Plot: Water, the most basic human necessity is the scarcest one in the Rann of Kutch. People here, can kill for water! Kim, a Russian bird watcher is part of an NGO that works for the environmental issues. Her excitement to visit the place, soon turns to despair as she discovers that Flamingo chicks are dying due to increased salinity in water. The only way to save them is to create artificial ponds and provide them a suitable habitat. Bakka, is the only hope for the thirsty villagers and everybody calls him the 'God of water'. He knows how to find water with his mystic dowsing rods in the desert. In her efforts to save the birds, Kim also turns to Bakka. Birds need water and so do the thirsty villagers. Whose life is more important? The emotions in these hearts have dried up and their beliefs are shattered just like the cracked land beneath their feet. Here water is thicker than blood!

Plot: Karan is a former soldier. One day when Karan finds out that his father committed suicide in prison after he is falsely charged with a crime, he suspects Ravi Verma, a city attorney who has a wife and a kid. When Karan spots Ravi on the street with his wife Kajal, he abruptly shoots Ravi and Kajal; however, Ravi survives the murder and Kajal ends up dead. After Ravi's release from the hospital, he does not realize that he has a new and different wife who looks exactly like Kajal, later on he does. While Ravi's life continues, Karan's revenge also continues against Ravi. Ravi claims that it wasn't his idea to set Karan's father up, it may be Ravi's father-in-law and his colleagues who may be responsible.

Plot: Professionally qualified as a lawyer, Somen lives a wealthy lifestyle with his mom, Parvati, and dad, Dharam Bhushan, who presides over the town of Shripuri as an upper caste Hindu Priest. During the Dassera fest, Somen meets with village belle, Kajri, and falls in love with her despite of the fact that she is of a much lower caste. After seeking his mom's permission, he goes to bring Kajri to meet her, but finds out that she has left for an unknown destination. Unable to stand his dad's hypocrisy and Bhagwan Shri Ram's temple being misused by Kedar Nath, Somen leaves home to go to the city but is unable to get Kajri out of his mind. A year later he returns home to the same fest, but is still unable to locate Kajri. When his dad insists that he marry Kedar's daughter, Somen not only refuses but leaves home to go and stay with his paternal uncle, Nandlal, who runs a Dairy farm. This is where he meets with Kajri and both rekindle their romance. Somen returns home, convinces his mom initially to approve of Kajri, and is pleasantly surprised to find that even his dad has given his approval. On the day of the marriage, Somen's world is turned upside down when his dad accuses Kajri of being a woman of ill repute as well as an unwed mother. The question remains: Are Bhushan's allegations true, and if so, will Somen accept Kajri now, or will he reject her and marry Kedar's daughter?

Plot: Fresh printed bank notes to the value of incredible 10 billion rupies are stolen in India from a train by the henchmen of super-gangster Vikram living in London. The code card only being able to open the container with the money comes into the possession of beautiful Chandralekha. On the way to Vikram she comes across the two thieves Kadir and Azhagu who are on the run from the police - having in tow country-girl Rajathi whom they kept from committing suicide and who then ran away from her ruthless uncle. After some attempts of cheating each other Chandralekha is making friends with the thieves. When she discovers that Vikram is stopping at nothing - especially not at dead bodies - on his hunt after the loot, she informs the three others about the real value of the code card. In the following pursuit between Vikram, the four heroes and a special police brigade which has to get back the money before a state crisis comes about, not only fierce action, but also love comes to its own.

Plot: Bhairavi, a renowned singer, sees a revolutionary Sandeep badly injured and takes him home for treatment. Sandeep had left his father Upendra as Sandeep had taken to terrorism. He hated women and music, but Bhairavi's company mellowed him and he fell in love with her. She was, however, a mother of Kajvi by a spouse Avinash who had ditched her. Kajri started living with Upendra and their affection turned into love. Avinash, who had been suffering from blood cancer, suddenly returned before Bhairavi was to marry Sandeep. Plot: Radha lives a poor lifestyle with her husband, Mohan, and four sons, Chandan, Raju, Bablu, and Pappu. Although Mohan comes from a rich family, his dad had disapproved of his marriage, and since that day he has not met with him. Now his dad is very ill and the entire family go to visit him, and are welcomed with open arms. Before he passes away, he shows Mohan the family's treasure, which consists of gold and jewelery, hidden under a temple, which can only be opened by four different keys. Mohan asks his children to keep one key. Then his dad passes away, and Lalchand, an employee, who has overheard the conversation between father and son decides to keep the treasure to himself. He ends up killing Mohan, getting arrested and sentenced to a long prison term. Alone and widowed, Radha, gets separated from her sons and loses her mind. Years later the sons have grown up. Chandan calls himself Bholaram and runs a milk dairy farm; Raju is a career thief and burglar and goes by the name of Johny; Bablu is the DS of Police, Vijay; while the youngest, Pappu, also has taken to a life of crime and calls himself Tony. The lives of these four young men are all set to collide with each other with Bholaram and Vijay on the side of the law, and Johny and Tony on the run from them. The question that comes to mind is will the four brothers ever get to meet their mom in this lifetime, and what of the treasure that is still buried beneath the temple?

Plot: A circular story, told in flashback, in which eternal repetition is only interrupted by death in the form of a relentlessly linear railway engine. The film opens at a railway crossing where a man is about to kill his wife when the narrative spins into the past via a song. The central story is of the unhappy love affair between Kasturi, the Harijan (Untouchable) daughter of the railway level-crossing guard Dukhia, and Pratap, the Brahmin son of the grocer Mohan. At first, rumor and mob violence are deployed to lethal effect in order to maintain a 'traditional', oppressive morality. Later, when the main protagonists are about to conform and marry selected partners, rumor and maliciousness again intervene to trigger renewed violence until the on-rushing train of fate stops the strife.
