Important history ignored Afro-Arab relations
*Edit* Ibn Battuta also wrote this " It goes thence to Yufi (Nufi), one of the greatest states in Negroland, and the Sultan of which is among the most powerful princes of that quarter of the earth. No white man can reach that country, for sure death awaits him from the natives before he penetrates so far. From Yufi the Nile descends to Nubia, the inhabitants of which are Christians, and to Dongolah" books.google.com *End edit* Arabic Terms Used for Complexions "One of these misunderstood terms is the term "white" ابيض . Most people think that when the Arabs of the past described a person's complexion as "white", they meant the same light complexion that is meant today. This isn't true at all. When the Arabs described a person as "white", they actually meant a dark complexion" savethetruearabs.com "The Negroland of the Arabs examined and explained" By William Desborough Cooley "The boldness here evinced in bringing together and joining in commerce countries far asunder, is constantly exhibited in the geographical speculations of an early or ill-informed age. Distances are then enlarged as expediency requires; hypothesis leaps over the vacant spaces, and forcibly stretches the known portions in the opposite sides of a continent till they meet in the centre. Illustrations of this truth may be found in all ages. During the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, Abyssinia, Congo, and Monomotapa were all supposed to meet together. One of the Jesuits resident in Abyssinia asserts ...

Early Afro-Arab relations
This video is from another person. The video was uploaded on this channel as a response to "Arab or African? The Swahili" because its about Arab-Afro relations. It shows a more positive side of things The Negroland of the Arabs examined and explained books.google.com quoting Ibn Battuta " From Muli (says Ibn Batutah) the river descends to Yufi (Nufi), one of the greatest kingdoms of Negroland" ...It would appear, from this, that the superiority now enjoyed by the people of Nufi in arts and industry, was already acknowledged in the fourteenth century. quoting Ibn Khaldun On the other side of Africa Ibn Khaldun says books.google.com Adjoining the Berber (Somalia nothing to do with Maghrib) are the Abyssinians (Ethiopians), the most numerous and powerful of the Blacks. From their country Yemen once had its kings. The king of the Abyssinians was entitled Al-Negashi, and the capital of his kingdom was the city of Kaber. The Abyssinians are Christians, but it is said that one of their kings embraced the true faith when Mohammed visited their country in the Hijra. They believe that they are destined to become masters of Yemen and all Arabia Bellow is from www.amazon.com Views from Arab scholars and Merchants Jay Spaulding and Nehemia Levtzion P. 40 quote from Yaqut The king of Zafun is stronger than the veiled people of the Maghreb and more versed in the art o kingship. Queen of Sheba - Black (African), Arab (mixed/white) or both (Semite)?
You know, the crazy talk about history concerns whether or not someone was black or white. Let's get real, there is no mistaking a black man for a white man. The only "mistakes" that can happen is when the victor tells lies OR if said man is mixed and the victor picks and chooses when to apply rules. For instance, US blacks are black no matter how much whites is in them. Caribbean, non-Spanish-speaking blacks are the same. Speak Spanish or any other language besides English, THEN the rules change and you become the people who's language you speak! Spanish speakers become "Spanish." Arabic speakers become "Arabs." Portuguese speakers become "Portuguese" etc. Strangely, blacks in Europe do not become Europeans, but Europeans in Africa become Africans! When you are a born liar, the are too many lies to keep up with! Anyway... The Queen of Sheeba is supposed to have been an African in Arabia, or an Arabian in Africa - who knows? Yemen and the horn of Africa have interacted with each other from the dawn of history. We do know this, any white or white type Arabian is not indigenous to the land. How do we know? It is a hot ass desert that's why! East Africa probably has the blackest people in Africa (save for many Ethiopians), so of course a white Arab could not originate from the same area as someone who is very dark. However, Arabs were/are very mixed. Some were of ancient blacks Arabs and others from African slavery. A lot of times you can tell by the look, other times you ...
