Tennessee State Tops HBCU Football for Second Straight Week

The Tennessee State Tigers again showed why they are the top team in HBCU (Historically Black College and University) football. With their 40-13 victory over last week’s No. 5 ranked University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff (UAPB) in Nashville on Sept. 29, the Tigers keep the top spot in both the Boxtorow national media and coaches polls. more More Arrow
