Billing

When you sign up for a MediaFire service you are billed at the beginning of service delivery. Your subscription continues to bill monthly until you cancel it.

Customers signing up for yearly service are billed for the initial 12 months of service at the time of signup. A standard monthly subscription plan continues on the 13th month. As with monthly plans, you can cancel a subscription at any time including during the initial 12-month period.

Professional accounts are billed monthly on the anniversary of the original signup. This may vary slightly depending on the payment type you are using and how many days a given month has.

Business accounts are always billed on the first or the second of each month. Each seat (used for Multiple User Accounts) is also billed at the same time. The first month's service is pro-rated.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time with no obligation by visiting your my Account page. For PayPal customers, you may also cancel your subscription through Paypal.

Once you cancel your subscription your services will continue though the period you have already paid for. Once that period expires your account will be returned to non-premium account.
