Bob Marley & the Wailers - Rebel Music Guitar Solos
Bob Marley & the Wailers - Rebel Music Guitar Solos
Since I made a collection with Waitin In Vain I continued on with "Rebel Music" or "3 o'clock Roadblock" which was released on the Natty Dread album 1974 and again on the live album Babylon By Bus 1978. It was played frequently on all the tours between 1975-1979, but only rarely on the Survival Tour 1979. I don't have a single live performance of the song from 1980 but it was rehearsed at Criteria Studios before the US. leg in September 1980. I took two solos from the Kaya Tour because the early tour version from May/early June sounds alot different from the later solos in June, July & August. Stay tuned for more solo collection. I'm thinking about making a No Woman No Cry, Concrete Jungle, Heathen or Lively Up Yourself collection.

Bob Marley and The Wailers Burnin' And Lootin' (LIVE!) Album: LIVE! 1975 © Tuff Gong/Island Records (Universal) Lycris: This morning I woke up in a curfew; O god, I was a prisoner, too - yeah! Could not recognize the faces standing over me; They were all dressed in uniforms of brutality. eh! How many rivers do we have to cross, Before we can talk to the boss? eh! All that we got, it seems we have lost; We must have really paid the cost. (thats why we gonna be) Burnin and a-lootin tonight; (say we gonna burn and loot) Burnin and a-lootin tonight; (one more thing) Burnin all pollution tonight; (oh, yeah, yeah) Burnin all illusion tonight. Oh, stop them! Give me the food and let me grow; Let the roots man take a blow. All them drugs gonna make you slow now; Its not the music of the ghetto. eh! Weeping and a-wailin tonight; (who can stop the tears? ) Weeping and a-wailin tonight; (weve been suffering these long, long-a years!) Weeping and a-wailin tonight (will you say cheer? ) Weeping and a-wailin tonight (but where? ) Give me the food and let me grow; Let the roots man take a blow. I must say: all them - all them drugs gonna make you slow; Its not the music of the ghetto. We gonna be burning and a-looting tonight; (to survive, yeah!) Burning and a-looting tonight; (save your baby lives) Burning all pollution tonight; (pollution, yeah, yeah!) Burning all illusion tonight (lord-a, lord-a, lord-a, lord!) Bob Marley Zimbabwe
Bob Marley Zimbabwe
Every man gotta right to decide his own destiny, And in this judgement there is no partiality. So arm in arms, with arms, we'll fight this little struggle, 'Cause that's the only way we can overcome our little trouble. Brother, you're right, you're right, You're right, you're right, you're so right! We gon' fight (we gon' fight), we'll have to fight (we gon' fight), We gonna fight (we gon' fight), fight for our rights! Natty Dread it in-a (Zimbabwe); Set it up in (Zimbabwe); Mash it up-a in-a Zimbabwe (Zimbabwe); Africans a-liberate (Zimbabwe), yeah. No more internal power struggle; We come together to overcome the little trouble. Soon we'll find out who is the real revolutionary, 'Cause I don't want my people to be contrary. And, brother, you're right, you're right, You're right, you're right, you're so right! We'll 'ave to fight (we gon' fight), we gonna fight (we gon' fight) We'll 'ave to fight (we gon' fight), fighting for our rights! Mash it up in-a (Zimbabwe); Natty trash it in-a (Zimbabwe); Africans a-liberate Zimbabwe (Zimbabwe); I'n'I a-liberate Zimbabwe. (Brother, you're right,) you're right, You're right, you're right, you're so right! We gon' fight (we gon' fight), we'll 'ave to fight (we gon' fight), We gonna fight (we gon' fight), fighting for our rights! To divide and rule could only tear us apart; In everyman chest, mm - there beats a heart. Bob Marley & The Wailers - Morning Train & Heathen (Rare Exodus Rehearsal) 1977
Bob Marley & The Wailers, This Time Rehearsing @ An Unknown Location. The Uniqueness & Special Thing About The Rehearsal Is The First 25 Seconds Is An Ultra Rare Song That Has Been Dubbed As Morning Train, If This Song Didn't Make The Exodus Or Kaya Albums Recorded In The UK, I'm Hoping And Praying The Marley Family Release This Songs. That Bassline Sounds Murderous. Secondly, You Can Hear Bob Getting Upset @ Someone 0:28 While Another Individual Is Trying To Make A Spliff, "What Kind Of Image Is That...Spoil Business" LMAO. The Second Song Is The Heathen With A Very Nice Extended Solo Guitar Session By Junior Marvin, ***Stonechater Know This*** Photo Is From A Soundcheck In Gronalund (I Believe) Sweden, For The Exodus Tour Just An Overall Great Rehearsal
