Dusty Reviews Zenni Optical Progressive Lenses
Dusty Reviews Zenni Optical Progressive Lenses
Review and tutorial of how to buy glasses on Zennioptical.com. I recently purchased three pairs of progressive lense glasses. They arrived in 18 days and were excellent quality lenses and the frames fit well with little or no need for adjustment. The cost for the frames were under $25 and when adding the 1.61 high index lenses plus anti-reflective coating totaled less than $75 each. I paid $400 four years ago for a designer frame of similar quality at a retail storefront. The savings on this sight are well worth the risk of ordering online.

Optics Tutorial - 3 - Algebraic Lens Imaging, Lens Maker's Equation
Tutorial 3 demonstrates how to image through a lens using algebraic equations: lens maker's equation. Viewer beware! I discuss lens maker's equation pitfalls due to sign conventions. If you want to really understand imaging, with an honest to goodness intuition, please wait for tutorial #4. Homework can be found at www.opticsrealm.com

Baby Death Lens Spacer Comparison (Century Optics)
Baby Death Lens Spacer Comparison (Century Optics)
I decided that I would make a video showing the differences between a Baby Death Lens with no spacers, 1 spacer, and 2 spacers. Before I bought my 37mm MKII I wanted to know what the difference was, and now you'll be able to see for yourself! I use a Panasonic GS320, and I compared both widescreen (16x9) and fullscreen (4x3) to show the differences there as well. Thanks for watching, hope I could help! Link to the site I bought my spacers from: www.camerafilters.com very low prices, very fast shipping, lowest price on spacers ive found! 37mm Spacer Ring (What I use) http

FRESNEL LENS HD plus additional optical secondary magnifying glass
FRESNEL LENS HD plus additional optical secondary magnifying glass
HD version, some people had trouble viewing the other version international. I will only keep one of the videos up. This test incorporates a secondary glass lens just short of the focal point allowing most of the concentrated light from the first lens to be further concentrated by the second glass lens. The results were a 50% reduction in focal point diameter size but also a power drop of 25%.

Canon Lens Production 1
Canon Lens Production 1
Making of Canon L Series 500mm F4L IS USM. Part 1 of 3 in the production of expensive camera gear. L series is Canon's Premium lens line featuring fluorite lenses. IS refers to Image Stabilzation build into the lens, and USM refers to Ultrasonic Motor drive that makes focusing faster than older systems. Currently I'm using a Rebel XT, although I'm thinking of upgrading to an XTi or 5DMk2. This 500 with the New 5D would be a sweet combination. www.razorfantasygirls.com
