One of the First Stereophonic LP Records
"In 1957 the first commercial stereo two-channel records were issued on translucent blue vinyl by Bel Canto, the first of which is a highly-collectible multi-colored-vinyl sampler featuring `A Stereophonic Tour of Los Angeles' narrated by Jack Wagner on one side, and a collection of tracks from various Bel Canto albums on the back." -Wikipedia I have never seen such a cool looking record. This side is called "This is Stereo: A Stereophonic Tour of Los Angeles" narration by Jack Wagner. The "tracks" are named exactly as followed: INCLUDING THE SOUNDS OF AN ATOMIC EXPLOSION / A TRIP TO THE HOLLYWOOD PARK RACES / INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / RIVERSIDE RACE TRACK / JET BOMBER / SOUTHERN PACIFIC FREIGHT TRAIN / AND A HISTORY OF STEREO SOUND AS COMPARED TO HIGH FIDELITY. The record is the "bel canto stereophonic demonstration record SR/2000" This video is of SIDE ONE

The Beatles - White Album (Original Analog LP Version) Record #1 Sides1 & 2
This is probably one of the cleanest remaining analog copies of The Beatles White Album on the planet and has not been remixed like the CD versions. Original LP from 1968 made its first play onto a studio quality reel to reel tape recording deck and stored for more than 40 years. This infamous "White Album" was a two LP Record set with a total playing time of just over 90 minutes. That was the way we did things back then and I almost forgot about this gem that was stored away in my basement. It still sounds great!

How I Record My LP's (Part 1 of 2)
This is how I record my LP's. Yep. I also go into quite a bit about editing the videos/sound in Movie Maker, but even then I didn't cover everything. This is an unusual way to record, and I can't promise that it would work on just any computer, since the files come out to be pretty enormous in size. Plus, RecordPad is not free, although it does offer a 2-week trial period if you want to try it. You can get it here: www.nch.com.au I had a little de-sync'ing issue, it starts about five minutes in, but it doesn't get progressively worse; it's just off by about a second. Just thought I should warn you. It's still easy enough to follow what I'm doing, I just hope I'm not insulting anyone's intelligence here. I'm a complete dummy when it comes to computers. But you never know how much people know about things, so I just kind of assume the worst and go from there. A couple of the important things I forgot to mention was that when recording an NES game with FCEU Ultra, it's pretty much exactly the same as recording with Snes9x, just drag File to Record AVI and you're golden. The only difference is that on NES games, you can actually hear the sound as you're recording. One other thing is that in Movie Maker, I often have to lower the sound of the video game to about half or 1/4 of its original volume, since the voice recording is barely audible next to it otherwise. To change the volume of the video, click on the video and drag "Clip" to "Audio" to "Volume" and you can lower it there.

Train & Railroad Sounds(Part 1) on 1958 STEREO Audio Fidelity LP.
This 1958 train locomotive sound recording is from the Audio Fidelity LP record titled "Railroad Sounds" - The Sounds of a Vanishing Era as diesel locomotives replaced steam models. 1958 was also the year that stereo records were introduced as a playback medium to the consumer masses, and could also be played on existing mono hi-fi systems and phonographs by replacing the original mono phono cartridge with a stereo cartridge that was strapped for combining the left and right output signals of the stereo cartridge into one channel of audio feed for the mono system to amplify. The reason the mono cartridges had to be replaced with strapped stereo cartridges is because the mono cartridge would destroy the stereo record grooves since it was not designed to play stereo records. There is always a fly in the ointment when trying to interface older technologies with new devices and inventions. Transferred to digital using stereo gear on background photo.

The style is a subtle blend of cool and West Coast jazz. THOMAS ORGAN SPECTACUALAR Jack Malmsten Lp record
Thomas Symphony organ. Circa 1962. The Thomas Organ Company produced some of the finest organs ever made. Since they ALSO made budget oriented models they were completely misunderstood, but the fact they were respected by professionals means much. Buddy Cole was probably the most respected organist in America when this album came out. When Buddy heard the Thomas Symphony in the studio during the making of this recording has praised the Thomas Symphony as being a remarkably good sounding organ. This is printed on the back of the record. send me a PM if you want an image of the rear sleeve of this record, forgot to put it in the video. I have and play two Thomas organs along with Wurlitzer and Hammond. I have a 1966 Thomas Palace III model 901, and a 1973 Thomas Californian model 263.

Endless Mobs Spawner - Minecraft LP #65
I built the 'mobs on demand' spawner and never automated the switch to repeatedly wash the mobs off the pads and into the XP farm. In this episode, I'll build a clock and attach it to a pulse limiter and binary counter to automate the spawner. Enjoy!
