End Sequence Of 'Head' (1968)
The Monkees (Peter Tork, Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz and Michael Nesmith) 1968 film "Head" is one of my favorites. This is the end sequence which includes "Porpoise Song (Theme from Head)" (Gerry Goffin / Carole King). Screenplay by Jack Nicholson. Directed by Bob Rafelson. Also features Timothy Carey & Victor Mature.

Head (1968) - Daddy's Song (dance sequence)
Davy Jones dances to "Daddy's Song." The woman Jones dances with is Toni Basil of the "Mickey" fame. Basil choreographed this and other dance sequences in Head (1968; dir. Bob Rafelson). This video was excerpted from the Criterion Collection's 2010 Blu-ray remaster release of BBS Production films entitled "America Lost and Found: The BBS Story."

Film : Jack Nicholson & Dennis Hopper Cameo in Head (1968)
This clip features Peter Tork, with brief cameo's from Bob Rafelson, Jack Nicholson and Dennis Hopper. Head is a 1968 psychedelic comedy-adventure major motion picture, starring TV group The Monkees (in credit order: Peter Tork, Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz and Michael Nesmith), and distributed by Columbia Pictures. It was written and produced by Bob Rafelson and Jack Nicholson, and directed by Rafelson. During production, the working title for the film was "Changes", which was later the name of an unrelated album by the Monkees. A rough cut of the film was previewed for audiences in Los Angeles in the summer of '68 under the name of "Movee Untitled". The film featured Victor Mature as "The Big Victor" and other cameo appearances by Nicholson, Teri Garr, Carol Doda, Annette Funicello, Frank Zappa, Sonny Liston, Timothy Carey and Ray Nitschke. Also appearing on screen in brief non-speaking parts are Dennis Hopper and Toni Basil.

Caslavska's silent protest -- 1968 Olympics
From a fluff piece aired during the 1986 World Cup on ABC, Czechoslovakian Vera Caslavska turning her head down at the USSR anthem during the floor final medal ceremony to protest the Soviet invasion of her country. Never has there been another moment quite like it in gymnastics.

Meet Buck
CHECK OUT OUR FRIEND'S SHORT : http://vimeo.com/15126262
------------------------------------------------------
Buck is an ordinary guy. Well, if you accept the "deer head" thing.
Today, Buck is going to spend the afternoon with his girlfriend who's so happy to see him (she's pretty much happy all the time). But when Buck finds out that her father is not the tolerant and sympathetic guy he expected, the Sunday afternoon turns really bad. Really bad. Like baaaaaaad bad.

Yosemite Range of Light
I am a destination visual artist who specializes in photography, timelapse cinematography, & filmmaking. I love to travel, so if you have a project in some far flung location, lets talk.
Yosemite National Park, the High Sierra, and the Eastern Sierra are some of the most beautiful places on earth. Ever since I serendipitously won a trip to Yosemite when I was 18, the beautiful Range of Light has captured my heart and become my home. Nothing brings me more joy than to share this life changing beauty with others.
Ever since I became fascinated with timelapse photography almost 2 years ago, after seeing the work of Tom Lowe, I’ve wanted to do a piece on Yosemite and the Sierra. Now after almost 2 years of shooting, I'm thrilled to share. I hope you enjoy my vision of my home, the majestic Yosemite & Sierra. Best viewed Full Screen with Sound :)
If you would like to license any of my clips or hire me to shoot for you, please be in touch. I do have 4k footage available for licensing.

Huge thanks to Kessler Crane and Lens Pro To Go. Without their help this piece would not have been nearly as good.

Also a huge thanks to all of you who help support me with your warm comments and continuing encouragement. It means more to me than you know.
I hope this inspires everyone to get outside and explore the beautiful outdoors, especially magical places like Yosemite National Park and the High Sierra. It's National Parks week and all of our national parks are free this week, so get outside and explore!
