The World's Fastest Music Producer!
Watch me completely write, record, produce, arrange, mix and master a song in record time, FROM SCRATCH! Everything improvised, right off the top of my head. I played all the instruments, wrote the lyrics, sang it, produced it, mixed it and mastered it, in blazing fast time. Tell me what you think. I personally think it's pretty good considering how fast I was able to make it. Well, it's not something famed songwriter Diane Warren would write, but it's not Rebecca Black either. The music software used to record the song was Reason/Record. The sound card used was a roland octa capture. The microphone is a trusty shure sm7b. The preamp for the microphone is the one in an old, 40 year old vintage mixer I have called an Alice 8:28. Here are the lyrics to the song (they were all off the top of my head as I recorded them). I'm surprised that they seem pretty coherent (it's pop music after all, lol) Verse 1 I woke up this morning thinking If you would call me again I never thought i'd feel this way Since the day you went away What do I have to tell you Can't you see it in my eyes I've always been the one to lean on Why didn't you belive me then girl CHORUS I'm moving On tonight I've had you for so long I'm moving on tonight I've had you for too long Verse 2 The way you look, as soon as you wake up makes me shiver in my bed I've been searching for a soulmate like you Why did you break my heart Everthing I tried to give you You turned it all way But now I'm having the last laugh ...
