Serbs
Serbs (, Romanization: Srbi ) are a native Balkan South Slavic ethnic group. Majority of Serbs live in their ancestral lands in Central Europe and the Balkans (Southeastern Europe), between the Balkan and Carpathian mountains, in the east, and the Adriatic sea, in the west. Significant percentage of Serb people live in diaspora. The total world Serbian population, however, is difficult to measure. Serbs are located mainly in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. More than a million people of Serbian origin live in German speaking countries: Luxembourg (1%), Austria (1,8%), Switzerland (1%), and Germany (~1%).

Roberto Cavalli's models transform into rocker chic glamour girls with metallic purple and green eyeshadow that has gold at the corner. Guido Palau calls the hair "glamour goth" with natural, long hair extensions and a center part. Cavalli says his show is a piece of art. Furry skirts mix with tiger prints, sequins and leather caps. Supermodel Naomi Campbell, who was featured in Cavalli's latest ad campaign, closes out the show. At Fendi, the girls have clean braids for a somewhat Nordic look and white eyeshadow brings out the white accents in the collection. Model Kati Nescher opens the show. The collection has leather, fur, oversize shoulders, mink, pleats, and wool finely cut with a razor blade. Marni's eye-popping prints are highlighted by the styling - blunt bangs, pink eyes, and porcelain skin. Bright colors and color blocking are highlighted for a total 60s/70s look. At the Moschino show, models wear wing-tipped liquid liner on their lids and the collection is highlighted by big bows, cowboy hats, marching band drummer caps, and headwear made of feathers. North America
In North America the channel is available FTA on Galaxy 19. As of May 8, 2009, (Fashion TV is no longer available on Dish Network channel 374) Dish Network has dropped this channel as of August 25, 2011 at 8pm Est. It is now available on wireless television providers MobiTV and Sprint TV. However, the channel is not yet available on major cable providers or DirecTV.
Pakistan

In Portugal, Fashion TV is available on AR Telecom, Bragatel (channel 45), Meo (channel 101), TVTel (channel 54) and ZON TVCabo (channel 73).
Philippines
In the Philippines, the channel has been available on SkyCable platinum on Channel 132 since February 1, 2006, Global Destiny Cable on Channel 49, Cablelink Channel 64 since January 28, 2008 and selected cable affiliate in the Philippines. Some selected cities and provinces they used two feeds both Fashion TV Asia over AsiaSat 3 and Fashion TV India & SE Asia over Thaicom 5 feeds including FTV HD which already air soon.
Qatar
Qatari viewers are only able to watch the channel via an Orbit Showtime subscription. FTV's future in Qatar is questionable, as in 2007, certain conservative religious authorities in the country have condemned it due to the sometimes nude content. Since it is only available via a satellite subscription, however, their movement seems to have lost momentum.
Serbia / Southeastern Europe
Serbian version of Fashion TV called Fashion TV SEE (or FTV SEE, Fashion TV South East Europe) was launched on 24 November 2008. It is also broadcast in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia via their local cable TV providers and DTH platforms. 30% of production is made by local production.
United Kingdom
British viewers were able to watch the channel via Sky Digital until November 18, 2004. The channel had been carrying trailers warning that it would soon be available in the UK as a standalone subscription channel. The channel returned to its original Sky Digital channel in April 2005 as part of Sky's Basic subscription package, apparently having dropped its original plans. Beginning in the autumn of 2005 the channel added several minutes of British commercials per hour on its UK service, apparently sold through Sky, in addition to its two international ad breaks per hour. The channel was FTA on Sky's EPG on channel number 261, in the Lifestyle and Culture block, until it was removed on 2 July 2010.
United States
As of August 25, 2011, Fashion TV change its channel number at Dish Network to channel 596.
Thailand
Fashion TV Thailand was recent broadcasting free-to-air from THAICOM 5 at 78.5°east. The same satellite where Fashion TV India was located in same signal and broadcast. However the channel was immediately off the air. Thailand viewers can still watch in the presence both Fashion TV Asia and India Feed. This channel is currently available in True IPTV in Thailand.

Latin America
FTV started their Latin American version, "Fashion TV Latin America","Fashion TV Brasil", in late 2001, in association with Claxson, and in late 2006 it was acquired by Time Warner-owned Turner Broadcasting. The Latin American version was their oldest overseas channel. These channels aired a significant amount of original programming, as well as acquired programming such as The Fashion Show, Running in Heels and Iconoclasts. After the license agreement to use the "Fashion TV" brand ended, the channel was replaced on May 1, 2011 with Glitz*, which retained most of the FTVLA/FTVBR programming.

In Asia F MEN is now available in Hong Kong in Cable TV Hong Kong. F.Diamond Club members may also watch a broadband Internet version of the live F Men programs for a small monthly fee. And other satellite feed are: Eutelsat W5, Eutelsat W2 and Intelsat 805 are both free to air signals before but immediately scrapped.

In October 2008 Fashion TV launched a new channel entirely in HD. FTV HD delivers an outstanding picture and sound quality, with richer and more natural colors. FTV relaunched its official website www.ftv.com in 2005, broadcasting FTV and F.MEN live, thematic channels and a Video on Demand service to its F.Diamond Club (f.Club) members for a monthly fee.
f.Mobile
In September 2009, FTV expanded its business to mobile phones by creating mobile portal called “f.mobile” available worldwide on http://m.ftv.com. Visitors of f.mobile are able to read articles, but also to purchase and download multimedia content, including videos and photos. Content offered on f.mobile can be downloaded on mobile phone directly from m.ftv.com and it’s supported in more than 50 countries via preferred mobile operators.
f.Diamond
In 2007 Fashiontv bought a cruise liner, named f.diamond, on which fashion shows, parties and events are hosted. Initially rumored to be a temporary 'stunt', renting a ship to boost ratings, these were quickly refuted after massive alterations to the ship's interior had been made. Currently many of the cruise liner's VIP events are also strongly featured in fashiontv's broadcasts.On January 28, 2009, due to a lack of security crew and permissions, the ship was blocked by the Capitaneria (Civil Navy Police) in Genoa, Italy.

Early life and discovery
Kloss was born in Chicago, Illinois, and her family moved to suburban St. Louis, Missouri in 1995. Before making it as a model, Kloss studied at Caston's Ballet Academy in 2002, a prestigious dance school in St. Louis. She soon became very talented at dance, and was in a number of performances such as the Nutcracker. Kloss has called her classical ballet training "a beautiful thing" that taught her how to move in the modeling world and was a great training ground for her runway walk.When Kloss was 13, she was discovered at a charity fashion show in St. Louis. Biography
Roberto Cavalli was born in Florence, Tuscany. His grandfather, Giuseppe Rossi, was a member of the Macchiaioli Movement, whose work is exhibited in the Uffizi Gallery. Cavalli decided to enroll at the local Art Institute, concentrating in textile print. While still a student, he made a series of flower prints on knit that caught the attention of major Italian hosiery factories.In the early 1970s, he invented and patented a revolutionary printing procedure on leather, and he started creating patchworks of different materials. He debuted these techniques in Paris, immediately getting commissions from the likes of Hermès and Pierre Cardin. At age 30, he presented his first namesake collection at the Salon for Prêt-à-Porter in Paris. He brought it to the catwalks of the Sala Bianca of Palazzo Pitti in Florence, and later on those of Milano Collezioni jeans made of printed denim, intarsia leathers, brocade and wild prints. He then opened his first boutique in 1972 in Saint-Tropez.
In 1980 Roberto Cavalli married Eva Düringer, who has been his lifelong companion and business partner. In Milan in 1994 Cavalli presented the first sand-blasted jeans. By December of the same year, he had opened boutiques in Saint Barth, in the French Caribbean, followed by others in Venice and Saint-Tropez. Besides the main line, which is sold in over fifty countries worldwide, Roberto Cavalli designs RC Menswear as well as the youth aimed line Just Cavalli, launched in 1998 and comprising today men’s wear, women’s wear and accessories, eyewear, watches, perfumes, underwear and beachwear. There is also the Angels & Devils Children Collection, the Class line, two underwear collections, shoes, eyewear, watches and perfumes. In 2002 Cavalli opened his first café-store in Florence, revamping it with his signature animal prints. This was shortly followed by the opening in Milan of the Just Cavalli café at Torre Branca and another boutique on Via della Spiga.
It was reported in April 2008 that Cavalli had put his business up for sale. Roberto Cavalli was a judge at the Miss Universe 1977 pageant where his future wife ( Eva Duringer) was a contestant. He did not pick her to win. She was first runner-up. The girl that won was the first Black Miss Universe. In July 2011 his company collection was presented at the catwalk of The Brandery fashion show in Barcelona.
Criticism
Cavalli was sharply criticized in 2004 by the Hindu community for marketing a line of feminine underwear (designed for Harrods) which featured the images of Hindu goddesses. Liu Wen (; born January 27, 1988) is a Chinese fashion model. In 2010, she became a face of Estée Lauder.
Early life
Liu was born on January 27, 1988, in Yongzhou, a city in the Hunan province of China. Because of China's official "one-child" policy Liu is an only child. Her mother and father were ordinary workers in this small village not far from Beijing. Before modelling full time she was working as a tour guide. Her mother always encouraged her to eat well and encouraged her to enter the modeling contest which led to her discovery.
Early career and success
Liu started her modeling career in 2005 when she entered the ''New Silk Road World Model Contest'', a contest previously won by international covergirl Du Juan, hoping to win a computer which was the main prize. Although she did not win, she began working as a model after the contest and became a national success when she landed the cover of ''Chinese FHM'' at this, the very beginning her modeling career. She then began working for Chinese fashion magazines like ''Vogue'' and ''Harper's Bazaar''.In September 2007, Liu caught the eye of the international fashion industry when she shot a ''Cosmo'' editorial in clothes designed by Karl Lagerfeld and Viktor and Rolf and would later walk for each designer. She then was ushered to Paris in 2008, and signed with Marilyn Agency.
In February of the same year, she appeared in four editorials for ''Chinese Vogue''. She debuted on the international runways in the same month, closing the fall Trussardi show in Milan, and also walked for Shiatzy Chen, Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Hermès.
For the Spring 2009 season, she appeared in seven major campaigns, including DKNY Jeans, The GAP, Barneys New York, Benetton, Alexander Wang, Converse, and cKone. She has also appeared in campaigns for Bergdorf Goodman, Calvin Klein, Alexander Wang, Dolce & Gabbana, and Vivienne Tam. She has appeared in editorials for Chinese ''Elle'', ''Marie Claire'', ''Harper's Bazaar'', ''Allure'', ''i-D''(as well as a cover), ''Interview'', ''V'', ''W'', and Italian, American, Chinese, British, Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, and ''Teen Vogue''
In 2009, Liu became the first woman of East Asian descent to walk the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Liu also participated in the 2010 show.
For the Spring 2010 Ready-to-wear season, she walked more than 70 shows in New York, Paris and Milan which made her the second most booked model for the season following French model Constance Jablonski.
In April 2010, it was announced that Liu and Jablonski would join the roster of faces of the cosmetics company Estée Lauder. Liu is the first Asian face of the company.
She is currently ranked 6th on the Top 50 Models Women List by models.com.
Before modelling, Liu studied tourism and worked as a tour guide where she met people from many different countries. After modeling she thinks she might try being a photographer or an actress. She enjoys modeling and working in the fashion industry with many talented people, but she regards fashion designing as being "very hard work."
