In the Spirit of Crazy Horse, UNA is demanding the Hearst Corporation contribute to the struggling Lakota Sioux Nation whom they have stolen land and precious Natural resources from. Professor Lehman Brightman states that the Hearst Corporation "has never tried to make amends with the Lakota Sioux Nation." The heir to the Hearst fortune, William Randoph Hearst III, has "not given one red cent to the Sioux Indians. They could easily afford to set up a scholarship program or improve dilapidated housing on Sioux Territory." Nearly 97% of the Sioux Nation's population lives below Federal poverty levels. Bob Danzig CPAE; Professional Speaker, Author
Bob never forgot the childhood he spent bouncing from one foster home to another. The ups and downs of those young years set the stage for his lifelong career with The Hearst Corporation—20 of which he spent as the senior corporate executive leading The Hearst Newspaper Group. He was inspired to succeed by the people he met along the way—from the social worker who first affirmed Bob's value when she told him "You are worthwhile", to the office manager who first hired a teenage Bob as an office boy at the Albany Times Union, and told him "You are full of promise." Nineteen years after being hired as an office boy, Bob became publisher of the Albany Times Union. From there he moved on to become a vice president of the Hearst Corporation and the senior corporate executive leading The Hearst Newspaper Group and its over-6000 employees nationwide. Bob's story of personal triumph to overcome an uncontrollable beginning has inspired audiences nationwide—as has his emphasis on the importance of being a champion for others. His great joy is being able to lift the spirit of others by sharing his personal experiences and insights, and inspiring personal growth and self-value within others.

Citizen Kane Randolph Hearst Corporate Media
William Randolph Hearst (April 29, 1863 August 14, 1951) was an American newspaper magnate and leading newspaper publisher. His life story was a source of inspiration for the lead character in Orson Welles' classic film Citizen Kane.[2] His palatial estate, Hearst Castle, near San Simeon, California, on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, was donated by the Hearst Corporation to the state of California in 1957, and is now a State Historical Monument and a National Historic Landmark, open for public tours. Hearst formally named the estate La Cuesta Encantada ('The Enchanted Slope'), but he usually just called it 'the ranch'.

Treasures of New York: Hearst Tower 1
Treasures of New York goes on a private tour inside Hearst's world headquarters to explore New York City's first completed "green" office building designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Norman Foster. Standing in Midtown Manhattan on the corner of Eighth Avenue and 57th Street, the tower is a recent iconic addition to the City's famed skyline. The glass-and-steel high-rise soars from the original six-story landmark structure built in 1928, conceived by Joseph Urban. Hearst Tower redefined the modern skyscraper and pioneered a sustainable architectural vision for the 21st century. Timed with Hearst Corporation's 125th anniversary, the film also highlights Hearst's history and growth into one of the America's largest diversified media and information companies.
