Keloid Trailer - A Short Film by BLR
KELOID

Eliezer S. Yudkowsky* wrote about an experiment which had to do with Artificial Inteligence. In a near future, man will have given birth to machines that are able to rewrite their codes, to improve themselves, and, why not, to dispense with them. This idea sounded a little bit distant to some critic voices, so an experiment was to be done: keep the AI sealed in a box from which it could not get out except by one mean: convincing a human guardian to let it out.
What if, as Yudkowsky states, ‘Humans are not secure’? Could we chess match our best creation to grant our own survival? Would man be humble enough to accept he was superseded, to look for primitive ways to find himself back, to cure himself from a disease that’s on his own genes? How to capture a force we voluntarily set free? What if mankind worst enemy were humans?
In a near future, we will cease to be the dominant race.
In a near future, we will learn to fear what is to come.

Richard Gere stars as Martin Vail, a famed defense lawyer who volunteers his services to Aaron Stampler (Edward Norton), a Kentucky teenager charged with the murder of a Chicago archbishop. Vail's case becomes more complicated than he expected when a psychologist, Dr. Molly Arrington (Frances McDormand) concludes that Stampler suffers from multiple personality disorder. Theatre of Tragedy - And When He Falleth
Velvet Darkness They Fear (1996) track 5 "Be my kin free fro carnal sin, Bridle the thoughts of thy Master." "There hath past away a glore fro the Earth; A glore that in the hearts and minds of men, Men dementéd - blindfoldéd by light, Nourisheth as weed in their well-groom'd garths." "'Tis the Divine Tragedy - The fool and the mocking court; Fool, kneel now, and ring thy bells! Make us guffaw at thy futile follies, Yet for our blunders - Oh, in shame; Earth beareth no balm for mistakes - We hold the Earth fro Hell away." That cross you wear around your neck; is it only a decoration, or are you a true Christian believer? Yes, I believe - truly Then I want you to remove it at once! - and never to wear it within this castle again! Do you know how a falcon is trained my dear? Her eyes are sown shut. Blinded temporarily she suffers the whims of her God patiently, until her will is submerged and she learns to serve - as your God taught and blinded you with crosses.
