    Record Searchlight, 08 Mar 2023 - The group looking to oust three Redding City Council members for their vote to ban medical marijuana dispensaries can now begin collecting signatures on the recall petitions, the local man orchestrating the recall said Thursday. But they'll now need to convince more than 9,000 Redding voters to sign the petitions to put the matter on a future ballot.
