It's all a misunderstanding. That's the response from one man in Chickamauga after neighbors and his landlord say he was illegally dumping tires on his property. Kelly Hamill contacted us a few weeks back asking for help on behalf of her mother. One big issue she faced was she had no idea of where to contact Tyler Lanier to clean up the mess. It's created a big mess. The mosquitoes and everything eating me up and I don't even live here, says Lanier. Lanier says all the hype surrounding about a hundred tires in his and his neighbors' front yard is all a misunderstanding. I have already contacted a few neighbors. It's not my problem. It's the states where they were suppose to already had somebody up here to remove it for removal. I pay them five thousand dollars a month to get rid of all my bad tires. They were already suppose to be up here and they didn't, says Lanier. Lanier says the state's lack of timeliness in removing the tires is the reason why other nearby homeowners got involved like Kelly Hamill. She reached out to us for help after she says her mother's property has been used as a dumping site for months-making it impossible to rent or sell.
