Kristen Stewart is having a rough summer ... her mom has now filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.
Jules Stewart filed the divorce petition on August 17 in L.A. County Superior Court. Jules, who married
John Stewart 27 years ago, cites irreconcilable differences.
Jules filed the divorce docs herself, without using a lawyer.
As for the date of separation, Jules says she and her hubby have been estranged since June 15, 2010.
Both parents work in film production. Jules is a writer/director. John is a TV producer and stage manager.
So far ... no comment from Kristen.
Evelyn Lozada says despite his arrest for allegedly head-butting her, she still loves estranged husband
Chad Johnson -- but adds she can't imagine speaking to him any time soon.
In an interview with "Nightline" that airs tonight, Lozada described the alleged domestic violence incident as "a bad choice that destroyed his life ... But it was his choice, it wasn't mine."
Lozada said she hopes Chad is getting help and she wants "the best for him," but says that being apart is "the right thing."
Johnson is expected to be arraigned in September. Evelyn filed for divorce 2 days after his arrest.

Deneeta Pope -- the African American woman who dated
Paul Ryan in college -- wants to stay a country mile away from the Presidential election ... TMZ has learned.
We spoke with Pope a few minutes ago and she could not have been clearer -- she does not want to become an issue in the election.
Pope said, "I'm not interested in talking. I don't know why everyone is calling. I'm newly married and would just like to be left alone."
Ryan did an interview awhile back, saying he had a Black GF during college. Ryan was clearly trying to blunt criticism that he was not sympathetic to African Americans.
Pope deflected the call and said any questions about Paul Ryan should be directed to Paul Ryan.
Problem is ... he's kinda busy.

Jersey Shore" cast member
Angelina Pivarnick couldn't be happier MTV pulled the plug on the show -- telling TMZ, now that it's finally over ... her life might actually stop sucking.
In case you didn't know, MTV announced the 6th season of "Jersey Shore" will be its last -- and Angelina tells us, it couldn't have happened soon enough.
“The show had a good run but now it’s time to move on and do other things. I’m relieved it's over, but still sad over the way I was portrayed on the show."
She adds, "Now that 'Jersey Shore' is done, hopefully one day down the road I can be looked at better."
Angelina was booted from the cast after season 2 -- and was pretty much a pariah while on the show ... and
outside the show too.
As for what she's doing now -- Angelina says she's taking acting classes in New York.

"Idol" sources tell us, the country singer is in the final negotiation stages with producers to take the third judging spot on the show -- alongside
Mariah Carey and

Jennifer Lopez and
Steven Tyler.
Keith will be replacing
Randy Jackson -- but he hasn't officially signed the dotted line just yet. He's still working out a few contract kinks, but it's pretty much a lock.
He'll be receiving roughly $3-4 million for his hard work -- about half what Nicki Minaj is expected to make ... and a paltry fraction of Mariah's
$18 million paycheck.
As we previously reported, there will be a 4th judge this season, but we're told no one has been picked for that spot. But here's what we do know ... "Idol" honchos want a man for the 4th spot, because they don 't think this show will work with 2 women and a man.

Kim Zolciak's getting dragged to court by her own mother -- who's DEMANDING the right to see her four grandchildren, TMZ has learned.
Karen Zolciak filed a Petition For Visitation in GA Superior Court this week -- claiming she used to hang out with her two granddaughters all the time ... baking cookies, making sundaes and spending Christmas in the Bahamas.
Karen's petition also includes her two grandsons -- one of whom was born 2 weeks ago ... and has yet to meet grandma.
Karen claims "Bravo TV needed drama for Kim's show
'Don't Be Tardy For the Wedding'" -- so they "portrayed her as a bad person" to strain the mother-daughter relationship.
Granny Z says it got so bad -- Kim and her new husband --
Kroy Biermann -- had the cops kick her out of their wedding because she used an indoor bathroom, instead of a porta-potty.
Now Karen is fighting back -- telling a GA court that NOT seeing her grandkids will cause "emotional or physical harm" to the kids ... claiming "the girls live such a crazy, abnormal life being on T.V ... they need a normal haven to relax."

Paul Ryan's college sweetheart -- who happens to be black -- says she's a full-fledged
Barack Obama supporter ... but she still can't help but cheer for the GOP's Vice Presidential candidate.
In case you didn't know ... Ryan has claimed he experienced racism because his sister-in-law is black ... and his own college girlfriend was black too.
Now, Ryan's 40-year-old college gf is speaking out -- her name's
Deneeta Pope, and she tells the Daily Mail, "I am indeed a Democrat. That’s no secret. But although I have a different political association to Paul, I support him and wish him continued success."
As for the racism Ryan talked about -- Pope says she never saw it ... but adds, "Paul is a very nice guy, a kind guy and a family guy."
And if that's not enough to show he's still on great terms with his ex -- Pope says Ryan and his wife even attended Pope's wedding in May.
Well, at least we know Ryan's good at break-ups.

Kristin Chenoweth is still kinda sorta recovering from her injury on the set of "The Good Wife" as she was out in Central Park on Thursday wearing a neck brace ... which she later took off.
In July, Kristin was
struck in the head by a piece of lighting equipment and rushed to the hospital by ambulance. While she was initially treated for "minor injuries," Kristin was forced to quit her role on the CBS drama.
Looks like the 44-year-old is feeling better ... some of the time.

Lima said she had left Ivy with some family friends in Miami while she's in New York -- about to give birth, by the way.
According to Lima, the dog somehow slipped out of her friends' house on Tuesday ... and it's been lost since.

President Obama responded to the invisible routine this morning by tweeting a pic of the back of his chair with the message, "This seat's taken."

Robin Roberts left a day before her scheduled medical leave -- her mother died Thursday.
Roberts -- who will be taking several months off to undergo treatment -- including a bone marrow transplant -- for a rare blood disorder -- flew to Mississippi Thursday to see her 88-year-old mother,
Lucimarian Tolliver Roberts, before she passed away.
Roberts -- who battled breast cancer and developed the blood disorder as a result of chemo -- will be getting the life-saving bone marrow from her sister, Sally-Ann. The procedure is scheduled for next week.
