Still photos of the Chefoo School at Chefoo, Kiating (Loshan), & Kalimpong, a short movie of the school at Shanghai, followed by the main feature movie of Kuling.
The commentary is provided by Andrew Smith, brother of Ridley Smith, Lorna, Cliff, Ross and Don. Their parents were Fred and Marjorie Smith.
The other people on the commentary track are Andrew's wife Barbara and myself (Neville Ridley-Smith, son of Ridley Smith).

At the 9 minute mark, Andrew wonders if he sees himself as a young boy. After recording the commentary, we went back to look more closely, and sure enough, it's definitely him - the last boy to make his entrance and grab something from the small pigeon holes. He couldn't remember what was in those pigeon holes. If anyone who watches this can recall what they were, please leave a comment!

The L-shaped old boy's dorm buildings were going to be torn down because they were sinking. This may be the last view of Chefoo the way it was when the OMF children were there.
