Cindy Cohn is an American attorney specializing in Internet law. She represented Daniel J. Bernstein and the Electronic Frontier Foundation in Bernstein v. United States, and in 1997 was recognized by California Lawyer Magazine as one of the Lawyers of the Year for this work. She currently serves as Legal Director and General Counsel for the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In 2006, Ms. Cohn was named one of the 100 most influential lawyers in America by the National Law Journal. Ms. Cohn also serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofits Human Rights Advocates and the Verified Voting Foundation.

She studied law at the University of Michigan. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa and the London School of Economics.

In addition to Bernstein, some of Ms. Cohn's significant cases include Hepting v. AT&T (class action against AT&T for collaborating with the National Security Agency program to wiretap and data-mine Americans' communications), In re Sony BMG Tech. litigation (class action against Sony BMG for placing dangerous digital rights management (DRM) on customers' computers), OPG v. Diebold (Diebold was held liable for sending out unfounded cease and desist notices to internet service providers (ISPs) in an effort to stop public discussion of the flaws in its electronic voting machines), and DVDCCA v. Bunner^[1] (representing Andrew Bunner against the DVD Copy Control Association defending his right to republish a computer program that he found republished elsewhere on the Internet).

Mark Klein is a former AT&T technician who leaked knowledge of his company's cooperation with the United States National Security Agency in installing network hardware to monitor and process American telecommunications. The subsequent media coverage became a major story in May 2006.

In recognition of his actions, the Electronic Frontier Foundation picked Klein as one of the winners of its 2008 Pioneer Awards.^[1]

For over 22 years Mark Klein worked for AT&T. Starting with the company as a Communications Technician in New York, where he remained from November 1981 until March 1991, he later continued in that capacity in California until 1998. From January 1998 to October 2003, Klein worked as a Computer Network Associate in San Francisco. From October 2003 to May 2004 he returned to the role of Communications Technician, after which he retired in May 2004. ^[2]

Kristina Louise "Tina" Yothers (born May 5, 1973)^[1] is an American actress and singer. Beginning a career as a child actor at the age of three, she is perhaps best known for her role as Jennifer Keaton on the hit NBC series Family Ties, as well as for her roles in numerous television films throughout the 1980s and early 1990s including The Cherokee Trail, Crash Course, and Spunk: The Tonya Harding Story among others.

Yothers was born in Whittier, California, but spent half of the year in Flint, Michigan.^{[clarification needed]} Her father, Robert Yothers, was a television producer. She has three brothers, Jeffrey, Randy and Cory, who all acted in commercials as children. Her brother, Cory (born in 1972) being the most well-known, appearing in numerous films and television shows throughout the early 1980s, often credited as "Bumper" Yothers.^[2]

Yothers began her acting career in television advertisements at age three. Her first cinema role was in the 1981 television movie The Cherokee Trail. She also appeared in the 1982 feature film Shoot the Moon. Her most famous role was as Jennifer Keaton, the youngest daughter in the television comedy Family Ties from 1982 to 1989. She also competed in the Battle of the Network Stars in December 1988. When Family Ties ended, Yothers abandoned her blonde hair color and has since worn it black.

She wrote the book Being Your Best: Tina Yothers's Guide for Girls and formed the band Jaded with her brother Cory. She provided the lead vocals while Cory played keyboard. In 1998, Jaded released their self titled CD, which was co-written by Cory Yothers, Michael Anderson, Tina Yothers & Jaded. With Tina Yother (lead vocals), Michael Anderson (guitars/vocals), Jerry France (guitars/vocals), Larry Rosales (drums) and Mike Wilson (bass). Additional musicians were Phil Jordan from the Orange County band No Doubt on Trumpet, and a DJ, name unknown. Previously, Yothers sang a cover of The Raes song "Baby I'm Back In Love Again", which she would later record as a single, in a Family Ties episode "Band on the Run" (original tx: Feb 26, 1987).

After a nine year absence from acting, Yothers was given the lead role in Lovelace the Musical, a 2004 stage show based on the life of former pornographic movie star Linda Lovelace. She followed that up with a stint as a stock player in the Burt Reynolds Dinner Theater in Boca Raton, Florida from 2005 to 2007.

Yothers appeared on the fourth season of the VH1 reality television show Celebrity Fit Club, which began on August 6, 2006. After Yothers' second pregnancy, she appeared on Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp to try get back to her post-Fit Club weight. On January 17th 2012 she was featured on the ABC show Celebrity Wife Swap, where she traded places with Niecy Nash of Reno 911!.

In 2002, Yothers married an electrician, Robert Kaiser, who had a daughter from a previous marriage. Yothers has two children, daughter Lillian Grace 'Lilly', born October 2005, and a son, Robert Jake born September 24, 2007. The family resides in Ontario, California.

Mindy Heather Cohn (born May 20, 1966) is an American actress and comedian. She is known for her role as Natalie Green, the smart student of Edna Garrett (played by Charlotte Rae), on the TV show The Facts of Life,^[1] and also being the current voice for Velma Dinkley in the Scooby-Doo franchise, which she has held since 2002. She currently resides in Beverly Hills.^[2]

Cohn was born in Los Angeles, California. She was discovered by actress Charlotte Rae when Rae and other producers of The Facts of Life visited Westlake School in Bel Air, California, while doing research for the show.^[3] Cohn was cast in the role of Natalie and portrayed the character for the entire run of the series, from 1979 to 1988, as well in the reunion movie of 2001.^[4] The impact of her work on The Facts of Life was honored when she was ranked 43 on VH1's List of 100 Greatest Kids Stars.^[5] She also had a lot of fun working with series lead, Charlotte Rae, for 7 of 9 seasons, both on- and off-camera. As of 2011, Cohn continues to keep in touch with the beloved TV star.

Cohn has continued with her acting career outside of The Facts of Life. In 1986, she appeared in The Boy Who Could Fly playing the part of 'Geneva'. She also had guest appearances in other popular TV shows such as in Charles In Charge in the episode "Bottle Baby" playing Buddy's sister Bunny, a young alcoholic, in 1988, as well as two guest appearances in the second season of the cop drama 21 Jump Street, in the episodes "Christmas In Saigon" in 1987 and "Chapel of Love" in 1988 playing Rosa.

In 2003 she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for her work on the TV show What's New Scooby Doo?, where she did the voice of Velma Dinkley.^[6] She also reprised her role of Velma on Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated along with several Scooby Doo movies.

She also received a positive notice from Variety in her role in the 2007 Daniel Waters directed comedy film Sex and Death 101.^[7]

Cohn said that one of the reasons she did The Facts of Life Reunion film in 2001 was because she claims that the actors in the long-running series have been wrongly denied a cut of the syndication and DVD profits from the series. "We all never got paid and still don't get paid for DVDs and reruns ... we felt we were owed."^[8]

In 2010, she played the role of Violet, the leading character in Casper Andreas' movie Violet Tendencies.

On October 29, 2010, she appeared on the Season 8 premiere of TLC's What Not to Wear.

On July 13, 2011, she appeared in an episode of Hot in Cleveland.

On March 26 2012, she appeared on "Secret Life of the American Teenager".

In addition to her acting career, she has earned a degree in cultural anthropology from Loyola Marymount University^[9] and is a founding member of the weSpark cancer support center.^[10]
