Today Luca Abbá of the Val Susa is seriously injured in hospital after falling from the tower of a high voltage power lines, during the protests against the new expropriations on the morning of 27th februrary. The police attempted to forcibly bring him down, and he received an electric shock. He is in a critical condition as a result of the electric shock and the fall from over 10 metres, made worse by the fact that the ambulance was prevented from arriving for up to 50 minutes by the forces of “order”. From information learned from the bourgeois press and from the counter-information website viva la anarquia, the state prosecution has asked for a 15-year prison sentence for the comrade Luciano ‘Tortuga’, 12 years for terrorist offenses – use of an explosive device – and 3 years for using false license plates on the motorcycle used for the action. The trial is expected to begin in April. Tortuga is now in the Santiago 1 prison, in the hospital section.

In the early hours of February 8, 2012, the group Uncontrollable Forces in Solidarity with the Black Rebels, painted graffiti on the walls of downtown La Paz in solidarity with the comrade Zerman Elias who faces an abbreviated trial after spending months within the Chilean prisons, accused of being a danger to the public order after being arrested in a street confrontation; and also in solidarity with the comrades Billy and Eat who in Indonesia face the charges of placing an incendiary device at an ATM, both members of the FAI [Informal Anarchist Federation.]
We emphasize, as has already been done by means of an appeal, the RO-CCF, in making the days of trial against the comrades into days of unrest and rage against those directly or indirectly involved in keeping the comrades as prisoners of war with a future “exemplary punishment.”

9th of February, 6:30 in the morning in area of institute “FIAN” a janitor found body of Nikita Kalin, born in 1991. 8:00 police arrived, and 11:00 AM police contacted mother of the murdered. According to mother, Nikita was stabbed 61 times, besides this his ribs were fractured multiple times, and head was wounded as well. No property was stolen. 2 cell phone towers torched south of Moscow (Rostov-na-Donu direction). The cottage settlement we chose to disable is a popular site among hunters. And not only that. Local residents decided to add to the abuse of wild life and started two commercial fishing resorts. They breed fish to be hunted by tourists.

On 15 April 2010, Costantino Ragusa, Silvia Guerin and Luca 'Billy' Bernasconi were arrested in Switzerland after a control by police. The cops found material to be used to attack an IBM nanotechnology laboratory near Zurich and a claim in the name of Switzerland ELF. The State condemned them to sentences of 3-4.5 years for planning the attack.
