since childhood despite spending his formative years in Manhattan, where automobile ownership is largely impractical and just a little insane. Fortunately, he moved to the suburbs just as he reached driving age, and has owned cars (some quite boring) ever since. His love for automobiles, fondness for writing, and a chance meeting with John Neff brought him to Autoblog in 2006.

Drew Phillips

Director of Photography email

Born with an eye for lighting and composition, Drew Phillips has had a fascination for photographing cars since picking up a 35mm camera at an early age. That passion for capturing automobiles through a lens led him to move to Southern California where he earned a degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. After graduating, he became a full time freelance automotive photojournalist, earning a reputation for a clean and simple style of photography. Along with his contributions to Autoblog.com, Drew’s work can be seen in numerous magazines, newspapers, books, and web sites from around the world.

Zach Bowman

Editor email twitter

Zach Bowman has been scribbling about cars since 2007 as a way to fund his addiction to rusty projects. Though he's had a handful of features published in the likes of Sport Compact Car, Turbo and Traction, he moved to the Web in 2008 and never looked back. Bowman got his internet sea legs with Autofiends.com and DriverSide.com, though most recently spent his days as the managing editor of the WebRidesTV.com blog. He was proud to join Autoblog in the spring of 2010.

Michael Harley

West Coast Editor email

Michael Harley — a bona fide automotive enthusiast right down to the core — has been driving, studying, reviewing, and photographing cars since he was legally licensed. He fuels his automotive passion by racing a Porsche Boxster with the Porsche Owners Club and embraces any opportunity to get behind the wheel of a high-power motorized vehicle. Michael is a professional automotive journalist, an experienced photographer, and part owner of GSR Autosport — a multi-facetted award-winning automotive racing business campaigning a BMW in the popular Formula Drift series. In addition to Autoblog, Michael is a contributing writer for numerous automotive club publications and the global marketing firm of J.D. Power and Associates.

Matt Davis

European Editor email

Matt Davis has kept his home and studio in Milan, Italy, since 2001. To his bewilderment, he remains the only American car nut doing this job at a big-league level in Europe. Matt writes about and snaps photos of every brand of car for every important market worldwide. In the U.S., he has been European editor for Winding Road and European Car, was associate editor with Auto World Weekly, plus a correspondent for AutoWeek, Edmunds InsideLine, Esquire and others. He is co-founder and chairman of the World Car Awards and on the jury for the International Engine of the Year awards.

Jeffrey N. Ross

Associate Editor email twitter

Jeffrey N. Ross has spent most of his life in, around and under cars, from a childhood filled with Matchbox cars to bloodied knuckles as an ASE-certified mechanic and, since 2006, as an automotive journalist. Some of his car-related highlights include learning how to shift a manual transmission on a first-generation Bronco, driving his '77 Trans Am in the Inaugural Woodward Dream Cruise and tackling tracks such as Homestead-Miami Speedway and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. He has written for sites such as Autotroplis.com and Autobytel.com, and he joined the Autoblog team in August 2012.
