Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American recording artist, entertainer, and businessman. Often referred to as the King of Pop, or by his initials MJ, Jackson is recognized as the most successful entertainer of all time by Guinness World Records. His contribution to music, dance, and fashion, along with a much-publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades. The seventh child of the Jackson family, he debuted on the professional music scene along with his brothers as a member of The Jackson 5 in 1964, and began his solo career in 1971.
In the early 1980s, Jackson became a dominant figure in popular music. The music videos for his songs, including those of "Beat It", "Billie Jean", and "Thriller", were credited with transforming the medium into an art form and a promotional tool, and the popularity of these videos helped to bring the relatively new television channel MTV to fame. Videos such as "Black or White" and "Scream" made him a staple on MTV in the 1990s. Through stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of complicated dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk, to which he gave the name. His distinctive musical sound and vocal style influenced numerous hip hop, post-disco, contemporary R&B, pop and rock artists.
Abdullah Ibrahim (Arabic: عبدالله إبراهيم), born Adolph Johannes Brand, 9 October 1934 in Cape Town, South Africa, and formerly known as Dollar Brand, is a South African pianist and composer. His music reflects many of the musical influences of his childhood in the multicultural port areas of Cape Town, ranging from traditional African songs to the gospel of the AME Church and ragas, to more modern jazz and other Western styles. Ibrahim is considered the leading figure in the sub-genre, Cape Jazz. Within jazz, his music particularly reflects the influence of Thelonious Monk and Duke Ellington. With his wife, the jazz singer Sathima Bea Benjamin, he is father to the New York underground rapper Jean Grae, as well as to a son, Tsakwe.
He first received piano lessons at the age of seven, was an avid consumer of jazz records brought by American sailors, and was playing jazz professionally by 1949. In 1959 and 1960, he played alongside Kippie Moeketsi and Hugh Masekela with The Jazz Epistles in Sophiatown; the group recorded the first jazz LP by Black South African musicians in 1960. Ibrahim then joined the European tour of the musical King Kong.
Andrew Mayer Cohen (born February 2, 1979), better known by the stage name Mayer Hawthorne, is an American singer, producer, songwriter, arranger, audio engineer, DJ, rapper and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles, California, USA. The stage name "Mayer Hawthorne" is a combination of Cohen's real middle name (Mayer) and the name of the street he grew up on in Michigan (Hawthorne Rd). "Mayer Hawthorne and The County" is a name Cohen often uses when performing or recording as Mayer Hawthorne with other artists. In Cohen's words, "The County" is basically anyone who plays an instrument or sings on his album. It is also his band when he performs live. Cohen also performs and records hip hop under the stage name Haircut, sometimes as part of the groups Now On and Athletic Mic League.
Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Hawthorne moved to Los Angeles in 2008 and was eventually signed to Stones Throw Records by label head Peanut Butter Wolf. Originally the Mayer Hawthorne tracks were meant to be just side projects for pleasure, but upon hearing them Peanut Butter Wolf insisted they be made into an album. Hawthorne has had no previous vocal training.

When Mancini was 12 years old, he began piano lessons. Quinto and Henry played flute together in the Aliquippa Italian immigrant band, "Sons of Italy". After graduating from Aliquippa High School in 1942, Mancini attended the renowned Juilliard School of Music in New York. In 1943, after roughly one year at Juilliard, his studies were interrupted when he was drafted into the United States Army. In 1945, he participated in the liberation of a concentration camp in southern Germany.

[Instrumental]
The perception of your body is like harmony
I wanna track your moves like a single piece
Oh, I'm lovin' what I'm hearin'
Lovin' what I'm seein', lovin' what I'm feelin'
You, got me so dumb, got me so sprung
And I'm lovin' every minute
And I'm lovin' everything about ya
And babe, I can't roll without ya
And then she's callin' my name
I be makin' her sing like an orchestra, like an orchestra
And as we lay I make the music play
Sounding like an orchestra, like an orchestra, oh
I wanna lay you down just right and make this song complete
Get you wrapped up in my lyric sheet
My hearts pounding like a bass drum, boom
As you're blowin' on my trombone
I just want to conduct you
Make you do what I want to
So ask me to run through
When those beautiful sounds make up those jam beats
She be callin' my name
I be makin' her sang like an orchestra, like an orchestra
And as we lay let the music play
Soundin' like an orchestra, like an orchestra, oh
Let us come together like a cymbal crash
When I love you major when I lay you down like
Can you feel my need as I bang my drum?
The harder I hit the more the symphony comes, oh
She be callin' my name
I be makin' her sang like an orchestra, like an orchestra
And as we lay make the music play
Soundin' like an orchestra, like an orchestra
Here I am
A young man
Come and get me if you can
Up in my room covered in flames
Meet me at the cinema
You can take me in your car
I'll lie in the back and stare at the planes
[Bridge]
There's an orchestra in me
Playing endlessly
I even hear it now
Wohohohoho !
They play in the devil's key
An endless symphony
I even hear it now
[Chorus]
And I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Yes I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Here I am
A young man
You can roll me in your hand
Throw me up high into the air
I wandered on
Ripped and torn
A samurai in a storm
Over the sand into the glare
[Bridge]
Because there's an orchestra in me
Playing endlessly
I even hear it now
Wohohohoho !
They play in the devil's key
An endless symphony
I even hear it now
[Chorus]
And I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Yes I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Here I am
A young man
A crashing computer program
Here is a pen
Write out my name
[Bridge]
There's an orchestra in me
Playing endlessly
I even hear it now
Wohohohoho !
They play in the devil's key
An endless symphony
I even hear it now
[Chorus]
And I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Oh I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Yes I listen to the music
Beautiful music
Yes I listen to the music
