The Line Tool - Photoshop Tutorial
Yes, there is a Line Tool in Photoshop! Find out how to use it, make arrows with it, give the arrowheads personality, and even how to make curved arrows. (For CS6 users, please see the bottom of this description.) If you want to make curved lines, you're really better off using the Pen tool. I have a video tutorial about using the Pen tool on my website, at www.robinwood.com This tutorial is for Photoshop CS5 and below. The Shape tools all changed quite a bit in CS6. So much that I'm going to have to make a new Tutorial! But until I can get that done, there are a few things you should know. The Arrowheads are still there; you'll find them under the little gear, in the rightmost section of the Options bar. They work exactly the way they always have. If you have chosen to make a Shape layer, you'll now have the ability to use Fill and Stroke (like you can with all the other Shapes. Shape layers are totally different in CS6.) To get dotted lines around your line, use the Stroke Options (drop down menu to the right of the stroke width text field.) Use the More Options button to stroke inside, middle, or outside the path. You can also make your own dashes, just like we do in Illustrator. If you just want a dashed line, You can now Fill the line with any of your Patterns! So all you have to do is make a Pattern that has the kind of dash you need, and fill with that. Hopefully, I'll have the new tutorial done soon after the turn of the year. The new options are really nice! I ...

How to replace a sheared flywheel key on a Briggs & Stratton walk behind lawn mower
**Always follow the instructions in your repair manual when doing repair or maintenance work on Outdoor Power Equipment. Manuals can be found at the manufacturers website.** This video shows how to replace the flywheel key on a Briggs & Stratton walk behind lawn mower. The engine is a Briggs & Stratton single cylinder, 650 series, L-Head engine. The procedure is similar on other brands of engines. Sheared flywheel keys are a common problem on lawn mowers that have the cutting blade connected directly to the crankshaft. The problem happens when the cutting blade hits an object of large mass. This impact usually causes the engine to stop turning. The sudden stopping of the engine causes the rotational energy in the rotating flywheel to be transferred to the flywheel key and the key shears. The flywheel key is designed to shear when this occurs to prevent the energy in the flywheel from being transferred to the crankshaft and causing serious damage. The method I used to loosen the flywheel from the crankshaft is not recommended by the manufacturer, but it works if you know how to do it. You need to be careful, because using the pry bar can damage the crankcase and hitting the crankshaft with a hammer can also cause damage. My first choice would be to use a flywheel puller, but the holes on this flywheel, used to attach the puller, were not threaded, so using a puller was not an option. Also, most people don't have the specialized tools recommended by the manufacturer. Tools ...

23. Options Markets
Financial Markets (ECON 252) Options introduce an essential nonlineary into portfolio management. They are contracts between buyers and writers, who agree on exercise prices and dates at which the buyer can buy or sell the underlying (such as a stock). Options are priced based on the price and volatility of the underlying asset as well as the duration of the option contract. The Black-Scholes options pricing model is one of the most famous equations in finance and offers a useful first approximation for prices for option contracts. Options exchanges and futures exchanges both are involved in creating a liquid and transparent market for options. Options are not just for stocks; they are also important for other asset classes, such as real estate. 00:00 - Chapter 1. Options Vocabulary and the 1720 Stock Market Crash 14:58 - Chapter 2. Compensator Test - Surefire Muzzle Brake / BattleComp 1.5 / BCMGUNFIGHTER MOD 1
There has been a big push over the last couple of years towards compensators and even a bigger push on hybrid compensators which has a secondary benefit of flash reduction. In the past, you would have to pick a flash hider to minimize flash or pick a compensator to minimize muzzle climb. The idea is to create a combo compensator & flash hider or an all-in-one muzzle device was revolutionary. The key is finding the right balance between flash reduction and muzzle movement. As evidenced in this video, there isn't a comp/flash hider that will do everything perfectly. However hybrid compensators have its place and for guys who are looking for multipurpose muzzle device, a hybrid is a great option. The key to any compensator is minimizing muzzle movement, either up, down or to the side. The Surefire brake ($149) is a pure compensator and is highly regarded as one of the best compensators on the market today. As you can see in the video, it does generate the most amount of flash, but does an amazing job at keeping the muzzle steady for faster on target shooting. Now comes the hybrids; the BattleComp 1.5 ($150) which is regarded as one of the best hybrid compensators available at any price. The BattleComp is a proven design with a battle proven results. The new kid on the block, just released this week is the BCMGUNFIGHTER 5.56 Mod1 ($105). BCM has had a great history developing battle ready products that are well thought out and thoroughly tested. If you pay close attention to ...
