Steve Hoffman (born September 8, 1958) is an American football coach who is the assistant special teams coach for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He has more than two decades of NFL coaching experience.
Hoffman attended Dickinson College, where he played quarterback, running back, wide receiver, placekicker and punter for the football team and was also a member of the Raven's Claw Secret Society. He went on to punt for the Washington Federals of the United States Football League in 1983, while also attending training camp with the Washington Redskins, the Seattle Seahawks and the New Orleans Saints.
From 1985 to 1987, Hoffman coached kickers and punters at the University of Miami. He tutored future NFL punter Jeff Feagles during his tenure at Miami.
In 1988, Hoffman became special teams coach of the Dallas Cowboys. He also held the roles of offensive and defensive quality control from 1989 through the end of his tenure in 2004.

Steve Hoffman (born 1965) is the COO and co-founder of Zannel, Inc., a venture-funded mobile entertainment startup. Hoffman is also a founding member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Interactive Media Group and sits on the Board of Governors for the Producers Guild New Media Council. Hoffman is also a co-founder of the San Francisco Chapter of the Producers Guild of America.
Hoffman was the Chairman and CEO of Spiderdance, one of Hollywood's leading interactive television companies, whose customers included NBC, Viacom, The WB, TBS, A&E, and others. Prior to founding Spiderdance, Hoffman consulted for R/GA Interactive in the design and development of projects for Kodak, Disney, Intel, AdAge, and Children's Television Workshop.
Hoffman also owned and operated LavaMind, a software development company that produced games and learning titles. LavaMind's products were distributed worldwide by Microprose / Spectrum Holobyte, Seiko Epson, Magellan, Manaccom, McGraw-Hill, and half a dozen other international publishers. Prior to founding LavaMind, Hoffman worked for Sega of Japan, in their Tokyo headquarters, generating new concepts and strategies for network and Internet gaming, console entertainment, simulation rides and high tech theme parks.

In the early '70s, Hoffman worked in radio and earned a degree in mass communications from California State University, Northridge. During the late '70s, Hoffman joined MCA Records as catalog research and development coordinator. For the next decade, he was responsible for compiling hundreds of budget cassette releases for MCA's Special Products division. His primary focus was on jazz and big band recordings.
In 1985 he worked on a series of releases aimed at the CD market which bore the title "From the Original Master Tapes." This series included works of artists such as Buddy Holly, Bill Haley and John Coltrane. He later departed from MCA, and has plied his trade with the Dunhill Compact Classics and Audio Fidelity labels, owned by Marshall Blonstein, former vice president of Ode Records.
Hoffman has also worked with other labels on occasion, including Analogue Productions, Rural Rhythm, Razor & Tie, and S&P. In 2014, Hoffman remastered the Rolf Harris back catalogue for Audio Fidelity.
