A Gallup poll released this summer showed that 93% of Muslim-Americans believe that the Muslim community in the US is loyal to America. According to a Pew Research Poll which showed among evangelicals in the US, 70% see themselves first as Christians rather than as Americans, while 22% say they are primarily American. Talk radio host David Sirota discusses.

Evangelicals Embark to Papal Rome
Evangelicals Embark to Papal Rome
We have posted a new video documenting the fact that several well respected and influential Evangelicals have compromised with the false gospel of Papal Rome. Michael de Semlyen and Richard Bennett make the presentation along with Brian Haskin's narration and professional editing. We ask that you have this video shown to your church and friends. We believe that what is required is biblical separation from those who have perverted the Gospel of Christ. Christians must first know the facts, what has happened and is happening before our eyes. We pray to the all holy and righteous God that despite all of this His Gospel may be made even more splendidly clear to many for the glory of His name and the salvation of souls. Your comments placed on the website where the video is located will greatly help in this endeavor as we jointly earnestly contend for the faith once given to the saints. Contributors to the four views representing the current state of evangelicalism in America include: Albert Mohler, Kevin Bauder, John Stackhouse, and Roger Olsen. The Errors of American Evangelicalism
The Errors of American Evangelicalism
Pastor Paul Washer explains just how much of an aberration contemporary American evangelicalism is of actual true, historical Christianity, and how far removed from Scripture it really is. This is an excerpt from his sermon he preached at Virginia Tech entitled, "Dating, Courtship, and Marriage." Instead of dealing with the topic at hand, he laid forth the foundation of true Christianity which is in fact a rarity even among the contemporary Christian church culture prevalent in the West. True Christianity involves a narrow gate and a narrow path that is established, directed, and guided by the words and commands of the Lord Jesus Christ, and requires lifestyles that are dictated and defined by the word of God and not by culture (including the popular church culture which is but godless). Jesus warned that the vast majority of people who identify themselves with Christianity in one way or another, who call Him, "Lord," are actually heading down the broad path that leads to destruction, where they will be told on the day of judgment by the Lord Himself: "I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of iniquity" (Matthew 7:21-23).

Evangelicals - Skeleton Man ( with Lyrics)
A stranger reaching out for your hand An outlaw after hours leaning in So if you see me acting out...understand To be left out in the snow without a coat Can do bad things to a man Strand and my insides are burning up Outdoors catching cold, breathing smoke So if you set me off I'll burst into flames Well it's a baptism by fire, breathe in the heat This does odd things to a man and Love is strange Skeleton man he says "I don't care" A chest left empty of the heart's affairs Well, it can carry other things that weigh much less And a head all hollowed out leaves me alone And I can get some rest Secrets, little secrets, when I'm not here And skeleton men and friends reappear So if you see me acting out, you should know Hands and knees knelt down and scraped, skin replaced bone I once was a skeleton Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha When someone loves you very much You're fucked

Defining and Defending Historic Evangelicalism with guest Phil Johnson | RIGHTLY DIVIDED | Episode 2
These days, it seems like everyone declares themselves to be evangelical, but what does this term really mean? Does it have any historical basis? Who are some that are calling themselves evangelical that really aren't, and why is it important to defend the historic position? Is "Evangelicalism" in a worse state today spiritually than Roman Catholicism was at the time of the Reformation? These questions and more are answered in this edition of Rightly Divided with guest Phil Johnson. Here are the two articles from Pyromaniacs we reference during the show: 1) teampyro.blogspot.com 2) teampyro.blogspot.com Here's the lecture Phil Johnson gave several years ago at the Shepherd's Conference on the subject of Evangelicalism: gracelifepulpit.media.s3.amazonaws.com Phil Johnson is the director of John MacArthur's Grace to You ministry, and he also runs the blog Pyromaniacs. www.gracetoyou.org http

Why Evangelicals are Returning to Rome with guest Bob DeWaay
Why Evangelicals are Returning to Rome with guest Bob DeWaay
To continue listening to this program, click here: www.crosstalkamerica.com Host:Ingrid Schlueter Guest:Bob DeWaay Pastor Bob DeWaay is the pastor of Twin City Fellowship in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He's also the author of the Critical Issues Commentaries posted at cicministry.org He appeared on Crosstalk to discuss why Evangelicals are returning to Rome and the abandonment of Sola Scriptura. Ingrid began by quoting from the website of an EWTN program called, "The Journey Home". The website text describes how this program highlights conversion stories of former Protestants that have been brought back to Rome because of a specific teaching in the Catholic Church or experience that influenced their decision. Pastor DeWaay believes that the seedbed of this disenchantment within Evangelicalism involves several factors. This includes the seeker movement that took the clear, authoritative, solid Bible teaching out of churches; the influx of mystical practices such as contemplative prayer; and seminaries that are turning out therapeutic practitioners rather then theologians. These factors appear to have left in their wake a number of Protestants and Evangelicals who are frustrated with the lack of reverence, along with a missing sense of authority in their church community. Pastor DeWaay goes back into history to briefly review the problems in the medieval church that led to the Reformation, along with mentioning three modern, failed reformations that have only added to the ...

The Mindset of Catholicism Permeating Evangelicalism
The Mindset of Catholicism Permeating Evangelicalism
Richard Bennett highlights the Catholic Churchs official teaching that people are spiritually wounded rather than being spiritually dead in trespasses and sins and in need of conviction and conversion. He shows how this same mindset has become the basis of the so-called gospel message in the New Evangelical movement and its churches. The Catholic mindset of propagating images of Christ now accepted in New Evangelical churches in pictures of Christ, Sunday school materials and DVDs is shown to be the most dangerous of the Catholic mindsets to pervade Christian circles. Please make this DVD known to others, and kindly link to it, if possible. Thank you. bereanbeacon.org info@bereanbeacon.org

Are The Puritans Nuts Or Modern Evangelicals?
Are The Puritans Nuts Or Modern Evangelicals?
This is an examination of how we, as Evangelicals, raise our children, in the light of the worldliness seen in our youth and even in our Church youth groups. Compared to how the Puritans raised their children, it does not seem that we are doing very well. Let us be honest with ourselves and look at how we appear in the light of scripture, not rationalizing and making excuses for how we raise our children. This may step on your toes, but is it not conviction? It is absolutely true that we should not be legalists in the way we think... But Legalism is actually the idea that something we do earns us salvation. Practicing righteousness is not legalism, it is the fruit of those who are "born again". (See 1 John) We are not to practice lawlessness. (Matt 7:23, NKJV) Are we not to train up our children in righteousness, teaching them to love, not worldly things, but godly things? How closely do those of our children, that we believe to be saved, resemble Christ? Do they look like 1 John's picture of those that are saved? Or do they serve the Lord with their lips, and have hearts that are far from Him? But more specifically, are we doing our part to raise them in the way they should go?
