Anthrax with John Bush - Lone Justice
Anthrax playing "Lone Justice" on December 7, 2003 at the Odeon in Cleveland, Ohio. I begged the band to play this song for almost a year, so this was pretty much the highlight of my life. John Bush didn't know I was filming this, but I had received permission from management. I'm sorry the picture is crappy, but that is what I get for buying a Canon camcorder. At least I used an external mic. I obtained permission to upload this to Youtube from Charlie Benante.

Outsourcing Justice: Vancouver Police & Marc Emery
Outsourcing Justice: Vancouver Police & Marc Emery
On September 28th 2005, the Vancouver Public Library hosted a marijuana law debate called "Cannabis Conundrum". Marc and Jodie Emery attended along with their friend and fellow activist, lawyer Kirk Tousaw. The debate panel included Doug Lang, a Vancouver Police Department veteran of 30 years. One month earlier, the VPD had worked with the DEA and Canada's RCMP to arrest Marc Emery and raid his business. After the debate ended, someone asked about VPD's cooperation in Marc Emery's extradition. Doug Lang explained that the VPD investigated Marc's seed selling in 2002 and took the information to the Crown (the Canadian federal prosecutor) in 2003 to lay charges... ...but the Crown refused to charge Marc in Canada, so the file was picked up by the DEA in the United States. We did not know about the 2003 investigation by the VPD. It's an important example of the injustice of Marc's extradition. This video helps demonstrate that the USA sought extradition based on charges that were refused in Canada, even though Marc operated business in Canada at all times. This is just one of the many questionable aspects of the political persecution of Marc Emery...

Chief Justice Roberts: Who Opposed the Bill of Rights?
Complete video at: fora.tv Chief Justice John Roberts shares two popular theories as to why the Bill of Rights was not included in the original Constitution. One theory is based on Alexander Hamilton's argument in "Federalist No. 84" that the Constitution is itself a bill of rights, making a Bill of Rights unnecessary and even harmful. ----- As public debate about whether Australia should enhance our constitution by taking up a Bill of Rights, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court John G. Roberts explores the differences between the US and Australia. The visiting judge was careful to say he didn't have an opinion on whether Australia should or shouldn't go down the Bill of Rights path itself. But, Roberts did illuminate just how torturous and fraught the process was for America, as well as the specific historical circumstances and strong personalities that came into play. Along the way he explores the implications the US Bill of Rights has had on the history of the United States in areas such as property ownership, crime and the abolition of slavery. The talk was presented by the Law Faculty at University of Queensland at Brisbane's Banco Court, with introductions by Queensland's Chief Justice Paul de Jersey and UQ Law Professor Ross Grantham. - Australian Broadcasting Corporation John G. CHIEF JUSTICE CORONA MADE SERIES OF CASH PAYMENTS
MANILA, Philippines - The Coronas had a great deal of cash from 2005 to 2009 to be able to buy 2 posh condominium units in cash and short installments, and it is now up to the defense panel to show that the money was sourced through legal means. UNDER SCRUTINY. Chief Justice Renato Corona But already, documents presented so far to the Senate impeachment court, as well as previous public statements by his defense counsels, cast doubts on the integrity of Chief Justice Renato Corona's Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN). We base this conclusion on the following: 1.) The Coronas paid for the P14.5-M Bellagio property in Taguig in 2009. The payment was completed only in 3 installments from 2008 to 2009, based on records that a Megaworld official attested to in Monday's impeachment trial. Submitted to the impeachment court on Monday, January 30, 2012, were 3 official receipts from the Coronas for the purchase of the 113-sq-m condominium unit in Bellagio. 2.) The Coronas paid for the P9.1-M Bonifacio Ridge property in Taguig within a month's time - in April 2004. The payment was made in an "almost cash basism," according to a prosecution witness from the Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. This is broken down into: P2.2-M check issued by the Chief Justice and a P6.9-M check issued by Cristina Corona. Yet, in his 2010 SALN, Corona said in a "note" that he sold 2 properties in Quezon City - one in La Vista and another in Ayala Heights - in 2010 to purchase or pay ...
