Dave Matthews Band is once again cranking up its hybrid engines for a full summer of eco-friendly jamming. At recent gigs, the band — now augmented by Rashawn Ross on trumpet and Jeff Coffin on sax — has been test driving songs from a forthcoming new album, its first disc of new material since 2009. "Gaucho" was played in Boston. "Mercy" was unleashed in Cleveland. When the band plays Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach on Sunday, June 17, it will probably roar through free-flowing tunes both old and new. Showtime is 7 p.m. Tickets are $52.85 to $89.70 from http://www.livenation.com.
