Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web oriented development
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in an Object-Oriented programming language (OO-PHP an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge in scoping product's architecture and in object-oriented design
  • Knowledge in SAAS based systems - an advantage
  • Experience with High Availability and High Traffic systems - an advantage
  • Experience with relational database systems - an advantage

Job Description: Kampyle is looking for a seasoned, but still hands-on marketer with experience in B2B marketing for the position of a Director of Marketing. We are expecting a personality with leadership qualities and the ability to anticipate and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven knowledge of Inbound and Social Media Marketing, shares with Kampyle the passion for excellence, and is able to provide relevant, practical and creative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan.
  • Lead generation through inbound and social media marketing.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, KPIs, and measurements to prove effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Plan and administer the Marketing Operations budget.
  • Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
  • Oversee corporate communications activities (internal and external).
  • Develop and administer marketing database.
  • Oversee business development activities.
  • Supervise Marketing Department, Marketing and Marketing Communication Managers.
  • Build and develop a marketing team which is competent and efficient.
  • Locating suitable events and exhibitions for lead generation and branding.

Requirements:
  • Experience of five years in a similar B2B marketing position.
  • Experience with new media and internet advertising.
  • Mother tongue English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, competing deadlines and stressful situations well.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Entrepreneurial,self-starter with hands-on approach.

This ideal candidate will have all these, plus experience in developing or supporting web-technologies such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript and CSS. They need to have a passion for excellence, and be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand client needs and provide relevant, practical and creative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-term client relationships
  • Understanding client needs and providing relevant, practical and creative solutions
  • Demonstrating and reporting to clients on business value and application of our analytics tools
  • Identifying and delivering revenue-generating expansion and project opportunities within client organizations
  • Development or customization, testing, delivery and successful implementation of Kampyle's onsite code (in HTML, JavaScript and CSS) to meet client requirements
  • Retaining clients and preventing attrition through exceptional customer service
