'The Avengers' Cover Latest Issue Of Entertainment Weekly
bit.ly - Click to Subscribe! Facebook.com - Become a Fan! Twitter.com - Follow Us! The Avengers take COVER! Hey there movie buffs Im Tatiana carrier and Ive got the latest from our favorite super heros, the avengers! The avengers are gracing the cover of enetertainment weekly and we wanted to give you a first look! In this week's issue, EW takes a deep dive into the May 4, 2012 movie that will finally unite Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, and Chris Evans' Captain America — along with Mark Ruffalo's The Incredible Hulk, Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye and Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow — on the big screen. Jermeny Renner joked during an interview saying, "We use the word "unite" loosely. "Just because they're super heroes doesn't mean they're super friends," .... However, despite renners jokes, according to EW, the cast and crew were nothing short of BFFS! Apparently when they were shooting in Albuquerque, they hit up concerts, went dancing and dined together! They were even caught watching clevver movies segments together!!! Ok, I made that last part up... Avengers hits the big screen may 4 2012 and stars chris hemsworht, jeremny renner, Robert downey junior and chris evans. SO what do you guys think of this awesome cover? Im digging, but what about you? You can take a closer look at this issue when it hits the news stands sept 30th! Thanks for hangin out, see ya sooN!

New Moon Cast On Entertainment Weekly Cover
The Twilight trio take over yet another magazine cover. But the worst co-star is revealed in the article. You don't want to miss this story! Hey guys. Dana Ward here for Clevver TV with the Twilight cover story. So, this round, our favorite Saga stars take over the cover of 'Entertainment Weekly' in anticipation of the New Moon movie release. It's a great photo with Kristen in between her two co-stars, Taylor and Robert, with all of the actors looking uber-stylish in an alternative-chic look. The publication so smartly posts 'Team Twilight' across the cover - as it's probably showing its objective like for the series. The cool thing about this interview is that it features all three New Moon leads. That's right, there's all going through the big Q and A together. And like I mentioned earlier, the cast tells all about the worst co-star. Okay, so they seem to be joking around, but they're actually not. The worst Twilight co-star is Robert's hair. He discusses how Twilight higher-ups wanted him to get hair extensions down to his hips for the original shoot. Kristen totally cuts in by calling him a liar, saying, "He doesn't remember. He's remembering how they made him feel." The Stewart points out that they extensions were just down to his shoulder. Wow, is anyone else besides me really, really glad that they decided to keep his locks short? Pattinson then exclaimed that the hair was 75-percent of the performance, joking that they had to re-shoot a fight scene in New Moon ...

THE HIGH-FRUCTOSE HOW-TO ADVENTUREQUESTS OF DANTON DIPHTHONG
www.dantondiphthong.com
Oh, hi Vimeo! I didn't see you there. But as long as I've got your attention, here's a thing I made: the first 22-minute (!) episode of a weekly animated series produced once every ten months, entitled (what else?) The High-Fructose How-To Adventurequests of Danton Diphthong.
Join the titular Danton—an ambiguously foreign, ethically questionable and obliviously loveable product of the post-modern age—as he accomplishes various tasks and shares informative drops of wisdom that enlighten, entertain, and only rarely qualify as hate speech.
EPISODE 1: "TAKING A DAYS OFFED"
In this high-octane, thrill-packed series premiere, Danton illustrates simple and effective techniques for taking the day off and spending it wisely. Covered topics include public transportation, shopping malls, sluts and lasers.

Ann-Margret - I Just Don't Understand (RCA Victor 7894)
fliped with ''I Don't Hurt Anymore'' issued on RCA Victor in 1961
http://www.ann-margret.com/
Born Ann-Margret Olsson, 28 April 1941, Stockholm, Sweden
Actress/singer/dancer/entertainer: best known for Bye Bye Birdie and Viva Las Vegas. Nominated for best supporting actress in Carnal Knowledge and best actress in Tommy
Born in Sweden but adopted by America
The family moved to Valsjobyn when A-M was still a little baby. This is a little village of about 150 people located in the mountains in the county of Jamtland. It is 4 miles east of the border of Norway. A-M is named after a Swedish swimming star her mother admired. She has no brothers or sisters
She came to the United States with her mother when she was five, settling in Wilmette, Illinois (north of Chicago). A-M's father who had come to America previously, greeted them
Ann-Margret has dazzled screen and stage audiences. With her film debut in Frank Capra's final classic, "Pocketful of Miracles" in 1962 to the recent Oliver Stone directed "On Any Sunday" with Al Pacino, Ann-Margret's film career has spanned four decades. Displaying a versatility that few actresses can match has earned her love and admiration, not just for her beauty and her legend but also for herself
Ann-Margret Olsson becomes Ann-Margret. George Burns propels her into national prominence in Las Vegas.
Her meteoric rise to stardom begins with a LIFE Magazine cover story from 11 January 1963
See http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Boulevard/5000/am-life630111.jpg
Her early film career incls. "Pocketful of Miracles," "State Fair," "Bye Bye Birdie," "Viva Las Vegas" with Elvis Presley, "Stagecoach," and "The Cincinnati Kid." Her fairytale marriage to Roger Smith. TV Specials, record releases, Las Vegas nightclub act, and national recognition as a "superstar sex symbol" punctuate Ann-Margret's life in the fast paced sixties
In '72, husband Roger started producing all of A-M's stage shows. At 12:30 at night while doing her 12th show (in 6 nights) at the Sahara Hotel in Lake Tahoe on Sunday, September 10th, A-M fell 22 feet on stage. Her injuries included numerous bones in the face above an eye which were broken or fractured; jaw broken in two places; left arm broken; knee injured. Dr. Frank Ashley performs a 5-hour operation at UCLA Medical Center. Roger gives A-M a 20-karat diamond ring. Reports say she lapsed into a 3-day coma
A-M does a remarkable comeback opening at the Las Vegas Hilton on Tuesday, November 28th with the 'AM/PM' show. A-M picks up the nickname of 'Slugger' since she proved her strength recovering from her accident.
The Seventies truly defined Ann-Margret as an actress with Academy Award nominations for her work in "Carnal Knowledge", and "Tommy." The accident was a near brush with death and it almost ended her career but following her live performances draw record crowds in the Orient, Las Vegas and Miami. Her body of work expands with more films, TV Specials and awards
This is the decade in which Ann-Margret grows up. The eighties begin with her winning her first Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year Award. She tours the country with her Vegas act. Her film career is full speed ahead and she stars in her first of several critically acclaimed TV Dramas, and is nominated for three Best Actress Emmy's. However, her husband Roger is stricken with Myasthenia Gravis, and Ann-Margret is thrust into the toughest role of her career... she's in charge of her career and Roger's battle to survive.
A new, mature Ann-Margret emerges in the nineties. Roger's health stabilizes and new opportunities abound. She performs live at the Radio City Music Hall. She tackles new characters in TV Film Dramas and receives renewed acclaim for her acting. She films two classics: "Grumpy Old Men," and its sequel, "Grumpier Old Men" with Walter Mathau, Jack Lemmon and Sophia Loren. Ann-Margret just gets better and better
In 2001 she starred in the touring production of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas is playing the lead role of Miss Mona Stangley, indomitable madam of the multi-storied Chicken Ranch brothel
She really has made a whole raft of movies - and records. Add multi -TV appearances incl. mini-series. Here's a reminder of some of the best movie roles:
Emily Porter - State Fair - 62 Kim - Bye Bye Birdie - 63 Rusty Martin - Viva Las Vegas - 64 aka Love in Las Vegas Melba - The Cincinnati Kid - 65 Laurel - Bus Riley's Back in Town - 65 Dallas - Stagecoach - 66 Kelly Olsson - The Swinger - 66 Bobbie - Carnal Knowledge - 71 Nora Walker Hobbs - Tommy - 75
Oh, Jody Dvorak in Kitten with a Whip - 64 seems to have attracted a lot of attention
On TV in biopics, she's portrayed Pamela Harriman and Diane Borchardt, then the part of Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire - 84. Appeared in the That's Dancing! compilation - 85
Examples of her recordings:
And Here She Is Ann-Margret's first long-player from RCA, 1961. Jazzy orchestra conducted by Marty Paich.

This performance is right down to THE TRUTH IN THE MOMENT. Nothing is held back as each of the three becomes "THE WHOLE" at any given moment.. This "TRUTH BE TOLD,BETTER THAN HOLLYWOOD SERIES 19 SONG #!" represents life which is ALWAYS "IN THE MOMENT" with nothing planned but PURE EMOTIONS being delivered with sound vibrations that create actual reds, blues, greens violets, oranges whites, blacks and precious moments of silence between the notes, where it's all happening and making this particular piece a "BU GA LU CLASSIC" and a MASTER PIECE OF SUPREME IMPROVISING". This is one of the most emotional pieces of music and it should be because it represents THE START OF 2010, a year year and a new begining for all. Each of these guys becomes part of the other and evolves into a oneness that can't be mistaken for anything but THE TRUTH and they're telling it here and it's being done in a REAL ENVIRONMENT with no HOLLYWOOD GLITTER and NONSENSE. THIS IS LOVE and PEACE communicated with the highest level of musicianship. Marvin is MASTER of DRUMS,Neil is MASTER of KEYS and MARK is MASTER of BASS. All three are MASTER COMPOSERS getting together and creating here exactly what Neil's reaction was :"WOW"!
It is WOW and I'll second that. I almost miniaturized myself and jumped into this computer while I was writing these liner notes because I know these guys so well and was moved so deeply at that moment I first started listening to this. Too bad I was so far away from the Newburgh , NY site where this was recorded but I'll tell you that the music was so powerful that it didn't matter where I was because I started playing it in my heart and joined in with these guys and entered another dimension. It's true. I'm in it and enjoyed it as if I were a fourth guy in this group. I also must admit that because it was Marvin's Birthday Evening, I actually did transfer myself into PURE SPIRIT and show up there. Can you hear it between the NOTES if you don't quite understand the dimension I'm talking from.Loud, soft, fire, rain, water, wind earth, mud, sand, waves, stillness, open sky, infinite space, mass of matter, lack of matter, breath, energy felt through warm love, energy felt through actual colors with sound moving rainbows.. A REAL STRONG EXAMPLE OF GIVING IT ALL AWAY FOR WORLD PEACE. THIS SERIES 19 SONG #! is The Bu GA LU Birthday PRESENT OF ALL TIME,especially THE PRESENT OF THE MOMENT!

Attached is the paper we spoke about. What I have done is tried to consider some of the themes we spoke about it in class regarding jazz and stylistic principles, through the thread of my uncle's life. I wrote the piece in a series of stages, in which I give a biographical overview coupled with anecdotes, actual teachings of my uncle, an overview of the jam session and what it and he ultimately accomplish. I also try to give the larger significance of the story within a larger context, and explain why it is important to non-musicians. I hope you enjoy it. I found through writing this piece that it was to be and should be much more than I did here, and consequently forced me in a different direction than I initially intended, I feel with more anecdotes, and emphasis in certain areas, my uncles story would be a good book or movie I may consider writing (entertaining if nothing else). I wrote this as a surprise for my uncle. Thank you for this opportunity. I really enjoyed the class, and I will be talking with family and thinking of proposals for my independent study over the break.
Best,
