WHO Lists Cell Phones as Cancer Hazard - Alex Jones Tv
Kurt Nimmo www.infowars.com May 31, 2011 The United Nations' health agency, the World Health Organization, now lists mobile phone use in the same "carcinogenic hazard" category as lead, engine exhaust and chloroform. www.cnn.com But no adverse health effects have been established, the agency explains. The decision to list cell phones as a cancer hazard came after a team of 31 scientists from 14 countries examined peer-reviewed studies on cell phone safety. "The biggest problem we have is that we know most environmental factors take several decades of exposure before we really see the consequences," said Dr. Keith Black, chairman of neurology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Numerous studies indicate prolonged cell phone use is hazardous. The European Environmental Agency has pushed for more studies. It says cell phones may be as big a public health risk as smoking, asbestos and leaded gasoline. In 2009, WHO reached the same conclusion. A decade-long, $30 million study into cell phones found a link between long term use and brain tumors. The WHO's Interphone investigation's results showed "a significantly increased risk" of some brain tumors "related to use of mobile phones for a period of ten years or more," the Telegraph reported. www.foxnews.com

Terri Lyne Carrington's "Mosaic Project" - Live in Tokyo
Follow Terri Lyne on Facebook: www.facebook.com For more than two decades, drummer, producer and vocalist Terri Lyne Carrington has crafted an eclectic brand of jazz that incorporates elements of bebop, soul, funk and much more. Since her debut in 1989, the GRAMMY®-nominated artist has established a reputation for assembling artists of varying styles and perspectives to create music that adheres to the traditions of jazz yet speaks to a much broader and more diverse audience. Carrington brings this same diverse sensibility to her new recording The Mosaic Project, an album that once again gathers a myriad of voices and crystallizes them into a multi-faceted whole that far outweighs the sum of its parts. "Everything about this recording is about making a larger picture out of many various elements," says Carrington, who produced the 14-song set. "I assembled several friends - most of whom I've performed with in the past, and all of whom bring their own individual story - to help me create the big picture. For as talented as each of them are as individuals, when I put them all together, I have a much greater musical story - one that can be told in an interesting and compelling way." Included on that list of friends are some of the most prominent female jazz artists of the last few decades: Esperanza Spalding, Dianne Reeves, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Sheila E., Nona Hendryx, Cassandra Wilson, Geri Allen and several others. Carrington says the emergence of so many great female jazz <b>...</b>

INFOWARS SPECIAL REPORT: Globalists' Extermination List Exposed with Aaron Dykes 2/2
prisonplanet.tv In a Special Infowars Report, researcher Aaron Dykes exposes the global population database apparatus used by eugenicists to target populations for reduced births, soft kill and extermination. From the IBM-developed Hollerith punchcards used in the 1890 US census, to race-mixing studies for Cold Springs Harbor and concentration camps in Rockefeller-funded Nazi Germany, eugenicists have long tabulated vital statistics in order to attack subtly and with precision. Now they are targeting our food supplies, water, air and environment in attempt to shut off our future. How will elites utilize the human genome code, blood samples and DNA they've spent decades compiling? Why do foundations of the rich spend so much on the 3rd World population reduction? Aaron Dykes reports on the New World Order's obsession with eugenics and population control. PrisonPlanet.tv is becoming a more powerful tool than ever in the battle to unlock minds and turn around this out-of-control system. EMILY's List Asks: Where Are the Women?
Only men at a congressional hearing on women's health? That's unacceptable and we've had enough. The radical, right-wing anti-women conservatives in Washington are using their power to set women back decades, and we have to stop it. 2012 is our chance to change Washington - with its broken priorities and disdain for women - by electing prochoice Democratic women who will build a progressive America. emilyslist.org

DHS Implementing No Work List: Citizens Must Get Government Approval to Work in Private Sector Jobs
Kurt Nimmo Infowars.com December 16, 2010 You've heard of no fly and no buy lists -- get ready for no work lists. Millions of workers now must apply to the DHS and prove they are not terrorists in order to be granted permission by the government to work. On the Alex Jones Show today, a caller pointed to information posted on a union website for ironworkers spelling out details on the Department of Homeland Security's TWIC and SWAC programs. TWIC is short for Transportation Worker Identification Credential and SWAC stands for Secure Worker Access Consortium. TWIC "is a biometric credential that ensures only vetted workers are eligible to enter a secure construction site, unescorted," Ironworkers Local 361 in Ozone Park, New York, explains. "Before issuing a TWIC, TSA must conduct a security threat assessment on the TWIC applicant. An applicant who, as a result of the assessment, is determined to not pose a security threat, will be issued a TWIC card." In other words, construction workers in New York will need permission from the TSA and DHS in order to practice their profession and earn a living. It was much the same in the former Soviet Union and authoritarian states such as China where the government determines all aspects of an individual's life and where even the mildly rebellious are severely punished. SWAC is even more draconian. It is "a large-scale collaborative effort among public and private authorities, facility owners, contractors, and labor organizations who <b>...</b>

Shivabalayogi his Mission
Shivabalayogi attained Self realization through twelve years of meditation in samadhi (enlightenment). For three decades he traveled throughout India, then 1988-1991 in the West, making the powers inherent in God realization available to awaken spiritual awareness in others. His verbal teaching is to encourage us to meditate so we can know the truth for ourselves. This introduction explains some of the ways he gives blessings and spiritual experiences: darshan (his presence), vibhuti (blessed ash), initiation into meditation, bhajans (spiritual song), bhava samadhi (divine trance) and prashad (blessed food). California Girls [HD] - David Lee Roth
Groovy! "California Girls" is a song by American rock band The Beach Boys, featured on their ninth studio album Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!) (1965). Written by band-members Brian Wilson (who conceived the song during an LSD trip) and Mike Love, the song features contrasting verse-chorus form. Upon its release as a single, "California Girls" reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100. It is one of The Beach Boys' most famous songs and has been included on countless greatest hits compilations. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame included the song in its list of the "500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll". In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked it 71st on its list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. David Lee Roth covered the song on his 1985 EP Crazy from the Heat (with background vocals contributed by Beach Boy Carl Wilson along with Christopher Cross), and like the original it topped at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, which was the same position that the Beach Boys original version reached twenty years prior to Roth's cover. Crazy from the Heat was released while Roth was still a member of Van Halen. All four songs on the EP are cover versions. David Lee Roth (born October 10, 1954) is an American rock vocalist, songwriter, actor, author, and former radio personality. Roth was ranked nineteenth by Hit Parader on their list of the 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Singers of All Time. Texas Republican slams Bush "demented philosophy of conquest
Full story at www.thebluestate.com Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) stood his ground and joined the twenty-or-so other Republicans that have decided to vote with the House Democrats in favor of a non-binding Iraq resolution that condemns President Bush's troop surge. Speaking of Bush, Congressman Paul was very straight-forward in his displeasure for Bush's "demented philosophy of conquest." Here is a portion of his floor speech: RON PAUL: "In recent decades, our policies have been driven by neoconservative empire radicalism; profiteering in the military industrial complex; misplaced do-good internationalism; mercantilistic notions regarding the need to control natural resources; and blind loyalty to various governments in the Middle East." You can add Ron Paul's name to the small list of the few level-headed Republicans left in Congress.

Then consider some of the names in the minor placings...Walker,Foster,Quax,Landy,Simpson,Boit,Jipcho....and spare a thought for the great Kiwi runner Rod Dixon, who in 1974 ran the fifth fastest 1500 metres of all time and came fourth on the day. That's tough! Sadly, with the advent of professionalism and a biannual World Championships, the shine on the gold medal has been diminished in recent times, which is a pity.If you enjoy watching this half as much as I did putting it together then you'll be one happy athletics fan!

The Doors- Light My Fire [Live at the Roundhouse]
"Light My Fire" is a song originally performed by The Doors which was recorded in August 1966 and released the first week of January 1967. It spent three weeks at #1 on the Billboard's Hot 100, and one week on the Cashbox Top 100. It was re-released in 1968, peaking at #87. The song was largely written by Robby Krieger, and credited to the entire band. A live version was released in 1983 on their album Alive, She Cried, the first of several live or compilation albums released in subsequent decades to include the song. "Light My Fire" also achieved modest success in Australia, where it peaked at #22 on the ARIA chart. The single originally reached #49 in the UK in 1967, but experienced belated success in that country in 1991 when a re-issue peaked at #7. The re-issue occurred on the back of revived interest in the band following Oliver Stone's film biopic "The Doors". The single has been certified in 1967 a gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.[1] The song is #35 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.[2] It was also included in the Songs of the Century list and was ranked number 7 in VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of All Time list. José Feliciano's cover version won a 1969 Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance, the same year he won another Grammy for Best New Artist.

Top 20 STUDIO Joy Division Songs
(THIS IS AN UPDATE OF MY TOP 15 LIST) Here's my personal Top 20 list of Joy Division songs. Like Kraftwerk, Joy Division is one of my other favorite bands of all time. It was too hard to narrow it down to just 10, so I made it 20 instead. Even so, a lot of great songs were left off of the list, like Insight, The Eternal, and The Only Mistake. The reason for this was that this list was supposed to be compiled of studio recordings/rehearsals. I prefer the Lyceum Ballroom version of "The Eternal" to the studio one. "Insight" has recently grown on me. I included songs from both Joy Division and their earlier days as Warsaw. No live songs, BBC recordings, or Peele Session tracks are on the list. The last two songs are rough recordings of rehearsals. 20. Ceremony (Rehearsal version) 19. Digital 18. They Walked in Line (Warsaw version) 17. Ice Age ("Still" album version) 16. Shadowplay ("Unknown Pleasures" album version) 15. Disorder 14. Interzone ("Unknown Pleasures" album version) 13. Transmission ("Substance" album version) 12. Heart and Soul 11. My Punjab is Great
Punjab Pakistan The population of the province is estimated to be 86084000 in 2005 and is home to over half the population of Pakistan. The major language spoken in the Punjab is Punjabi (which is written in a Perso-Arabic script in Pakistan) and Punjabis comprise the largest ethnic group. The language is not given any official recognition in the Constitution of Pakistan. Punjabis themselves are a heterogeneous group comprising different tribes and communities, although the different castes in Pakistani Punjab has more to do with traditional occupations such as blacksmiths or artisans as opposed to rigid social stratifications. The most important tribes within Punjab include the Muslim Rajputs, the Gakhars, the Gujjars, the Jats (see also List of Jat Clans of West Punjab), the Dogar, the Arain, the Punjabi Shaikhs and the Syeds. Other smaller tribes are the Awans, Rawns, Pukhtuns, Baloch, Afghans and the Maliks. Other smaller ethnic groups in the province include the Siraiki, Hindko, Kashmiris, Sindhis, and Muhajirs. Three decades of bloodshed in neighbouring Afghanistan have brought a large number of Afghan refugees (Tajik, Pashtun, Hazara and Turkmen) to the province. The population of Punjab (Pakistan) is over 99% Muslim with a Sunni majority and Shia minority. There are small non-Muslims groups of Zorastrians, Bahá'ís, Christians, Sikhs,Hindus and Ahmadiyya communitiy. New Order - Movement (Full Album)
Movement is the debut album by New Order, released in November 1981 on Factory Records. At the time of its release, the album was not particularly well received by critics or consumers, only peaking at #30 on the UK albums chart. (By contrast, Closer, an album the band had released just over a year before as Joy Division, reached #6.) Over the years the album has built a strong fanbase for its emotional and musical link to Joy Division, as well as its natural evolution on the other hand. Retrospective reviews for Movement have been very positive. In 2008 the album was re-released in a Collector's Edition with a bonus disc. Slant Magazine listed the album at #42 on its list of "Best Albums of the 1980's" saying "Movement exists almost exactly in between Joy Division's post-punk sound and the synth-pop style that would come to define New Order and influence pop music for decades".
