The McCormick Ranch Center area has light manufacturing, garden offices, banks, shopping malls, an auto center, medical offices and food markets, making it a true "live-work" community. The California influence can be seen in architecture and landscaping through the community. Housing choices vary wildly from luxury homes and waterfront properties along several man-made lakes to course homes, town homes, condominiums and patio homes. The 2 18-hole golf courses at McCormick Ranch provide golfers having an experience that is closer to what they might find in the Midwest or East. Instead of desertscapes, McCormick Ranch courses feature lush grass, shrubbery, mature trees and water. Town boasts seven lakes, offering residents the option of waterfront living. What is a short sale exactly? A short sale is a property sale where the bank or lender agrees to accept less than what is owed to them.
