Scott Devours (born December 15, 1966) is an American drummer and songwriter based in Long Beach, California. Devours has played drums for the post-grunge bands Oleander and IMA Robot, worked on over thirty albums and toured with a number of well-known artists.

Scott Devours was born December 15, 1966, the son of Hurshel and Joyce Deavours and a 3rd great nephew of opera singer Adelina Patti. He graduated from Middletown High School, Middletown, Maryland, in 1985, and lives in Long Beach, California. He started drumming as a child and began a professional touring career as soon as he graduated from high school.

In the late nineties Devours was tapped to play drums for Oleander, a post-grunge band from Sacramento, California. The band quickly became successful, and after opening for Sugar Ray, was approached and signed with Universal. After Devours joined Oleander, the line up was considered stronger, and released albums that reached gold status and provided a Top 40 hit. They released their major label debut February Son which reached gold status in 1999, and their song "Why I'm Here" was featured in the TV series Dawson's Creek. The band released their second official album Unwind in 2001 and the track "Champion" reached the Top 40. In 2002, Oleander moved to the Sanctuary label, and in March 2003, the band released their third major label album, Joyride which failed to reach the success of their earlier work.

Peter Dennis Blandford "Pete" Townshend (born 19 May 1945) is an English rock guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and author, known principally as the guitarist and songwriter for the rock group The Who, as well as for his own solo career. His career with The Who spans more than 40 years, during which time the band grew to be considered one of the most influential bands of the 1960s and 1970s, and, according to Eddie Vedder, "possibly the greatest live band ever."

Townshend is the primary songwriter for The Who, having written well over 100 songs for the band's 11 studio albums, including concept albums and the rock operas Tommy and Quadrophenia, plus popular rock and roll radio staples like Who's Next, and dozens more that appeared as non-album singles, bonus tracks on reissues, and tracks on rarities compilations like Odds & Sods. He has also written over 100 songs that have appeared on his solo albums, as well as radio jingles and television theme songs. Although known primarily as a guitarist, he also plays other instruments such as keyboards, banjo, accordion, synthesiser, bass guitar and drums, on his own solo albums, several Who albums, and as a guest contributor to a wide array of other artists' recordings. Townshend has never had formal lessons in any of the instruments he plays.

Roger Harry Daltrey, CBE (born 1 March 1944), is an English singer, musician, songwriter and actor, best known as the founder and lead singer of English rock band The Who. He has maintained a musical career as a solo artist and has also worked in the film industry, acting in a large number of films, theatre and television roles and also producing films. In 2008 he was ranked number 61 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 100 greatest singers of all time.

Roger Harry Daltrey was born in the Hammersmith area of London, but was brought up in Acton, the same working class suburban district that produced fellow Who members Pete Townshend and John Entwistle. He was one of three children born to parents Irene and Harry Daltrey, and grew up with two sisters, Gillian and Carol. Harry Daltrey worked for a water closet manufacturer, and Irene Daltrey was told she would be unable to have children because of losing a kidney in 1937. Nevertheless, she went into labour during a World War II air raid and gave birth to her son at the nearby Hammersmith Hospital, West London. At the age of three, the young Roger swallowed a rusty nail which had to be surgically removed, leaving a visible scar. At the age of five, the rust from the nail caused an ulcer in his stomach which required him to be hospitalised.
