James Martin Lafferty (born July 25, 1985) is an American actor, director and producer. He is best known for his role as Nathan Scott on the CW television drama One Tree Hill. In addition to his role on the young adult drama, Lafferty is also known for his appearance as Justin in S. Darko, the 2009 sequel to the 2001 film Donnie Darko.
James Martin Lafferty was born in Hemet, California, to parents Jeff and Angie Lafferty, who own a local construction company. He has a younger brother, actor Stuart Lafferty. After attending Hemet High School until 2003, Lafferty enrolled in and graduated from California State University, Long Beach. At the age of eighteen, he moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, after he was cast as Nathan Scott on the teenage drama One Tree Hill on the CW.
In 2001, James Lafferty was cast in the short-lived television series Emeril, where he portrayed Emeril's son Justin. He has also made guest appearances on Once and Again, Get Real, and Boston Public. This was followed by his role as Steve Alford in the ESPN made-for-television movie A Season on the Brink, a basketball film about the 1985-1986 season of Indiana University's men's basketball team. It was based on the book by John Feinstein.
Paul Joseph Otto Johansson (born January 26, 1964) is an American-born Canadian actor, writer and director, best known for playing Dan Scott on the WB/CW television series, One Tree Hill, and for his role as Nick Wolfe on the short lived Highlander: The Series spin-off Highlander: The Raven. He directed the film version of Ayn Rand's novel, Atlas Shrugged: Part I.
Johansson landed his first role on the popular soap opera, Santa Barbara. He played Greg Hughes from 1989 to 1990. Soon he made appearances in other television shows such as Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Lonesome Dove.
Johansson became well-known to fans of 90210 for playing John Sears, a fraternity brother who unsuccessfully vied for the affections of Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth) and set up Steve Sanders (Ian Ziering) to burglarize a professor's office. Sears was later blackballed from the fraternity for the incident. Johnasson's character did not return until the season 4 finale, where he attempted to humiliate Steve at every turn, only to be brought down by Steve's friends Brenda Walsh (Shannen Doherty) and Donna Martin (Tori Spelling).
Karen Sheila Gillan (born 28 November 1987) is a Scottish actress and former model who is mostly known for her portrayal of Amy Pond in the British science fiction series Doctor Who.
Gillan was born and brought up in Inverness, Scotland. Her father, Raymond John Gillan, a Day Centre Manager, and mother, Marie Gillan née Paterson, live in Kinmylies. She learned to play the piano when she was seven. She has no brothers or sisters. At a young age, she developed a love for acting, joining several local youth theatre groups and taking part in a wide range of productions at her school, Charleston Academy. When she was sixteen, Gillan decided to use her interest in acting, studying at Edinburgh's Telford College. Later, she got a place at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts drama school in London on the BA (Hons) Acting degree course. Gillan moved to London when she was 18 to study at drama school.

Gillan worked as a model in 2007's London Fashion Week for designer Allegra Hicks' autumn/winter catwalk show and the launch party of Nicola Roberts' Dainty Doll Make-Up Range. This was shown in Roberts' episode of the documentary, The Passions of Girls Aloud[citation needed] which premiered on 4 April 2008. Gillan has said she wouldn't give up her acting career to return back to modelling. She stated that she enjoyed modelling but acting was always her main interest and goal.
Sophia Anna Bush (born July 8, 1982) is an American actress, director, and spokesperson. She starred in the CW television series One Tree Hill where she portrayed Brooke Davis. Bush is additionally known for her film portrayals in the 2007 remake The Hitcher, John Tucker Must Die, and The Narrows.
Bush was born in Pasadena, California. She is the only child of Maureen, a photography studio manager, and Charles William Bush, an advertising and celebrity photographer. Bush is of Italian descent. She graduated from Westridge School for Girls in 2000 in Pasadena, California, where she was a member of the volleyball team. At Westridge, she was required to participate in the theatre arts program. Bush stated: "Part of my school's requirement was to do a play. I was really irritated because I wanted to play volleyball and I had to go and do this play. But there was a moment after the performance when I realized I had gone and been somebody else. I thought, 'If I could do this for the rest of my life, I am set.' It was like love at first sight."
Jackson Timothy Brundage (born January 21, 2001) is an American child actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Jamie Scott on The CW's One Tree Hill, a role he held from 2008 until the series's conclusion in 2012. He has performed in film, television, and voice over.
Jackson Brundage was born in Los Angeles, California, to Richard Brundage and his wife. Brundage has two siblings: one older sister, Keeley and a younger brother, Parker. Jackson Brundage attended the Rising Sun Karate Academy and enjoys soccer, martial arts, swimming, baseball, and basketball. When One Tree Hill is not shooting, Brundage plays football with the production assistants of the show. As of August 2007, Brundage and his family have been living in Wilmington, North Carolina, for the filming of One Tree Hill. When he's not filming the show, Brundage resides in Los Angeles with his family.
